मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आज नैनीताल में 121 करोड़ 52 लाख 46 हजार रुपये की लागत के 13 विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किया

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आज नैनीताल में 121 करोड़ 52 लाख 46 हजार रुपये की लागत के 13 विकास कार्यों का लोकार्पण एवं शिलान्यास किया। 42 करोड़ 77 लाख 31 हजार रुपये की लागत से बनने वाली बहु प्रतीक्षित मेट्रोपोल सर्फेस पार्किंग का भी उन्होंने भूमि पूजन किया, जिसमें 30 करोड़ 66 लाख रुपये लागत की दो योजनाओं का लोकार्पण किया गया। 90 करोड़ 86 लाख 46 हजार रूपये की लागत के 11 योजनाओं का मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा शिलान्यास किया गया।

लोकार्पण योजनाओं में 29 करोड़ 16 लाख रुपए की लागत से सूखाताल झील को रिचार्जिंग जोन एवं टूरिस्ट डेस्टिनेशन प्वाइंट के रूप में विकसित किया गया है, जिसके अंतर्गत सूखाताल झील का संवर्धन एवं सौंदर्यीकरण का कार्य कराया गया। योजना अंतर्गत स्थल पर दो झीलों का निर्माण व उनके मध्य डक्ट का निर्माण, झील में पानी की शुद्धता हेतु एयरेशन प्लांट की स्थापना, 9 दुकानों का निर्माण, शौचालय ब्लॉक का निर्माण व विकसित स्थल पर प्रवेश हेतु मुख्य मार्ग से लगते हुए लिफ्ट एवं ट्रांजिट भवन का निर्माण एवं झील के चारों तरफ पैदल पथ का निर्माण कराया गया।

इसके अतिरिक्त 1 करोड़ 50 लाख रूपये की लागत से हल्द्वानी में जिला खनिज न्यास योजना अंतर्गत स्वीकृत कालाढूंगी रोड स्थित राजकीय बालिका इंटर कॉलेज हल्द्वानी में पुस्तकालय के संरचनात्मक दृढ़ता एवं पुनरुद्धार का कार्य कराया गया।
इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री द्वारा जिले के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के विकास हेतु कुल 11 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास भी किया गया, जिसमें 9 करोड़ 63 लाख 9 हजार रूपये की लागत से जनपद नैनीताल के विधानसभा क्षेत्र नैनीताल के विकासखंड बेतालघाट में दूनीखाल से रातीघाट पाडली मोटर मार्ग के किलोमीटर 11 में 74.15 मीटर स्थान के प्री स्ट्रेस सेतु (मोटर पुल) का निर्माण किया जाएगा, जिससे क्षेत्र में सुगम आवागमन, आध्यात्मिक पर्यटन को बढ़ावा मिलने के साथ ही क्षेत्र की सामाजिक आर्थिकी में सुधार आएगा।

नैनीताल जिला मुख्यालय में 34 करोड़ 3 लाख 13 हजार रुपये की लागत से नेशनल होटल तल्लीताल में प्राधिकरण की कार पार्किंग से लगती नगर पालिका की भूमि पर ऑटोमेटेड मैकेनाइज्ड मल्टीलेवल पार्किंग का निर्माण किया जाएगा, जिसकी क्षमता 202 चार पहिया एवं 96 दो पहिया वाहनों की पार्किंग की होगी।
रामनगर में 38 करोड़ 57 लाख 64 हजार रुपये की लागत से मुख्यमंत्री की घोषणा के अनुपालन में रामनगर पुरानी तहसील की खाली भूमि पर बहु मंजिला पार्किंग निर्माण किया जाएगा। पार्किंग स्थल पर 343 वाहनों हेतु पार्किंग सुविधा एवं 16 दुकानों का निर्माण कार्य किया जाएगा ।
रामनगर में 10 लाख 29 हजार रुपये की धनराशि से जिला खनन न्यास निधि के अंतर्गत विकासखंड रामनगर के पेयजल से जुड़े राजकीय नलकूपों से 62 आर0जी0 ग्राम शंकरपुर में एक सर्वो वोल्टेज स्टेबलाइजर की स्थापना की जाएगी, जिससे क्षेत्र में लो वोल्टेज की समस्या का समाधान होगा।
रामनगर में 10 लाख 29 हजार रुपये की लागत से जिला खनन न्यास निधि के अंतर्गत विकासखंड रामनगर के पेयजल से जुड़े राजकीय नलकूपों से 17 आर0जी0 ग्राम जोगीपुरा में एक सर्वो वोल्टेज स्टेबलाइजर की स्थापना की जाएगी, जिससे क्षेत्र में लो वोल्टेज की समस्या का समाधान होगा।
जनपद नैनीताल के विकासखंड बेतालघाट में 60 लाख 57 हजार रुपये की लागत से ग्राम अमेल में नलकूप के स्थान पर 1 लिफ्ट सिंचाई योजना का निर्माण किया जाएगा।
विधानसभा हल्द्वानी में 61 लाख 23 हजार रुपये की लागत से चार विद्यालयों की मरम्मत एवं निर्माण का कार्य किया जाएगा । विधानसभा लालकुआं अंतर्गत 4 करोड़ 4 लाख 33 हजार रुपये की लागत से 14 विद्यालयों एवं 1 आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र की मरम्मत एवं निर्माण का कार्य किया जाएगा ।
विधानसभा कालाढूंगी में 2 करोड़ 8 लाख 85 हजार की लागत से पांच विद्यालयों, एक सड़क निर्माण, एक सामुदायिक स्वास्थ्य केंद्र तथा एक उपकेंद्र के मरम्मत व निर्माण के कार्य किए जाएंगे। विधानसभा रामनगर के अंतर्गत 78 लाख 22 हजार रुपये की लागत से 4 विद्यालयों में मरम्मत व निर्माण के कार्य किए जाएंगे।
जिले के गोला नदी के दानीजाला में 28 लाख ब्याज 82 हजार रुपये की लागत से रिवर क्रॉसिंग केबल का निर्माण कार्य कराया जाएगा।
इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि यह सभी विकास कार्य जनपद नैनीताल के आधारभूत ढांचे को मजबूत करने,पर्यटन सुविधाओं को बढ़ाने, जनोपयोगी विकास कार्यों को आगे बढ़ाने तथा रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाएंगे। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार राज्य में निरंतर आधारभूत जनसुविधाओं को और अधिक सुदृढ़ करने,अंतिम छोर में खड़े व्यक्ति को सरकारी योजनाओं का लाभ प्रदान करने हेतु संकल्पबद्ध है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार राज्य के समग्र विकास के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। ताकि आम जनता को इसका सीधा लाभ मिल सके। उन्होंने कहा कि आज जिन योजनाओं का शिलान्यास हुआ है, यह सभी कार्य समयबद्धता एवं गुणवत्ता युक्त हों, इसका विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए ।

कार्यक्रम में विधायक नैनीताल सरिता आर्या,भाजपा जिलाध्यक्ष प्रताप बिष्ट, उत्तराखण्ड सरकार में दायित्वधारी डॉ अनिल कपूर डब्बू, दिनेश आर्या,  नवीन वर्मा, मंडी परिषद के सलाहकार सदस्य मनोज जोशी, आयुक्त कुमाऊँ व सचिव मुख्यमंत्री दीपक रावत, जिलाधिकारी  ललित मोहन रयाल, वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक डॉ मंजूनाथ टी सी सहित विभिन्न जनप्रतिनिधि आदि मौजूद रहे।
