मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने किया नयार वैली फेस्टिवल का उद्घाटन
नयार वैली फेस्टिवल: पर्यटन, परंपरा और विकास का ऐतिहासिक संगम
पौड़ी की नयार घाटी से मुख्यमंत्री ने दिया बड़ा संदेश, पर्यटन, रोजगार और विकास को मिलेगी नयी गति
पौड़ी। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने गुरुवार को जनपद पौड़ी गढ़वाल के बिलखेत में आयोजित नयार वैली फेस्टिवल का शुभारंभ किया। इस महोत्सव के शुभारंभ के साथ ही नयार घाटी की पर्यटन, संस्कृति एवं साहसिक गतिविधियों की अपार संभावनाओं को नई पहचान मिलने की दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल की शुरुआत हुई है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने नयार घाटी में पैराग्लाइडिंग प्रशिक्षण केंद्र की स्थापना करने, पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए विकासखंड पोखड़ा में रसलवाँण दीवा मंदिर स्थलीय कार्य, विकासखंड बीरोंखाल में कालिंका मंदिर स्थलीय कार्य, विकासखंड एकेश्वर में एकेश्वर महादेव मंदिर स्थलीय कार्य तथा विकासखंड पाबौ में चम्पेश्वर महादेव मंदिर से जुड़े विकास कार्यों की घोषणा की।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कार्यक्रम स्थल पर विभिन्न विभागों द्वारा लगाए गए स्टॉलों का निरीक्षण कर योजनाओं की प्रगति की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने महिला सशक्तिकरण एवं बाल विकास विभाग की लाभार्थी करिश्मा और सलोनी को महालक्ष्मी किट प्रदान की, योगिता की गोदभराई की रस्म संपन्न कराई तथा समाज कल्याण विभाग के लाभार्थियों तुलसीदास एवं बीरेन्द्र को दिव्यांग उपकरण भी वितरित किए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने महिला समूहों एवं स्थानीय नागरिकों से संवाद कर उनके अनुभव जाने और सरकार की योजनाओं का लाभ अधिकाधिक लोगों तक पहुंचाने पर बल दिया। उन्होंने साइक्लिस्टों तथा एंगलरों से भी संवाद कर उनके साहस और उत्साह की सराहना की।
इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने पैराग्लाइडिंग, पैरामोटरिंग, हॉट एयर बैलून, माउंटेन बाइकिंग, कयाकिंग, एंगलिंग, जिपलाइन, बर्मा ब्रिज, रिवर्स बंजी सहित विभिन्न एडवेंचर गतिविधियों का फ्लैग ऑफ कर औपचारिक शुभारंभ किया। उन्होंने कहा कि नयार वैली क्षेत्र प्राकृतिक सौंदर्य और साहसिक पर्यटन की दृष्टि से अत्यंत समृद्ध है तथा ऐसे आयोजनों से स्थानीय युवाओं को स्वरोजगार के अवसर मिलेंगे और क्षेत्रीय अर्थव्यवस्था को मजबूती मिलेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने सभी को होली की अग्रिम शुभकामनाएं दीं और कहा कि नयार घाटी सहित जनपद पौड़ी गढ़वाल का यह संपूर्ण क्षेत्र अपनी मनमोहक प्राकृतिक सुंदरता, शांत वातावरण और साहसिक संभावनाओं के कारण अत्यंत अद्वितीय है। प्रकृति ने इस क्षेत्र को सौंदर्य और रोमांच का अनुपम संगम प्रदान किया है, जिससे यह साहसिक पर्यटन और युवाओं के उज्ज्वल भविष्य के लिए आदर्श स्थल बनता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि क्षेत्र के विकास के लिए सरकार सकारात्मक रूप से कार्य करेगी, ताकि स्थानीय युवाओं को अपने ही क्षेत्र में आगे बढ़ने और स्वरोजगार के अवसर प्राप्त हो सकें। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार का लक्ष्य केवल योजनाएं बनाना नहीं, बल्कि उन्हें समाज के अंतिम व्यक्ति तक पहुंचाना भी है, जिससे प्रत्येक नागरिक विकास की मुख्यधारा से जुड़ सकेगा। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के मार्गदर्शन में राज्य सरकार, अंत्योदय की भावना के साथ कार्य करते हुए सड़क, बिजली, पेयजल, दूरसंचार, शिक्षा और स्वास्थ्य सहित सभी मूलभूत सुविधाओं को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जनपद के समग्र विकास के लिए अनेक महत्वपूर्ण परियोजनाओं पर तेजी से कार्य किया जा रहा है। श्रीनगर में 650 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से नेशनल इंस्टीट्यूट ऑफ टेक्नोलॉजी का निर्माण प्रगति पर है, जबकि खोह नदी को प्रदूषण मुक्त और स्वच्छ बनाने के लिए 135 करोड़ रुपये की लागत से आधुनिक सीवरेज ट्रीटमेंट प्लांट स्थापित किया जा रहा है। पौड़ी के गड़िया गांव में प्रदेश की पहली एनसीसी अकादमी का निर्माण, कोटद्वार में 11 करोड़ की लागत से सॉलिड वेस्ट प्रोसेसिंग प्लांट और मालन नदी पर पुल निर्माण कार्य जारी है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा पौड़ी के ऐतिहासिक कलेक्ट्रेट भवन को हेरिटेज के रूप में संरक्षित किया जा रहा है तथा सतपुली में सिंचाई निरीक्षण भवन का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि कोटद्वार में खेल सुविधाओं के विस्तार, 50 बेड वाले आधुनिक चिकित्सालय के निर्माण, सीडीएस पार्क में विशाल तिरंगा, विज्ञान संग्रहालय, ट्राइडेंट पार्क, सतपुली झील, 20 करोड़ की लागत से माउंटेन म्यूजियम एवं तारामंडल जैसी परियोजनाएं भविष्य में पर्यटन और रोजगार के नए अवसर सृजित करेंगी। मुख्यमंत्री ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि इन सभी प्रयासों से क्षेत्र का संतुलित और सतत विकास सुनिश्चित होगा तथा स्थानीय लोगों के जीवन स्तर में व्यापक सुधार आएगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार का निरंतर प्रयास शासन-प्रशासन को जन-जन तक पहुंचाना है। इसी उद्देश्य से 17 दिसंबर 2025 से “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” अभियान शुरू किया गया, जिसके तहत प्रशासन के विभिन्न विभागों की टीमें प्रत्येक न्याय पंचायत में पहुंचकर लोगों की समस्याएं सुन रही हैं और जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं का लाभ सीधे उनके द्वार तक पहुंचा रही हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि इस अभियान के माध्यम से लोगों के प्रमाणपत्र और आवश्यक दस्तावेज घर-घर पहुंचाए गए, जिससे आमजन को कार्यालयों के चक्कर नहीं लगाने पड़े। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि सरकार का लक्ष्य यही है कि हर नागरिक को समय पर सुविधाएं मिलें और उसकी समस्याओं का त्वरित एवं प्रभावी समाधान उसके अपने द्वार पर ही सुनिश्चित हो।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य का समग्र सामाजिक विकास सरकार का प्रमुख लक्ष्य और संकल्प है। उन्होंने कहा कि विकास के साथ-साथ राज्य की सामाजिक और सांस्कृतिक पहचान को सुदृढ़ बनाए रखना, लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था को मजबूत करना तथा हमारी समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विरासत और मूल्यों का संरक्षण करना भी सरकार की सर्वोच्च प्राथमिकताओं में शामिल है, जिसके लिए निरंतर प्रभावी प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।
पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महाराज ने कहा कि राज्य सरकार, उत्तराखंड को देश-विदेश में प्रमुख पर्यटन एवं एडवेंचर डेस्टिनेशन के रूप में स्थापित करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है और नयार वैली फेस्टिवल इस दिशा में एक महत्वपूर्ण पहल है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह एक आयोजन नहीं, बल्कि नयार घाटी की अपार प्राकृतिक सुंदरता, हमारी समृद्ध संस्कृति और साहसिक पर्यटन की असीम संभावनाओं का सशक्त परिचय है। इस महोत्सव के माध्यम से पैराग्लाइडिंग, माउंटेन बाइकिंग, कयाकिंग, हॉट एयर बैलून जैसी गतिविधियाँ युवाओं को नए अवसर प्रदान करेंगी और स्थानीय स्तर पर रोजगार के द्वार खोलेंगी।
पर्यटन मंत्री कहा कि हमारा लक्ष्य उत्तराखंड को देश का अग्रणी एडवेंचर टूरिज्म डेस्टिनेशन बनाना है, जिसके लिए राज्य सरकार आधारभूत संरचना, कनेक्टिविटी और पर्यटन सुविधाओं को सुदृढ़ करने के लिए निरंतर कार्य कर रही है। उन्होंने कहा कि सभी के सहयोग से नयार घाटी आने वाले समय में देश-दुनिया के पर्यटकों के आकर्षण का प्रमुख केंद्र बनेगी और विकास, रोजगार तथा सांस्कृतिक पहचान का नया अध्याय लिखेगी।
विधायक राजकुमार पोरी ने मुख्यमंत्री का स्वागत करते हुए कहा कि उनके नेतृत्व में प्रदेश निरंतर विकास के नए आयाम स्थापित कर रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि यह महोत्सव जनपद पौड़ी को पर्यटन मानचित्र पर नई पहचान दिलाएगा। साथ ही उन्होंने चिनवाड़ी डांडा पेयजल योजना की स्वीकृति के लिए मुख्यमंत्री का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए नयार वैली फेस्टिवल को स्थायी रूप से आयोजित किए जाने का अनुरोध किया।
बिलखेत में जिला प्रशासन द्वारा एक अद्वितीय एवं सुव्यवस्थित आयोजन संपन्न किया गया, जिसमें एक ही मंच पर 10 पृथक-पृथक गतिविधियों का सफल संचालन सुनिश्चित किया गया। विविध रोमांचक, सांस्कृतिक एवं जनसहभागिता आधारित कार्यक्रमों से सुसज्जित इस आयोजन ने न केवल प्रतिभागियों और दर्शकों में उत्साह का संचार किया, बल्कि प्रशासन की समन्वित कार्यप्रणाली और उत्कृष्ट व्यवस्थापन क्षमता का भी परिचय दिया। यह आयोजन नवाचार, सुव्यवस्था और बहुआयामी गतिविधियों के प्रभावी क्रियान्वयन का प्रेरक उदाहरण बनकर उभरा।
