सत्ता के गलियारे से: प से पुष्कर, प से पौड़ी
उत्तराखंड को अलग राज्य बने 22 साल हो गए। इस अवधि में यहां 12 मुख्यमंत्री बन चुके हैं। भुवन चंद्र खंडूड़ी और पुष्कर सिंह धामी को दो-दो बार सरकार की कमान संभालने का मौका मिला है। इनमें से पांच मुख्यमंत्री खंडूड़ी, निशंक, बहुगुणा, त्रिवेंद्र व तीरथ अकेले पौड़ी जिले से आते हैं, मगर यह सोचने वाली बात है कि इनमें से कोई मंडल मुख्यालय पौड़ी की दुर्दशा के दर्द को नहीं समझ पाया।
अब धामी ने पौड़ी जिले की दशा सुधारने के लिए एक के बाद एक, कई कदम उठाए हैं। अधिकारी राजधानी देहरादून के बजाय पौड़ी में ही रहें, इसके लिए जरूरी निर्देश धामी ने दिए हैं। केवल मुख्यालय पौड़ी ही नहीं, पूरे जिले की कायापलट करने को धामी ने जो तेवर दिखाए हैं, उसकी सराहना तो बनती ही है। विधायक भले चंपावत से बने हैं धामी, लेकिन उन्होंने साबित कर दिया कि मुख्यमंत्री पूरे राज्य का होता है।
अब भी भगतदा का जवाब नहीं:
भगत सिंह कोश्यारी ने हाल में महाराष्ट्र के राज्यपाल पद से पढऩे-लिखने में समय व्यतीत करने की इच्छा जता इस्तीफा दिया और अब अपने घर उत्तराखंड लौट आए हैं। उत्तराखंड की पहली अंतरिम सरकार में तीन महीने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री रहे, भाजपा के बड़े नेताओं में इन्हें शुमार किया जाता है।
प्रदेश सरकार में मंत्री, मुख्यमंत्री से लेकर नेता प्रतिपक्ष और राज्यसभा व लोकसभा के सदस्य रह चुके हैं। कुछ चर्चित बयानों के कारण राज्यपाल पद से सेवानिवृत्ति लेनी पड़ी, घर लौटे तो इनकी नई भूमिका को लेकर चर्चाएं शुरू।
देहरादून में मीडिया के सामने आए, घेरने की कोशिश हुई, मगर भगतदा ने कोई मौका दिया ही नहीं। राजनीति के चतुर खिलाड़ी रहे हैं, साफ निकल गए। अलबत्ता एक सवाल के जवाब में बोल गए कि उद्धव ठाकरे संत हैं, नहीं तो ऐसे सरकार से जाते, लेकिन इसके बाद भी कहीं कोई राजनीतिक हलचल महसूस नहीं हुई और सब शांत।
रावत को एक फाइनेंसर की तलाश:
कांग्रेस के दिग्गज, पूर्व केंद्रीय मंत्री व पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री हरीश रावत को चुनाव लडऩे के लिए फाइनेंसर की तलाश है। यह हम नहीं, स्वयं रावत ही कह रहे हैं। लोकसभा चुनाव नजदीक हैं, रावत लगभग हर चुनाव लड़ते ही हैं। छह साल पहले 2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव में दो सीटों से लड़े, फिर 2019 के लोकसभा चुनाव में नैनीताल सीट से ताल ठोकी।
पिछले साल हुए विधानसभा चुनाव में भी मैदान में उतरे, लेकिन किस्मत लगातार दगा देती रही। यह तो छह सालों का ब्योरा है, वैसे रावत लगभग चार दशक से चुनावी राजनीति का हिस्सा रहे हैं।
लोकसभा चुनाव लड़ने पर जब सवाल किया गया तो बोले कि कोई हेलीकाप्टर और पैसों की व्यवस्था कर दे तो लड़ लेंगे। रावत की इस मासूमियत पर भाजपा सवाल उठाएगी ही, लेकिन उनकी ही पार्टी के नेताओं को इस पर यकीन नहीं। वैसे, इससे यह साबित हो गया कि रावत चुनाव लड़ेंगे।
चित भी अपनी, पट भी अपनी:
कांग्रेस पिछले नौ सालों से अपनी राजनीतिक जमीन बचाने की जुगत में लगी है। यहां बात केवल उत्तराखंड की, वैसे हालत पूरे देश में यही है। दुर्गति की शुरुआत 2014 के लोकसभा चुनाव से हुई, कांग्रेस पांचों सीटें गंवा बैठी। फिर 2019 में भी कहानी दोहराई गई। ऐसा ही 2017 व 2022 के विधानसभा चुनाव में हुआ।
कांग्रेस चारों खाने चित, लेकिन बढिय़ा बात यह कि नेता हौसला नहीं छोड़ रहे हैं। क्या मजाल सत्तारूढ़ भाजपा की घेराबंदी का कोई मौका चूक जाएं। गैरसैंण को ग्रीष्मकालीन राजधानी बने तीन साल गुजर गए, लेकिन पिछले दो साल से यहां एक भी विधानसभा सत्र नहीं हुआ।
कांग्रेस प्रदेश अध्यक्ष करन माहरा ने लगातार प्रहार किए इसे लेकर। सरकार ने बजट सत्र गैरसैंण में आयोजित किया है, मगर अब कांग्रेस को शिकायत है कि गणतंत्र दिवस पर गैरसैंण में ध्वज फहराने तो कोई पहुंचा ही नहीं, फिर भी वहां सत्र बुला रहे हैं।
