आपदा अभ्यास: रुद्रप्रयाग में 6.7 तीव्रता का काल्पनिक भूकंप, ग्लेशियर क्षेत्र में जवान लापता दिखाए गए..
रूद्रप्रयाग में 6.7 तीव्रता के भूकंप का मॉक ड्रिल किया गया, जिसमें भारी नुकसान का अनुमान लगाया गया। चोराबाड़ी ग्लेशियर में जवानों के दबे होने की आशंका जताई गई, जिससे बचाव कार्य की आवश्यकता बढ़ गई। इस अभ्यास का उद्देश्य आपदा प्रबंधन की तैयारियों का आकलन करना था।
शनिवार को प्रातः 09:45 बजे आयोजित मॉक ड्रिल के तहत 6.7 तीव्रता के भूकंप के परिदृश्य में जनपद रुद्रप्रयाग में बड़े पैमाने पर नुकसान की स्थिति उत्पन्न होने का आकलन किया गया। प्रशासन ने तत्काल राहत एवं बचाव दलों को सक्रिय करते हुए युद्धस्तर पर अभियान शुरू किया। जिला आपातकालीन संचालन केंद्र लगातार स्थिति पर निगरानी बनाए हुए है।
कोटेश्वर अस्पताल, उद्योग भवन और जावड़ी बाइपास प्रभावित हुआ है। भूकंप के झटकों के बाद प्रारंभिक आंकलन में जिला चिकित्सालय कोटेश्वर एवं उद्योग विभाग भवन, भटवाड़ी सैण में संरचनात्मक क्षति की जानकारी मिली। जावड़ी बाइपास में बड़े भू-धंसाव के कारण एक मैक्स वाहन खाई में गिर गया। राहतकर्मियों ने तुरंत कार्रवाई करते हुए सभी 5 घायलों को सुरक्षित रेस्क्यू कर जिला अस्पताल भेज दिया।
अगस्त्यमुनि बाजार में भीषण नुकसान, कई भवन ढहे
नगर पंचायत अगस्त्यमुनि क्षेत्र से प्राप्त सूचना के अनुसार बाजार में भूमि दरार और भारी भूधंसाव से 25–30 आवासीय और 5–10 व्यापारिक भवन क्षतिग्रस्त हुए। यहाँ से अब तक 4 घायलों को रेस्क्यू कर जिला अस्पताल भेजा जा चुका है, जबकि 50–60 लोगों के मलबे में दबे होने की आशंका के बीच एनडीआरएफ, एसडीआरएफ, पुलिस व प्रशासनिक टीमें लगातार राहत कार्य में जुटी हैं। बिजली, पानी और संचार बाधित होने से चुनौतियाँ और बढ़ी हैं।
सुमेरपुर रेलवे टनल में श्रमिक फंसे
मेघा कंपनी द्वारा दी गई सूचना के अनुसार सुमेरपुर में निर्माणाधीन रेलवे सुरंग में भारी मलबा भर जाने से सुरंग बंद हो गई। टनल के भीतर 5 श्रमिकों के फंसे होने की पुष्टि हुई है, जिनमें से 2 को सुरक्षित बाहर निकाल लिया गया है, शेष के रेस्क्यू के प्रयास जारी हैं।
चोराबाड़ी ग्लेशियर : 5–6 जवानों के दबे होने की आशंका
श्री केदारनाथ धाम के ऊपर चोराबाड़ी क्षेत्र में ग्लेशियर खिसकने की सूचना पर प्रशासन, पुलिस और आपदा प्रबंधन टीमें मौके पर पहुंच चुकी हैं। ग्लेशियर की ओर से उठते धुएँ और तीव्र प्रवाह के बीच 5–6 सुरक्षाकर्मियों के दबे होने की आशंका जताई गई है। हेली-रिस्क्यू की संभावनाओं पर भी विचार किया जा रहा है। कोटेश्वर जिला अस्पताल में अब तक 15 घायलों का उपचार जारी है। भटवाड़ी सैण में 2 लोगों को रेस्क्यू कर जिला अस्पताल भेजा गया है, जबकि अभी भी 15–20 लोगों के फंसे होने की सूचना है। सभी प्रभावित क्षेत्रों में राहत दल त्वरित कार्रवाई में लगे हैं। वैकल्पिक मार्ग, संचार व्यवस्था और भीड़ नियंत्रण पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जा रहा है।
