वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग के जरिए प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी उत्तराखंड के रोजगार मेले में जुड़े और नियुक्ति पत्र प्राप्त करने वाले सभी अभ्यर्थियों को बधाई दी।

आज जैसे-जैसे उत्तराखंड के दूर सुदूर के इलाके रोड, रेल और इंटरनेट से जुड़ रहे हैं, वैसे वैसे पर्यटन का भी विस्तार हो रहा है। नए पर्यटक स्थल पर्यटन मानचित्र पर आ रहे हैं। इससे उत्तराखंड के युवाओं को वहीं पर रोजगार मिल रहे हैं और बड़े शहरों का रुख नहीं करना पड़ रहा है।
प्रधानमंत्री ने कहा आज उत्तराखंड में इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर पर इतना निवेश हो रहा है, कि दूर तक आना-जाना तो आसान हो ही रहा है, साथ ही रोजगार के भी नए अवसर पैदा हो रहे हैं।
कहा कि बीते कुछ महीनों में केंद्र सरकार ने देश के लाखों युवाओं को नियुक्ति पत्र दिए हैं। हमें उस पुरानी धारणा को बदलना है कि पहाड़ का पानी और पहाड़ की जवानी पहाड़ के काम नहीं आती, इसलिए केंद्र सरकार का निरंतर यह प्रयास रहा है कि पहाड़ में रोजगार और स्वरोजगार के नए अवसर बनाए जाएं।
