बदरीनाथ धाम के कपाट बृहस्पतिवार को शीतकाल के लिए बंद हो जाएंगे।
देवस्थानम बोर्ड के मीडिया प्रभारी डा. हरीश गौड़ ने बताया कि कपाट बंद होने की प्रक्रिया दोपहर डेढ़ बजे से शुरू होगी, जिसके बाद दोपहर 3:35 पर मंदिर के कपाट बंद कर दिए जाएंगे।
उन्होंने बताया कि मंदिर को फूलों से सजाया गया है। इस सीजन में अभी तक धाम में एक लाख 38 हजार श्रद्धालु पहुंच चुके हैं। कपाट बंद होने के दौरान तीन हजार श्रद्धालु मौजूद होने की उम्मीद है।
बदरीनाथ धाम के कपाट बंद होने की प्रक्रिया के तहत लक्ष्मी मंदिर में कड़ाई भोग का आयोजन किया गया। इस भोग को लक्ष्मी माता को लगाया गया और प्रसाद स्वरूप श्रद्धालुओं को यह भोग बांटा गया।
कपाट बंद होने से पहले बदरीनाथ के रावल (मुख्य पुजारी) ईश्वर प्रसाद नंबूदरी माता लक्ष्मी की मूर्ति को बदरीनाथ गर्भगृह में रखेंगे और उद्धव व कुबेर की मूर्तियों को बदरीश पंचायत (गर्भगृह) से बाहर लाकर उत्सव डोली में रखकर पांडुकेश्वर लाया जाएगा।
