33,251 बालिकाओं को मिले 145.93 करोड़, नंदा गौरा योजना का पैसा जारी
मुख्यमंत्री और महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास मंत्री ने डीबीटी की धनराशि
देहरादून,। उत्तराखंड सरकार की महत्वाकांक्षी नंदा गौरा योजना के अंतर्गत वित्तीय वर्ष 2025-26 में प्रदेश की 33,251 बालिकाओं को कुल 145.93 करोड़ रुपये की धनराशि डीबीटी के माध्यम से उनके खातों में भेजी गई। गुरुवार को मुख्यमंत्री कैंप कार्यालय में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में लाभार्थियों को यह सहायता प्रदान की गई।
कार्यक्रम में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि नंदा गौरा योजना केवल आर्थिक सहायता नहीं, बल्कि बेटियों के सम्मान, सुरक्षा और स्वावलंबन का सशक्त अभियान है।
महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में राज्य सरकार बेटियों के जन्म से लेकर उच्च शिक्षा तक हर कदम पर उनके साथ खड़ी है।
मंत्री रेखा आर्या ने कहा कि वर्ष 2017 से संचालित यह योजना बालिका जन्म को प्रोत्साहित करने, संस्थागत प्रसव बढ़ाने, बाल विवाह पर रोक लगाने तथा बेटियों की उच्च शिक्षा सुनिश्चित करने की दिशा में प्रभावी साबित हुई है। उन्होंने बताया कि योजना के तहत बालिका के जन्म पर 11,000 रुपये तथा 12वीं उत्तीर्ण कर उच्च शिक्षा में प्रवेश लेने पर 51,000 रुपये की सहायता दी जाती है, जिससे बेटियां आत्मनिर्भर बन सकें और अपने सपनों को साकार कर सकें।
उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य सरकार समाज में लैंगिक असमानता दूर करने और कन्या भ्रूण हत्या पर रोक लगाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है। नंदा गौरा योजना इसी सोच का परिणाम है, जो बेटियों को सामाजिक और आर्थिक सुरक्षा प्रदान कर रही है।
इस अवसर पर विभागीय निदेशक बंसीलाल राणा, उपनिदेशक मोहित चौधरी, नोडल अधिकारी उदय प्रताप सिंह, जितेंद्र कुमार, नीतू फुलेरा शिखा कंडवाल, शिवप्रसाद भट्ट, सुरेंद्र सिंह चौहान आदि उपस्थित रहे।
