CM धामी ने अधिकारियों को चेताया, बोले- अधिकारी फाइलों में नहीं, मैदान में दिखाई दें
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के ‘जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार’ कार्यक्रम से उत्तराखंड में सुशासन का मॉडल मजबूत हुआ है। सीएम ने अधिकारियों को फाइलों के बजाय मैदान में दिखने के निर्देश दिए। 13 जिलों में 135 शिविरों में 74,087 से अधिक आवेदन मिले, जिनमें से 8,408 का तत्काल निस्तारण हुआ। यह अभियान सरकार की जनता के प्रति संवेदनशीलता और जवाबदेही का प्रतीक है, जिससे पात्र नागरिकों को सीधा लाभ मिल रहा है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में संचालित जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार कार्यक्रम उत्तराखंड में सुशासन का मजबूत माडल बनकर उभरा है। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा अधिकारी अब फाइलों में नहीं, बल्कि मैदान में दिखाई देने चाहिए। उत्तराखंड में शासन अब सत्ता का नहीं, सेवा का माध्यम है।
इस अभियान के माध्यम से सरकार सचिवालय और कार्यालयों की सीमाओं से बाहर निकलकर सीधे जनता के द्वार तक पहुंच रही है। शनिवार को प्रदेश के 13 जनपदों में कुल 135 शिविरों का आयोजन किया गया। इन शिविरों में 74,087 से अधिक नागरिकों ने अपनी समस्याओं और मांगों से जुड़े आवेदन मौके पर ही प्रस्तुत किए। प्रशासनिक तत्परता का उदाहरण देते हुए 8,408 आवेदनों का तत्काल निस्तारण किया गया। साथ ही 13,934 प्रमाण पत्र जारी किए गए। 47,878 नागरिकों को विभिन्न जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का सीधा लाभ प्रदान किया गया।
यह अभियान केवल सरकारी औपचारिकता नहीं, बल्कि जनता के प्रति सरकार की संवेदनशीलता, जवाबदेही और सेवा-भाव का प्रतीक बन चुका है। मुख्यमंत्री के निर्देश पर अधिकारी अब जनता को कार्यालयों के चक्कर नहीं कटवा रहे, बल्कि स्वयं गांवों और मोहल्लों में पहुंचकर समस्याओं का समाधान कर रहे हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने स्पष्ट कहा, मेरे लिए शासन का अर्थ केवल आदेश देना नहीं, बल्कि जनता की समस्याओं को समझकर उनका त्वरित समाधान करना है। सीएम धामी ने अधिकारियों को सख्त निर्देश दिए हैं कि प्रत्येक पात्र नागरिक तक योजनाओं का लाभ अनिवार्य रूप से पहुंचे। विशेष रूप से बुजुर्गों, दिव्यांगों और दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों के लिए घर-घर समाधान सुनिश्चित किया जाए।

धामी माडल आज उत्तराखंड में सुशासन की नई पहचान बन चुका है, जहां न सुनवाई के लिए इंतजार है, न सिफारिश की जरूरत। सरकार स्वयं जनता के दरवाजे पर खड़ी दिखाई दे रही है। शिविरों में प्राप्त प्रत्येक आवेदन का समयबद्ध, पारदर्शी और गुणवत्तापूर्ण निस्तारण किया जा रहा है। किसी भी स्तर पर लापरवाही पाए जाने पर संबंधित अधिकारियों के खिलाफ कड़ी कार्रवाई के मुख्यमंत्री पहले ही आदेश दे चुके हैं।
