मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र सिंह रावत ने शुक्रवार को सचिवालय में लेखक एवं समीक्षक गोपाल सिंह थापा की पुस्तक देहरादून सिनेमॉज का विमोचन भी किया। इस पुस्तक में उन्होंने देहरादून में सिनेमाघरों की पहले की स्थिति एवं वर्तमान स्थिति का शोध कर विवरण प्रस्तुत किया है। मनोरंजन के क्षेत्र में तकनीकि के विकास के साथ सिनेमाघरों की स्थिति में आये परिवर्तन के बारे में जानकारी दी गई है।
मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेन्द्र ने कहा कि यह पुस्तक दशकों से मनोरंजन के संसाधन के रूप में सिनेमाघरों के प्रति लोगों की रूचि एवं तकनीक के विकास के साथ हुए परिवर्तन के बारे में लोगों को जानकारी उपलब्ध कराने में सहायक सिद्ध होगी।
