देहरादून में कचहरी में घुसे छात्र, उत्तरकाशी में जबरन बंद कराई दुकानें, पढ़ें हर अपडेट
पुलिस द्वारा प्रदर्शनकारियों पर किए गए लाठीचार्ज के विरोध में बेरोजगार संघ ने शुक्रवार को उत्तराखंड बंद का आह्वान किया है। जिला प्रशासन ने दून शहर में निषेधाज्ञा धारा 144 लागू कर दी है।
शुक्रवार को देहरादून के घंटाघर क्षेत्र में दुकानें व प्रतिष्ठान बंंद रखे गए। यहां जगह-जगह पुलिस बल तैनात रहा।बंद के मद्देनजर हल्द्वानी में भी पुलिस तैनात रही। शुक्रवार को राज्यभर में पुलिस सक्रिय दिखाई दी।
कचहरी स्थित शहीद स्मारक पर पहुंचे छात्र करने लगे प्रदर्शन:
उपद्रव मचाने व पत्थरबाजी करने के मामले में गिरफ्तार किए गए बेरोजगार संघ के अध्यक्ष सहित 13 की शुक्रवार को कोर्ट में पेशी होनी है। कोर्ट के बाहर स्थिति तनावपूर्ण बनी हुई है।
इसी के विरोध में छात्र कचहरी स्थित शहीद स्मारक पर पहुंचे और प्रदर्शन करने लगे। छात्र बॉबी पवार को रिहा करने की मांग कर रहे हैं। इस दौरान प्रदर्शन कर रहे छात्रों को समर्थन देने के लिए विभिन्न संगठन भी पहुंचे।
गुरुवार को गांधी पार्क के बाहर हुई घटना को लेकर डीजीपी ने बैठक बुलाई है। देखा जा रहा है कि किस स्तर पर चूक हुई है। लापरवाह अधिकारियों व कर्मचारियों पर गाज गिर सकती है।
हंगामे की आशंका को देखते हुए कोर्ट के बाहर पुलिस फोर्स तैनात किया गया है। शहीद स्मारक पर सिटी मजिस्ट्रेट कुसुम चौहान और एसडीएम सदर नरेश चंद्र दुर्गापाल भी पहुंचे।
उत्तरकाशी में दुकानें बंद करवाने को लेकर हंगामा
उत्तरकाशी में बेरोजगार छात्रों ने धरना-प्रदर्शन किया। व्यापारियों के समर्थन से उत्तरकाशी बाजार बंद कराया गया। इस दौरान कुछ दुकानों को बंद कराने को लेकर छात्रों का जमकर हंगामा हुआ।
चमोली में भी युवाओं ने प्रदर्शन किया।
पौड़ी में अन्य दिनों की तरह बाजार खुले रहे, हालांकि सुरक्षा के लिए पुलिस कर्मी तैनात किए गए।
बेरोजगार युवाओं पर पुलिस की लाठीचार्ज का अल्मोड़ा में भी विरोध शुरू हो गया। इस दौरान युवाओं ने भर्ती घोटाले की सीबीआई जांच की मांग की। भूख हड़ताल में बैठने की चेतावनी दी।
ऋषिकेश में भी धारा 144 लागू
ऋषिकेश में हाथों में गुलाब लेकर युवाओं ने मौन जुलूस निकाला।
वहीं ऋषिकेश में भी प्रशासन की ओर से दो दिन के लिए धारा 144 लागू कर दी गई है।
तहसील क्षेत्र में धरना प्रदर्शन प्रतिबंधित किया गया है।
उप जिलाधिकारी नंदन कुमार आईएएस की ओर से आदेश जारी किए गए हैं।
चित्रशिला घाट पर सांकेतिक पिंडदान
उत्तराखंड युवा एकता मंच के आह्वान पर बेरोजगार युवा भर्ती घोटाला और बेरोजगारों से देहरादून में हुई बर्बरता को लेकर सड़कों पर हैं।
इसी क्रम में हल्द्वानी में रानीबाग स्थित चित्रशिला घाट में उत्तराखंड लोक सेवा आयोग, पुलिस व राज्य सरकार की सांकेतिक शवयात्रा निकालने के बाद युवाओं ने अंत्येष्टि और पिंडदान किया।
इधर, बुद्ध पार्क में युवा आगे की रणनीति बनाने के लिए सभा करने पहुंचने लगे। जिसके लिए भारी पुलिस बल तैनात हो गया।
कोटद्वार में पुलिस ने छीना सीएम का पुतला, प्रदर्शनकारी भड़के:
शुक्रवार को युवा कांग्रेस ने राजकीय स्नातकोत्तर महाविद्यालय में तालाबंदी की। महाविद्यालय बंद करने के बाद कार्यकर्ता मुख्यमंत्री के पुतले को लेकर तहसील में पहुंचे। मौके पर मौजूद पुलिस ने कार्यकर्ताओं से पुतला छीन लिया। इससे कार्यकर्ता भड़क गए और उन्होंने पुलिस के साथ ही प्रदेश सरकार के खिलाफ भी जमकर नारेबाजी की।
मुख्यमंत्री की बहकावे में न आने और भ्रमित न होने की अपील:
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अधिकारियों के साथ बैठक कर स्थिति की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने युवाओं से किसी के भी बहकावे में नहीं आने और भ्रमित नहीं होने की अपील की है।
बेरोजगार युवाओं ने अपनी मांगें मनवाने के लिए बुधवार को गांधी पार्क के बाहर सत्याग्रह शुरू किया था। यहां से देर रात पुलिस ने उन्हें उठा दिया। इससे गुस्साए युवा गुरुवार सुबह गांधी पार्क में जुटने लगे। इस दौरान पुलिस और प्रदर्शनकारियों के बीच झड़प हो गई।
ये हैं प्रमुख मांगें
भर्ती परीक्षाओं में हुए घोटालों की सीबीआइ जांच कराई जाए।
तत्काल सख्त नकलरोधी कानून लागू किया जाए।
नकल करके नौकरी पाने वालों की सूची सार्वजनिक की जाए।
भर्ती घोटालों की जांच पूरी होने और नकलरोधी कानून लागू होने के बाद ही भर्ती परीक्षाएं कराई जाएं।
