संक्रमितों की मौत के आंकड़े अस्पतालों ने छुपाए।
उत्तराखंड में कोरोना संक्रमित मरीजों की मौत की सूचना को लेकर डेथ ऑडिट रिपोर्ट में अस्पतालों की हीलाहवाली सामने आई है। स्वास्थ्य विभाग को प्रदेश में 89 संक्रमितों की मौत का कई दिनों के बाद पता चला है। निजी अस्पतालों की ओर से संक्रमित मरीज की मौत की सूचना राज्य कोविड कंट्रोल रूम को नहीं दी गई। एक या दो माह पहले जिस मरीज की मौत हुई थी, उसका पता स्वास्थ्य विभाग को अब चल रहा है। इसे विभाग ने गंभीरता से लिया है।
कोरोना से होने वाली मौत की सूचना व डेथ ऑडिट रिपोर्ट 24 घंटे के भीतर न देने वाले अस्पतालों के खिलाफ कोविड महामारी एक्ट के तहत कार्रवाई की जाएगी। इस संबंध में एनएचएम के अपर मिशन निदेशक व राज्य कोविड कंट्रोल के चीफ ऑपरेटिंग ऑफिसर डॉ. अभिषेक त्रिपाठी ने सभी अस्पतालों को निर्देश जारी किए हैं।
बता दें कि प्रदेश में कोरोना संक्रमण का पहला मामला 15 मार्च को मिला था। वहीं, अप्रैल के अंत में पहले कोरोना संक्रमित मरीज की मौत हुई थी। स्वास्थ्य विभाग के आंकड़ों के कोरोना मरीजों की मौत का आंकड़ा 829 बताया जा रहा था, लेकिन शनिवार को यह 924 पहुंच गया।
जबकि, बीते 24 घंटे में प्रदेश में छह कोरोना मरीजों की मौत हुई थी। निजी अस्पतालों ने कोरोना संक्रमित मरीजों की मौत का मामला दबाए रखा। जब राज्य कोविड कंट्रोल रूम की ओर से पड़ताल की गई तो ऐसे 89 मामले सामने आए।
कंटेनमेंट जोन घटे:
प्रदेश में कोरोना संक्रमित मामलों की रफ्तार थमने से कंटेनमेंट जोन भी घट गए हैं। वर्तमान में प्रदेश के आठ जिलों में 80 कंटेनमेंट जोन हैं। स्वास्थ्य विभाग की रिपोर्ट के अनुसार देहरादून में 32, उत्तरकाशी में 24, पौड़ी में एक, हरिद्वार में 11, नैनीताल में नौ, चंपावत में दो और रुद्रप्रयाग जिले में एक कंटेनमेंट जोन है। वहीं, एक अक्तूबर को प्रदेश में 474 कंटेनमेंट जोन थे। जिला प्रशासन के माध्यम से अनॅलाक-5 में कोरोना संक्रमण की रफ्तार धीमी होने से कंटेनमेंट जोन में भी कमी आई है।
कोरोना संक्रमितों और मौत की सूचना समय पर न देने वाले अस्पतालों के खिलाफ कार्रवाई की जाएगी। बीते दिनों वीडियो कांफ्रेंसिंग में निजी अस्पतालों को सख्त निर्देश दिए गए थे कि कोरोना डाटा सही ढंग से अपडेट करें। कई बार दूसरे राज्य के संक्रमित मरीज भी प्रदेश के बड़े अस्पतालों में इलाज करा रहे हैं। यदि इन मरीजों की मौत होती है, तो कहां दर्ज किया जाए, इसे लेकर भी अस्पतालों में दुविधा है। अब सभी अस्पतालों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कोरोना मरीज की मौत होते ही तुरंत कंट्रोल रूम को सूचना दें। प्रत्येक अस्पताल में डाटा अपडेट करने के लिए नोडल अधिकारी तैनात किया जाएगा।

अस्पतालों की ओर से कोरोना संक्रमित मरीज की मौत और डेथ ऑडिट रिपोर्ट समय पर नहीं दी जा रही है। जबकि, अस्पतालों को संक्रमित मरीज और मौत की सूचना तत्काल कंट्रोल रूम को देनी चाहिए। कई अस्पतालों की ओर से एक से दो माह पहले मामलों की डेथ ऑडिट रिपोर्ट भेजी गई। इससे मौत के 89 मामले बढ़ गए हैं।
