उत्तराखंड में राजनीति करने तक सीमित रह गया स्थायी राजधानी का सवाल: पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत
उत्तराखंड में स्थायी राजधानी का सवाल सिर्फ राजनीति करने तक सीमित रह गया है। पूर्व की सरकारों ने राज्य गठन के बाद ही इस पर फैसला ले लिया होता तो आज इस मुद्दे का राजनीतिकरण नहीं होता। यह बातें पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ने लेखक रशीद किदवई की पुस्तक ‘लीडर्स, पालिटिशियन एंड सिटिजन’ के विमोचन के अवसर पर आयोजित संवाद में कहीं।
रविवार शाम राजपुर रोड स्थित एक होटल में पुस्तक का विमोचन पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत, वरिष्ठ पत्रकार एवं पीटीआइ (भाषा) के संपादक निर्मल पाठक, लेखक अद्वैता काला और लेखक रशीद किदवई ने किया। इसके बाद ‘क्या उत्तराखंड उज्ज्वल भविष्य की ओर’ विषय पर संवाद का आयोजन किया गया। संवाद में पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत को भी शामिल होना था, लेकिन स्वास्थ्य ठीक नहीं होने के चलते वह शामिल नहीं हुए।
इस दौरान वरिष्ठ पत्रकार निर्मल पाठक ने हरीश रावत से सवाल किया कि पिछले 22 वर्ष में पूर्व की सरकारों ने कई काम किए, लेकिन ऐसे कौन से काम रह गए जो पूर्व में ही हो जाने चाहिए थे। इसके जवाब में हरीश रावत ने कहा कि ऐसे दो काम है, जिन्हें पूर्व में ही किया जाना था। पहला स्थायी राजधानी का निर्धारण। अगर ऐसा होता तो अब तक इस पर राजनीति नहीं हो रही होती।
दूसरा काम यह कि हमें प्रदेश की अर्थव्यवस्था का आधार तय करना चाहिए था। चाहे हम ग्रामीण विकास को आधार बनाते या शहरी विकास को। पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ने यह भी कहा कि पूर्व की सरकारों ने शिक्षा को बढ़ावा देने का तो काम किया, लेकिन टिकाऊ अर्थव्यवस्था पर फोकस नहीं किया।
उद्योग विकसित हुए, मगर स्थानीय उत्पादों को भूल गए। परंपरागत शिल्प के हुनर को भूलना भी बड़ी गलती रही। उत्तराखंड के 18 वर्ष से अधिक होने पर जवान होने के सवाल पर पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इसका उत्तर बहुत कठिन है। उन्होंने कहा कि उत्तराखंड गर्भ से ही बहुत कुछ सीख कर आया है। यहां के नागरिकों में निर्णय लेने की ताकत है। यही वजह है कि हर बार सरकार बदलने के मिथक को भी इस बार जनता ने तोड़ दिया है।
कांग्रेस में जीती बाजी हारने की कला:
चुनाव के दौरान लग रहा था कि कांग्रेस की सरकार बन रही है, लेकिन चुनाव में प्रधानमंत्री के हस्तक्षेप के बाद लगा बाजी पलट गई। लेखक अद्वैता काला के इस सवाल के जवाब में हरीश रावत ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी में हर बाजी जीतने की कला है और कांग्रेस में जीती बाजी हारने की कला है।
मुख्यमंत्री रहते हुए चुनाव हारने के सवाल पर उन्होंने कहा कि वह मेरी गलती थी। वर्ष 2017 के चुनाव के दौरान मैं एक बार भी किच्छा नहीं गया। वहां के व्यक्तियों को विधायक चुनना था, मुख्यमंत्री नहीं। हरीश रावत ने कहा कि मैं तो वहां की जनता का अभारी हूं। इस हिसाब से उन्हें मुझे 20 हजार वोट से हराना था, लेकिन उन्होंने दो हजार वोट से ही हराया।
उदयपुर में चिंतन व मंथन हुआ:
उदयपुर में हुई कांग्रेस की बैठक के सवाल पर हरीश रावत ने कहा कि उदयपुर में चिंता, चिंतन व मंथन हुआ। बैठक से आगे की राह भी निकली है। कुछ बातें हमने साझा की हैं और कुछ अपने पास तक सीमित रखी हैं। मुझे गर्व है कि कांग्रेस चिंता, चिंतन व मंथन कर राह निकाल रही है। उन्होंने भाजपा पर कटाक्ष करते हुए कहा कि हम उस दौर से गुजर रहे हैं, जिसमें संघीय ढांचे पर दबाव है।
केदारनाथ में सेल्फी प्वाइंट पर सरकार को घेरा:
केदारनाथ में अभिनेता सुशांत की स्मृति में सेल्फी प्वाइंट बनाने की योजना के सवाल पर पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ने कहा कि मेरे कार्यकाल में केदारनाथ में मौलिक कार्य हुए। हमारी सरकार जगदगुरु शंकराचार्य की समाधि बनाने को लेकर कई धर्मगुरुओं से मिली, उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा था कि केदारनाथ में किसी भी मनुष्य के नाम का पत्थर नहीं लगना चाहिए। आज वहां पत्थर लग गए हैं, लेकिन उनका इसे समर्थन नहीं है।
विदेश में बयानबाजी प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने शुरू की:
राहुल गांधी की ओर से विदेश में देश के विरुद्ध बयानबाजी के सवाल पर हरीश रावत ने कहा कि पहले विदेश नीति पर सत्ता व विपक्ष की एक राय रहती थी, लेकिन प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने इसके रास्ते खोले हैं। उन्होंने कई बार विदेश में कांग्रेस पर प्रहार किया है तो अन्य भी उनसे सीख कर बयान दे रहे हैं।
बार-बार हरा रहे हैं तो महापुरुष ही हुए:
पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत ने कार्यक्रम के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी को महापुरुष कहकर संबोधित किया। इसको लेकर सवाल किए जाने पर पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री रावत ने कहा कि जब उनके (नरेन्द्र मोदी) नाम की लहर में बार-बार हार रहे हैं तो वह महापुरुष ही हुए।
