कैबिनेट बैठक में त्रिवेंद्र सरकार ने इन प्रस्तावों पर लगाई मुहर
मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत की अध्यक्षता में आज कैबिनेट के अहम बैठक हुई। बैठक में कुछ अहम बिंदुओं पर चर्चा हुई।
1. आपदा प्रबंधन अधिनियम के तहत गाइडलाइन को सरल किया गया। इसके अंतर्गत अब छोटे पुल पेयजल लाईन, चैक डेम, स्कूल भवन, सिंचाई नहर सुरक्षात्मक कार्य भी किया जा सकेगा।
2. राज्य सरकारी एवं सार्वजनिक चीनी मिल के लिए एक एथनौल प्लांट बाजपुर में पी.पी.पी. मोड में 100 के.एल.पी.डी क्षमता का प्लांट बाजपुर में लगाया जाएगा।
3. सहकारिता नियमावली में संशोधन के तहत अब समिति को एक निश्चित धनराशि की जगह लाभ के आधार पर ट्रेनिंग इत्यादि के लिए प्रदान किया जाएगा।
4. भीमताल केन्द्रीय विद्यालय के 0.25 हेक्टेयर भूमि आवंटन के लिए जाने वाले सर्किल रेट 02 करोड़ रूपये को माफ किया गया।
5. अल्मोड़ा कुंम्ट्रान लिमिटेड के 1999 बंद हो जाने के बाद 11 कर्मचारियों को पुर्ननियोजित हेतु 06 कर्मचारी आपूर्ति विभाग में लगाये गए थे। शेष 05 को भी 2004 तक अवेतनिक मानते हुए सेवाकाल की गणना मानते हुए लाभ दिया जाएगा।
6. कुंभ 2021 में श्रद्वालुओं एवं संतों की व्यवस्था हेतु शौचालय इत्यादि के लिए धन प्रबंधन के लिए निर्णय लेने का अधिकार मुख्यमंत्री को दिया गया।
7. उत्तराखण्ड मोबाईल टॉवल नियमावली के लिए नगरीय और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में निर्धारित 500 रूपये किराये की जगह शहरी क्षेत्रों में 100 रूपये एवं ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में 50 रूपये निर्धारित किया गया।
8. मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के तहत प्रथम चरण में सहकारिता विभाग के माध्यम से डेरी, ठेली, फेली, व्यवसाय दुकानदारों के लिए 50 हजार नागरिकों को लोन की 02 प्रतिशत की ब्याज दर बिना गारंटी के राज्य सरकार वहन करेगी।
9. जी.एस.टी भारत सरकार के संशोधन को राज्य सरकार ने स्वीकार कर लिया।
10. खाद्य विभाग में उपविपणन अधिकारी के लिए सेवा नियमावली बनाई गई।
11. मुख्यमंत्री स्वरोजगार योजना के तहत 20 हजार से अधिक नागरिकों को प्रथम चरण में सहकारिता विभाग के माध्यम से मोटरसाईकिल टैक्सी योजना में 60 हजार रूपये तक का लोन की ब्याज दर 02 वर्ष तक राज्य सरकार देगी।
12. राज्य कोषी उत्तरदायित्व बजट प्रबंधन के लिए जी.डी.पी. का 03 प्रतिशत से बढ़ाकर 05 प्रतिशत करने की छूट दी गई।
13. नर्स भर्ती नियमावली को मंजूरी
14. कोविड अवधि के दौरान संचालित निजी एं निगम बसों के किराये में सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग की शर्त के साथ दोगुना किट की वृद्वि की गई।
15. उत्तराखण्ड ऑन डिमांड परिवहन सुविधा के लिए नियमावली बनाई गई। ओला टैक्सी तरीके पर मोबाईल एप से टैक्सी बुक की जा सकती है।
