दून अस्पताल की ओपीडी बंद कर दी गई है।
कोरोना संक्रमण के मामलों में लगातार हो रही बढ़ोतरी को देखते हुए बुधवार से दून अस्पताल की ओपीडी बंद कर दी गई है। फिलहाल अस्पताल में केवल कोविड मरीजों काही उपचार होगा। हालांकि फ्लू मरीजों की ओपीडी कंटेनर में चलती रहेगी।
कोविड संक्रमण के मामलों में बढ़ोतरी के बाद दून अस्पताल को एक बार फिर कोविड अस्पताल बनाया गया है। मंगलवार को प्राचार्य डॉ. आशुतोष सयाना की अध्यक्षता में आयोजित बैठक में संचालन को लेकर महत्वपूर्ण फैसले लिए गए। तय किया गया कि फिलहाल जब तक कोरोना के मामले बहुत ज्यादा बढ़ रहे हैं, अन्य ओपीडी को बंद कर दिया जाए।
करीब दो हफ्ते पहले ओपीडी का समय कम किया गया था। इससे पहले कोरोना की शुरूआत के समय भी दून को कोविड अस्पताल बनाया गया था।
कोविड मरीज भर्ती होने के कारण अन्य मरीजों का उपचार संभव नहीं:
बाद में मामलों में कमी आने के बाद अस्पताल में सामान्य सेवाएं दी जा रहीं थी। प्राचार्य डॉ. सयाना ने बताया कि कोविड मरीज भर्ती होने के कारण अन्य मरीजों का उपचार संभव नहीं है। कई डॉक्टर और सहायक स्टाफ भी संक्रमित हो चुका है। इसलिए अगले आदेश तक ओपीडी बंद रहेगी।
पुलिस लाइन में कांस्टेबल को दी गई श्रद्धांजलि:
कोरोना संक्रमण के चलते जान गंवाने वाले कांस्टेबल धीरज सिंह को एसएसपी डॉ. योगेंद्र सिंह रावत व अन्य अधिकारियों ने पुलिस लाइन में श्रद्धांजलि अर्पित की। धीरज कालसी थाने में तैनात थे।
उनकी पत्नी बीते दिनों कोरोना से संक्रमित हुई थीं। उनकी 23 अप्रैल को मृत्यु हो गई थी। इस दौरान धीरज की भी तबीयत खराब हो गई। गंभीर हालत में उन्हें दून अस्पताल ले जाया गया, जहां सोमवार को डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया।
उनकी कोरोना टेस्ट की रिपोर्ट भी पॉजिटिव आई है।
