नैनीताल- उत्तराखंड़ उच्च न्यायालय ने पूर्व मुख्यमंत्रियों के आवास एवं सुविधाओ संबंधी मामले में सुनवाई के बाद राज्य सरकार समेत पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री को जवाब दाखिल करने को कहा है। न्यायालय ने रमेश पोखरियाल ‘निशंक’, बीसी खंडूरी और विजय बहुगुणा को 11 फरवरी से पहले जवाब दाखिल करने को कहा है । अधिवक्ता कार्तिकेय हरि गुप्ता ने बताया कि याचिकाकर्ता ने पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और वर्तमान में महाराष्ट्र के राज्यपाल भगत सिंह कोश्यारी को भी पार्टी बनाया है । लेकिन न्यायालय ने कोश्यारी के संवैधानिक पद को देखते हुए उन्हें नोटिस जारी नही किया है। मामले की सुनवाई न्यायमूर्ति आरसी खुल्बे की एकलपीठ में हुई। आपको बता दें की देहरादून की रुलेक संस्था ने सरकार द्वारा उत्तराखंड के भूतपूर्व मुख्यमंत्री सुविधा (आवासीय एवं अन्य सुविधाएं) अधिनियम 2019 को उच्च न्यायालय में चुनौती दी है। पूर्व में मुख्य न्यायाधीश रमेश रंगनाथन की खंडपीठ ने सरकार के अध्यादेश को चुनौती देने वाली जनहित याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए अपना फैसला सुरक्षित रखा है, जिसमें फैसला आना अभी बांकी है। न्यायालय में अगली सुनवाई 11 फरवरी को होनी तय हुई है!
