प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने बुधवार को अयोध्या में श्रीराम मंदिर का भूमि पूजन एवं शिलान्यास किया। मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने श्रीराम मंदिर के भूमि पूजन का टेलीविजन पर सीधा प्रसारण देखा।
मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने कहा प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी ने आज अयोध्या में श्री राम मन्दिर का भूमि पूजन एवं शिलान्यास किया। कई वर्षों के संघर्ष के बाद आज यह स्वर्णिम अवसर आया है। देश और अयोध्या में सैकड़ों परिवार ऐसे हैं, जो काफी समय से अखण्ड रामायण का पाठ एवं रामधुन कर रहे हैं। अयोध्या में श्रीराम मन्दिर बने, हजारों लोगों ने इसके लिए बलिदान दिया। आज उन हजारों लोगों का संघर्ष स्वरूप ले रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि 1989 में जब अयोध्या में श्रीराम मन्दिर के निर्माण के लिए आन्दोलन बहुत तीव्र हुआ था, सब लोग श्रीराम मन्दिर निर्माण के लिए जागरण करते थे।
मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने कहा कि 1989 में जब श्रीराम मन्दिर के लिए आन्दोलन चल रहा था, तब लोगों सेे श्रीराम मन्दिर निर्माण के लिए सवा रूपये एकत्रित किये जाते थे, कि श्रीराम मन्दिर के निर्माण के लिए एक पत्थर आपके नाम का भी लग जायेगा। उत्तरकाशी के दूरस्थ गांव लिवाड़ी-खिताड़ी 18 किमी पैदल चलकर लोग श्रीराम मंदिर निर्माण के लिए वहां से शिला लाये। श्रीराम मन्दिर के भूमि पूजन से ऐसे लोगों की आत्मा को शांति मिलेगी। वरिष्ठ पत्रकार एवं प्रचारक मोरोपंतजी पिंगले, अशोक जी सिंघल, महन्त अवैध्यनाथ जी एवं कोठारी बंधुओं ने इस आन्दोलन में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अपने स्मरण को साझा करते हुए कहा कि श्रीराम मन्दिर के निर्माण के लिए जब 1989 में आन्दोलन चल रहा था, तब वे मेरठ में थे। भेष बदलकर हमने इस आन्दोलन में भाग लिया था। हमारे साथ हजारों लोगों ने इस आन्दोलन में भाग लिया। मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने कहा कि उनकी उत्तरप्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री योगी आदित्यनाथ जी से वार्ता हुई। मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र जल्द ही अयोध्या जाकर भगवान श्रीराम के दर्शन करेंगे। अयोध्या में जो श्रीराम मन्दिर बनेगा उसका स्वरूप भी देखकर आयेंगे।
