कोरोना: 11 मरीजों की हुई मौत।
उत्तराखंड में दूसरे दिन भी संक्रमितों की संख्या चार सौ से कम रही है। शुक्रवार को 311 लोग कोरोना संक्रमण की चपेट में आए हैं। वहीं, बीते 24 घंटे में 11 मरीजों की मौत हुई है। इसी दौरान 340 मरीज स्वस्थ होने के बाद घर भेजे गए। प्रदेश में कुल संक्रमितों की संख्या 49559 हो गई है। इसमें 40 हजार से अधिक मरीज ठीक हो चुके हैं।
प्रदेश में कोरोना संक्रमण से ठीक होने वाले मरीजों की दर 81 प्रतिशत से अधिक हो गई है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से जारी रिपोर्ट के अनुसार, शुक्रवार को 5419 सैंपल निगेटिव मिले हैं। वहीं, सबसे अधिक 132 संक्रमित मरीज हरिद्वार जिले में मिले हैं।
देहरादून में 67, टिहरी में 47, उत्तरकाशी में 33, अल्मोड़ा में 14, रुद्रप्रयाग में तीन, नैनीताल में दो, पौड़ी में छह, चमोली में चार, बागेश्वर जिले में तीन कोरोना मरीज मिले हैं। वहीं, ऊधमसिंह नगर, चंपावत और पिथौरागढ़ जिले में बीते 24 घंटे में एक भी कोरोना मरीज नहीं मिला।
शुक्रवार को एम्स ऋषिकेश में तीन, दून मेडिकल कॉलेज में चार, हल्द्वानी मेडिकल कॉलेज में एक, सीएच रुड़की में एक, जिला अस्पताल हरिद्वार में एक और कैलाश हॉस्पिटल देहरादून में एक मरीज ने दमतोड़ा है। प्रदेश में अब मरने वालों की संख्या 636 हो गई है।
घर जाकर सैंपल लेने को मिली मोबाइल वैन :
हरिद्वार जनपद के लिए कोविड-19 जांच के लिए मोबाइल लैब वैन का शुभारंभ मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने हरी झंडी दिखाकर शुभारंभ किया। अभी जांच के बदले में शुल्क निर्धारित नहीं किया जा सका है। उम्मीद है कि इसी सप्ताह में शुल्क निर्धारित करते हुए मोबाइल लैब वैन को सैंपल लेने के लिए उतार दिया जाएगा।
गांधी जयंती पर देहरादून स्थित आवास से मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने कोविड-19 के परीक्षण के लिए एक यूनिक मोबाइल डायग्नोस्टिक लैब को हरी झंडी दिखाकर शुभारंभ किया। इस मौके पर सीएम ने कहा कि अब कोरोना के लक्षण दिखने पर जांच के लिए लोगों को लैब तक नहीं जाना पड़ेगा।
मोबाइल वैन घर पर आकर सैंपल लेगी। चिकित्सा एवं स्वास्थ्य सचिव अमित नेगी ने बताया कि एमआईटीआर लैब नाम की इस मोबाइल लैब को शाह मुखा इनोवेशन ने डिजाइन और विकसित किया है। वैन के माध्यम से सैंपल एकत्रित किए जाएंगे और रैपिड एंटीजन परीक्षण प्रक्रिया से परीक्षण किया जाएगा।
जिलाधिकारी सी रविशंकर ने बताया कि पब्लिक प्राइवेट पार्टनरशिप मॉडल के तहत मोबाइल लैब का संचालन होगा। इसका उद्देश्य हरिद्वार जनपद में कोविड-19 की अधिक से अधिक जांच करना है।
बॉर्डर पर पीआरडी जवान करेंगे थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग:
कोरोना अनलॉक-5 लागू होने के बाद शुक्रवार से जिले की बॉर्डर पर थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग के लिए पीआरडी जवान तैनात कर दिए हैं। मसूरी में भी पर्यटकों की जांच/थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग के लिए पीआरडी जवान (कार्मिक) तैनात किए गए हैं। टेस्टिंग के लिए 5 बूथ भी बनाए गए हैं। बताया कि होटल के सभी कमरों में तहसील और जिला कंट्रोल रूम के नंबर भी चस्पा कर दिए गए हैं।
एडीएम अरविंद पांडेय ने बताया कि होटल संचालकों को पर्यटकों की संक्रमण से सुरक्षा को देखते हुए होटल के गेट पर ही थर्मल स्क्रीनिंग करने को कहा गया है। इसके अलावा मास्क और सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग को भी अनिवार्य किया गया है। वहीं, हाथों को भी सैनिटाइज करते रहने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
उन्होंने होटल संचालकों को होटल में फूड जोन अलग रखते हुए वहां सोशल डिस्टेसिंग के मानकों का पालन करवाने को कहा। एडीएम ने बताया कि कोरोना को लेकर सैंपलिंग बढ़ाई गई है। मौजूदा समय में रोजाना करीब दो हजार लोगों के सैंपल लिए जा रहे हैं।
कई अन्य प्राइवेट लैब्स को भी टेस्टिंग की अनुमति दी गई है। बताया कि अब तक जिला प्रशासन ने सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर मास्क न पहनने पर 5789 तथा सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन न करने पर 44 चालान किए हैं।
वन मंत्री हरक सिंह रावत की हालत में सुधार:
राजकीय दून मेडिकल अस्पताल में भर्ती वन मंत्री डॉ. हरक सिंह रावत की हालत में सुधार है। विशेषज्ञ डॉक्टरों की टीम उनका उपचार कर रही है। डॉ. हरक सिंह रावत को गुरुवार आधी रात सांस लेने में दिक्कत होने पर अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया था।
राजकीय दून मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल के प्रिंसिपल डॉ. आशुतोष सयाना ने बताया कि उनके एक्सरे व सीटी स्कैन की जांच में निमोनिया के हल्के लक्षण दिखाई दिए थे। शुक्रवार को उनकी खून की जांच सामान्य आई। बता दें कि मंत्री की कोरोना जांच रिपोर्ट 23 सितंबर को पॉजिटिव आई थी। वे होम आइसोलेशन में थे। तबीयत खराब होने पर उन्हें अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया।
कोरोना संक्रमितों के मिलने पर आठ कंटेनमेंट जोन बनाए:
कोरोना संक्रमितों के मिलने पर शुक्रवार को देहरादून जिले में आठ नए कंटेनमेंट जोन बनाए गए। डीएम डॉ. आशीष कुमार श्रीवास्तव ने इसके आदेश जारी किए। उन्होंने बताया कि नगर निगम देहरादून के ग्राम कारगी चाचक रोड निकट डॉक्टर बंगाली, आरकेडियाग्रांट के मजरा श्यामपुर, 87 नई बस्ती नदी रिस्पना वर्कशाप रिस्पना पुल, सचिवालय कॉलोनी केदारपुर, 232 गढ़ी कैंट, केशव रोड लक्ष्मण चौक, लोअर नेहरूग्राम निकट नेहरूग्राम प्रथमिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र, आईएचएम गढ़ी कैंट को कंटेनमेंट जोन घोषित किया गया है। जिले में अब 75 कंटेनमेंट जोन हैं। जिसमें से देहरादून में 48, विकास नगर में 3 व डोईवाला में एक कंटेनमेंट जोन शामिल हैं।
डीएम ने लोगों से मास्क लगाने व सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करने का अनुरोध किया। वहीं, त्योहारी सीजन को देखते हुए व्यापारियों एवं लोगों से खुद सुरक्षित रहने के साथ दूसरों को भी सुरक्षित रखने की अपील की। बताया कि 1565 सैंपल जांच के लिए भेजे गए हैं। सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर मास्क न पहनने पर 145 व्यक्तियों के चालान किए गए। फ्लाइट से 675 प्रवासी जौलीग्रांट एयरपोर्ट पहुंचे, जबकि 396 लोग दूसरे राज्यों को रवाना हुए। आगंनबाड़ी कार्यकर्तियों ने 39025 लोगों का सर्विलांस किया।
दून अस्पताल में कोरोना संक्रमित तीन मरीजों की मौत:
राजकीय दून मेडिकल अस्पताल में कोरोना संक्रमित तीन और मरीजों की मौत हो गई। अस्पताल प्रशासन के अनुसार, ओल्ड पोस्ट ऑफिस प्रेमनगर निवासी 67 वर्षीय महिला को परिजनों ने 30 सितंबर को भर्ती कराया था। आईसीयू में उनका उपचार चल रहा था, लेकिन शुक्रवार सुबह महिला की मौत हो गई। वहीं, मंडी चौक बाबूगढ़ विकासनगर निवासी 50 वर्षीय महिला को 29 सितंबर को भर्ती कराया गया था।
गुरुवार देर रात उनकी उपचार के दौरान मौत हो गई। वहीं, शिमला बाईपास भूड़पुर निवासी 44 वर्षीय मरीज को परिजनों ने 22 सितंबर को भर्ती कराया था। शुक्रवार सुबह मरीज ने उपचार के दौरान दम तोड़ दिया। राजकीय दून मेडिकल अस्पताल के डिप्टी एमएस डॉ. एनएस खत्री ने इन मामलों की पुष्टि की है।
