मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने अग्निवीर भर्ती प्रशिक्षण केंद्र का किया निरीक्षण, युवाओं से संवाद कर बढ़ाया उत्साह..
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को युवा कल्याण एवं प्रांतीय रक्षक दल विभाग तथा खेल विभाग द्वारा प्रांतीय रक्षक दल निदेशालय, रायपुर (देहरादून) में संचालित अग्निवीर भर्ती प्रशिक्षण केंद्र का निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रशिक्षण व्यवस्थाओं, संसाधनों और युवाओं को दी जा रही सुविधाओं का गहनता से जायजा लिया।
निरीक्षण के दौरान मुख्यमंत्री ने अग्निवीर भर्ती की तैयारी कर रहे युवाओं से सीधे संवाद कर उनके प्रशिक्षण अनुभव, दैनिक दिनचर्या और सामने आ रही चुनौतियों की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने युवाओं से यह भी पूछा कि प्रशिक्षण के दौरान उन्हें किन-किन अतिरिक्त सुविधाओं की आवश्यकता महसूस हो रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रशिक्षण केंद्र में उपलब्ध शारीरिक प्रशिक्षण, दौड़ अभ्यास, खेल गतिविधियों तथा अन्य मूलभूत सुविधाओं का अवलोकन करते हुए अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सभी व्यवस्थाएं उच्च गुणवत्ता मानकों के अनुरूप सुनिश्चित की जाएं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश सरकार अग्निवीर भर्ती की तैयारी कर रहे युवाओं को निःशुल्क और गुणवत्तापूर्ण प्रशिक्षण उपलब्ध करा रही है, जिससे वे आत्मविश्वास के साथ देश सेवा के लिए चयनित हो सकें।
युवाओं का उत्साह बढ़ाने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री स्वयं भी प्रशिक्षण केंद्र में आयोजित खेल गतिविधियों में शामिल हुए और युवाओं से संवाद कर उन्हें अनुशासन, परिश्रम और सकारात्मक सोच के साथ आगे बढ़ने का संदेश दिया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए कि प्रशिक्षण कार्यक्रमों को समय-समय पर अपडेट किया जाए तथा विशेषज्ञ प्रशिक्षकों के माध्यम से युवाओं को शारीरिक एवं मानसिक रूप से और अधिक सशक्त बनाया जाए। उन्होंने कहा कि अग्निवीर योजना देश के युवाओं के लिए एक सुनहरा अवसर है और उत्तराखण्ड सरकार का प्रयास है कि राज्य के अधिक से अधिक युवा इस योजना के माध्यम से देश सेवा के साथ आत्मनिर्भर भी बनें।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि अग्निवीर योजना युवाओं को थल सेना, नौसेना और वायु सेना में सेवा का अवसर प्रदान करती है। यह योजना युवाओं में राष्ट्रभक्ति, अनुशासन, नेतृत्व क्षमता और आत्मविश्वास का विकास करती है। सेवा अवधि के पश्चात सैन्य प्रशिक्षण से प्राप्त कौशल युवाओं को विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में रोजगार और स्वरोजगार के बेहतर अवसर भी प्रदान करते हैं।
इस अवसर पर विशेष प्रमुख सचिव श्री अमित सिन्हा, अपर सचिव डॉ. आशीष चौहान सहित खेल एवं युवा कल्याण विभाग तथा प्रांतीय रक्षक दल के वरिष्ठ अधिकारी उपस्थित रहे।
