नागरिकता को जन्म प्रमाण पत्र से जोड़ा जाएगा, पीएम मोदी के एक्शन प्लान में शामिल
जन्म प्रमाण पत्र को नागरिकता से जोड़ना, व्यापार समझौतों के दौरान नई नौकरियों पर ज़ोर देना और एक पर्यावरण क़ानून बनाना, कुछ ऐसे काम हैं जो प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने अपने कार्यकाल के लिए लक्ष्य के तौर पर रखे हैं.
अंग्रेज़ी अख़बार ‘द इंडियन एक्सप्रेस’ अपनी रिपोर्ट में लिखता है कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की सभी मंत्रालयों और विभागों के साथ 18 सितंबर को हुई बैठक के बाद केंद्र सरकार ने 60 बिंदुओं वाला एक एक्शन प्लान तैयार किया है.
अख़बार लिखता है कि उसे जो एक्शन प्लान का जो दस्तावेज़ मिला है उसमें लिखा है, “भारत में नागरिकता के लिए अब तक कोई दस्तावेज़ नहीं रहा है. नागरिकता को अब जन्म प्रमाण पत्र से जोड़ा जा सकता है.”
केंद्र सरकार के एक आला अधिकारी का कहना है कि ‘कार्रवाई के इनपुट्स’ सभी सचिवों को भेज दिए गए हैं.
कैबिनट सचिव राजीव गाबा ने 20 सितंबर को सभी सचिवों को अलग से पत्र लिखते हुए कहा है कि वे प्रधानमंत्री के निर्देश पर ‘तुरंत कार्रवाई’ करें और यह सुनिश्चित करें कि ‘समय पर यह लागू हो.’
