उत्तराखंड में 2025 तक सवा लाख दीदी बनेंगी लखपति, मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी लांच करेंगे योजना
उत्तराखंड में महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ी महिलाओं को राज्य स्थापना दिवस के उपलक्ष्य में सरकार सौगात देने जा रही है। इस कड़ी में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी चार नवंबर को इगास पर्व पर ‘मुख्यमंत्री लखपति दीदी’ योजना लांच करेंगे।
1.25 लाख महिलाओं को लखपति बनाने का लक्ष्य:
योजना के तहत वर्ष 2025 तक 1.25 लाख महिलाओं को लखपति बनाने का लक्ष्य है। इसके लिए उन्हें ऋण, तकनीकी मार्गदर्शन, प्रशिक्षण, उत्पादों के विपणन की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाएगी।
ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री गणेश जोशी की अध्यक्षता में हुई विभागीय समीक्षा बैठक में यह जानकारी दी गई। जोशी ने ग्राम्य विकास से जुड़ी विभिन्न योजनाओं का समयबद्ध रूप से क्रियान्वयन सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश अधिकारियों को दिए।
ग्राम्य विकास विभाग के अंतर्गत महिलाओं को स्वरोजगार उपलब्ध कराने के उद्देश्य से बड़ी संख्या में महिला स्वयं सहायता समूह गठित किए गए हैं। इनसे जुड़ी महिलाओं की संख्या 3.67 लाख है। ये समूह स्थानीय संसाधनों पर आधारित कई तरह के उत्पाद तैयार कर रहे हैं। उत्पादों की बिक्री से महिलाओं की आर्थिकी संवरी है।
महिलाओं की आर्थिक स्थिति को लेकर कराया जा रहा सर्वे:
इस बीच महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ी महिलाओं की आर्थिक स्थिति को लेकर सर्वे भी कराया जा रहा है। अभी तक ये जानकारी सामने आई है कि समूहों से जुड़ी 23 हजार महिलाओं की वार्षिक आय एक लाख रुपये से अधिक है। सर्वे पूरा होने पर यह आंकड़ा 35 हजार तक पहुंचने की उम्मीद जताई जा रही है। इस सबको देखते हुए सरकार ने मुख्यमंत्री लखपति दीदी योजना शुरू करने का निश्चय किया है।
ग्राम्य विकास मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक में इस योजना समेत अन्य विभागीय योजनाओं की समीक्षा की। बैठक के बाद कैबिनेट मंत्री जोशी ने बताया कि सरकार का लक्ष्य है कि वर्ष 2025 में उत्तराखंड जब अपनी स्थापना के 25 साल पूरे करे, तब तक स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ी सवा लाख महिलाएं भी लखपति बन जाएं। इस दिशा में कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं।
ऐसे बनेंगी महिलाएं लखपति:
मुख्यमंत्री लखपति दीदी योजना के अंतर्गत उन महिला स्वयं सहायता समूहों से जुड़ी महिलाओं को चयनित किया जाएगा, जिनकी वार्षिक आय बेहद कम है। ऐसे समूहों को अगले माह ब्लाक स्तर पर लगने वाले शिविरों में ऋण वितरण किया जाएगा।
साथ ही समूहों के उत्पादों को बाजार की मांग के अनुरूप बनाने के उद्देश्य से उन्हें तकनीकी ज्ञान और प्रशिक्षण दिया जाएगा। उत्पादों के विपणन पर भी ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाएगा। इन समूहों के उत्पादों की बिक्री विभागीय आउटलेट के अलावा विभिन्न स्थानों पर लगने वाले मेलों में प्राथमिकता के आधार पर सुनिश्चित की जाएगी।
पीएम आवास योजना के लाभार्थियों को देंगे आवास:
कैबिनेट मंत्री जोशी ने बताया कि चार नवंबर को लखपति दीदी योजना की लांचिंग के अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (ग्रामीण) के लाभार्थियों को आवास भी प्रदान किए जाएंगे। साथ ही कौशल विकास योजना के लाभार्थियों को नियुक्ति पत्र दिए जाएंगे। बैठक में सचिव ग्राम्य विकास डा बीवीआरसी पुरुषोत्तम, अपर सचिव आनंद स्वरूप, नितिका खंडेलवाल समेत अन्य अधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
