अनमैरिड महिला और पुरुष होटल के एक कमरे में आराम से रुक सकते हैं, ऐसा कोई लॉ नहीं है, जो किसी बालिग लड़के और लड़की को किसी होटल में कमरा बुक करने से रोके।
अनमैरिड कपल को कई अधिकार मिले हुए हैं, लेकिन कई लोगों को इन अधिकारों की जानकारी नहीं है, जिसकी वजह से उन्हें कई बार परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है, जैसे कि होटल में किसी अनमैरिड कपल का एक रुम में ठहरना गुनाह नहीं है, अगर पुलिस आपसे पूछताछ करे, तो आपको डरने की जरुरत नहीं है, आप खुद को मिले अधिकार के तहत पुलिस वाले से बात कर सकते हैं, आइये आपको बताते हैं कि अनमैरिड कपल को क्या-क्या अधिकार हैं।
अनमैरिड कपल्स को कई अधिकार
अविवाहित जोड़ियों को भी कई ऐसे अधिकार मिले हुए हैं, जिनके बारे में ज्यादातर लोग नहीं जानते है, दरअसल जागरुकता या फिर शर्म और लज्जा की वजह से लोग इसे जानने की कोशिश भी नहीं करते हैं,हालांकि शहरी इलाकों मेंपरिस्थितियां बदल रही है, अब लोग जागरुक हो रहे हैं, वो अपने हक के लिये आवाज उठा रहे हैं।
होटल रुम में रुक सकते हैं
अनमैरिड महिला और पुरुष होटल के एक कमरे में आराम से रुक सकते हैं, होटल एसोसिएशन ऑफ इंडिया के अनुसार ऐसा कोई लॉ नहीं है, जो किसी बालिग लड़के और लड़की को किसी होटल में कमरा बुक करने से रोके। नियमों के अनुसार लड़का और लड़की दोनों बालिग होना चाहिये, साथ ही सुरक्षा की दृष्टि से उनके पास कोई पहचान पत्र होना चाहिये, जिसके बाद उन्हें आराम से होटल में कमरा मिल सकता है।
पुलिस गिरफ्तार नहीं कर सकती
सिर्फ अनमैरिड कपल होने की वजह से किसी होटल में रुकने पर पुलिस उन्हें गिरफ्तार नहीं कर सकती, नियमों के अनुसार अगर लड़का-लड़की अपनी मर्जी से उस होटल या कमरे में पहुंचे हैं, उनके खिलाफ कोई शिकायत नहीं है, तो फिर पुलिस पूछताछ तो कर सकती है, लेकिन उन्हें गिरफ्तार नहीं कर सकती।
लंबे समय तक साथ रहे तो मैरिड
यदि कोई कपल पति-पत्नी की तरह साथ रह रहे हैं, तो वो कानूनी रुप से मैरिड माने जाएंगे, आपको बता दें कि शहरों में लिव इन रिलेशन का कल्चर बढ़ा है, जिसके बाद पिछले दिनों सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आदेश दिया था कि अगर कोई अनमैरिड कपल भी लंबे समय तक एक साथ रहते हैं, तो उन्हें भी मैरिड ही माना जाएगा।
महिला संपत्ति की वारिस
यदि कोई कपल लंबे समय तक साथ रहते हैं, हालांकि कानूनी रुप से उन्होने शादी नहीं की हो, अगर इस बीच लड़के की मौत हो जाती है, तो फिर लड़की उसकी संपत्ति पर अपना हक जता सकती है, वो कानूनी रुप से उस संपत्ति की हकदार बन सकती है। हालांकि अभी इस पर तरह-तरह के तर्क दिये जा रहे हैं।
लिव इन कपल को मैरिड माना जाएगा
अगर कोई कपल लिव इन में पिछले काफी समय से रह रहा है, वो लगातार अपनी मर्जी से शारीरिक संबंध बना रहे हैं, तो उन्हें मैरिड ही माना जाएगा, अगर लड़की को किसी प्रकार की परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ता है, तो फिर वो अपने हक के लिये आवाज उठा सकती है, उसे पत्नी का दर्जा मिल सकता है।
दो वयस्क मर्जी से शारीरिक संबंध बना सकते हैं
18 साल या उससे ज्यादा उम्र के दो वयस्क आपसी स्वेच्छा से शारीरिक संबंध बना सकते हैं, भारत का कानून उन्हें इस बात का हक देता है, 
कि अगर वो चाहें तो किसी होटल में भी जाकर कमरा बुक कर सकते हैं और वहां क्वालिटी टाइम स्पेंड कर सकते हैं, लेकिन इस बात का ध्यान रहे कि कपल बालिग हों और दोनों की मर्जी इसमें शामिल हो।
सार्वजनिक स्थान पर गुनाह
दो वयस्क अपनी मर्जी से शारीरिक संबंध तो बना सकते हैं, लेकिन इसमें सार्वजनिक स्थानों का ध्यान रखें, क्योंकि भारत के कानून के अनुसार सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर ऐसा करना गुनाह है, इसके लिये कानून आप पर कार्रवाई कर सकता है। अश्लीलता फैलाने के जुर्म में आपको जेल हो सकती है, इसलिये अपने प्यार का इजहार सार्वजनिक स्थानों पर करने से बचें।
