Unlock 5.0 कल जारी होगी गाइडलाइन।
Unlock 5.0 केंद्र सरकार ने अनलॉक पांच की गाइडलाइन जारी कर दी है। इस कड़ी में अब 15 अक्टूबर के बाद प्रदेश में सिनेमा व मल्टीप्लेक्स भी खोले जा सकेंगे। शादी व अन्य समारोह में सरकार की अनुमति से 100 से अधिक व्यक्ति भी शामिल हो सकते हैं। प्रदेश सरकार अभी इस गाइडलाइन का अध्ययन कर अन्य विभागों की सहमति के बाद गुरुवार को प्रदेश की गाइडलाइन जारी करेगी। वहीं,
प्रदेश में अभी तक सिनेमाहाॅल, मल्टीप्लेक्स व थियेटर आदि बंद हैं। अब केंद्र ने इन्हें खोलने की अनुमति दे दी है। प्रदेश सरकार पहले भी केंद्र के दिशा-निर्देशों के क्रम में कई छूट प्रदान कर चुकी है। ऐसे में माना जा रहा है कि यहां भी 50 प्रतिशत क्षमता के साथ इन्हें खोलने को मंजूरी दी जाएगी। इसके साथ ही व्यापारिक प्रदर्शनी और स्वीमिंग पूल भी खोले जा सकेंगे। सामाजिक, संस्थागत, खेल, मनोरंजन, सांस्कृतिक, धार्मिक और राजनीतिक कार्यक्रमों में 100 लोगों के ही उपस्थित होने के मानक पर अब ढील दी जा सकेगी। यह कितनी होगी, इस पर प्रदेश सरकार जल्द फैसला लेगी। सचिव आपदा प्रबंधन एस ए मुरुगेशन ने कहा कि इसमें विभिन्न विभागों से राय ली जानी है। ऐसे में सभी विभागों की राय लेने के बाद गुरुवार को एसओपी जारी कर दी जाएगी।
एक अक्टूबर से नहीं खुलेंगे स्कूल-कॉलेज:
प्रदेश में एक अक्टूबर, यानी गुरुवार से स्कूल और कॉलेज नहीं खुलेंगे। अलबत्ता स्कूलों को खोलने के बारे में प्रदेश सरकार अपने स्तर पर एसओपी (मानक प्रचालन कार्यविधि) बनाएगी। शिक्षा मंत्री अरविंद पांडेय ने इस संबंध में गुरुवार को सचिवालय में विभाग की बैठक बुलाई है। अनलॉक-पांच को लेकर केंद्रीय गृह मंत्रालय ने गाइडलाइन जारी कर दी है। केंद्र ने स्कूल, कॉलेज और कोचिंग संस्थानों को खोलने की अनुमति दी है। यह गाइडलाइन रात्रि जारी होने की वजह से प्रदेश में गुरुवार तक व्यवस्था पूर्ववत रहेगी।
प्रदेश सरकार ने 30 सितंबर तक स्कूल-कॉलेज बंद रखने का आदेश जारी किया था। केंद्र के निर्देशों के मुताबिक आगे इस संबंध में राज्य सरकार को खुद फैसला लेना है। शिक्षा मंत्री अरविंद पांडेय ने कहा कि प्रदेश में स्कूलों को खोलने के बारे में सभी पक्षों से चर्चा के बाद ही फैसला लिया जाएगा। गुरुवार को दोपहर 12 बजे सचिवालय में शिक्षा विभाग के अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक की जाएगी। बैठक में तमाम पहलुओं पर विचार किया जाएगा। उन्होंने संकेत दिए कि इस बारे में अंतिम फैसला मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक में लिया जा सकता है। शिक्षा सचिव आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम ने कहा कि स्कूलों को खोलने के बारे में आपदा प्रबंधन विभाग की ओर से जारी गाइडलाइन के मुताबिक फैसला लिया जाएगा।
