दिल का टूट जाना कोई आज की नयी बात नहीं है ऐसा बहुत पहले से होता आया है और हमेशा से ही लोगों ने खुद को समझाने के लिए कुछ न कुछ किया है.जब हम किसी को अपना मान लेते है और वही हमें धोका दे देता है तो हमें बहुत दुःख होता है और उस दुःख को हम अलग-अलग तरह से बांया करते है. आप क्या करते हैं? जोर-जोर से रोते होंगे या शराब पीतें होंगे या दिनभर घर में ही लेटे रहते होंगे या फिर कहीं दोस्त के साथ घूमने निकल जाते होंगे. शायद ऐसा ही कुछ करते होंगे, ना ?
अगर हम आपको बोले की कुछ पागलपन वाले जैसे काम करें तो कैसा रहेगा शायद उससे आपके दिल का दर्द भी कम होगा और आप फ्री-फ्री भी फील करने लगेंगे.हम आपको कुछ ऐसी बातें बतायेंगे लेकिन ध्यान रखना इन बातों में कुछ बातें डरावनी भी हो सकती हैं लेकिन यकीन कीजिये अगर आपने ऐसा किया तो आप खुद को काफी बेटर फील करेंगे और शायद आपको आपके एक्स की याद भी न आये या कोई परेशानी भी न हो.और आप अपने डर पर जीत पा चुके होंगे और खुद को काफी बदला हुआ पायेंगे.
1- गायब हो जाएँ या भाग जायं
गायब हो जायं इसका मतल यह नहीं की किसी कमरे में खुद को बंद कर दें या भाग जायं का मतलब यह नहीं की अपने एक्स के साथ भाग जाओ, आप अपना पूरा काम धाम छोड़कर अपना बैग पैक करें और कुछ दिन आराम से कहीं घूमने निकल जायं या कोई अच्छी सी ट्रिप प्लान कर लें, आप खुद को एक ब्रैक दें क्यूंकि इस break की आपको सख्त जरूरत है. नयी-नयी जगह घूमने जायं नए लोगों से मिले इस से आप अच्छा फील करेंगे. और साथ में जिन्दगी से बहुत कुछ भी सिखने को मिलेगा.
2- भाड़ में फेंक दो
आप अपने एक्स को मत समझना में यंहा बात आपके डर और संकोच की कर रहा हूँ क्यूंकि हम इंडिया में रहते है तो हमें समाज और दुनिया की बहुत सी बातों को ख्याल में रखना होता है, की पडोशी क्या सोचेंगे दो चार लोग क्या सोचेंगे, ये सब बातें भाड़ में जाने दो और अपने दोस्त या नजदीकी के साथ खूब मजे करो जितनी मस्ती कर सको करो.
3- बंजी जंपिंग
किसी पहाड़ी इलाके में जाकर बंजी जंपिंग का लुप्त उठा सकते है, क्यूंकि जब आप पहाड़ से नीचें कूदोगे तो आपको लगेगा की सारे बोझ हलके हो गए. इस से आपको आपके एक्स की यादों से छुटकारा मिलेगा, और साथ में आपको आपके अंदर के दर से भी निजात मिल जाएगी.
4- स्कूबा डाइविंग
आप पानी में भी खुद को बिजी रख सकते है, आप स्कूबा डाइविंग का भी आनंद ले सकते है जैसे मछली जल में तेरती है आप भी उसी तरह जल में तेरिये, आपको जल में मछली कैसे तेरती है इस बात का भी अनुभव हो जायेगा और आपको अच्छा भी महसूश होगा.
