जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार: धामी सरकार का जनसेवा अभियान बना सुशासन का सशक्त मॉडल
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के नेतृत्व में संचालित “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” अभियान उत्तराखंड में सुशासन और पारदर्शी प्रशासन का प्रभावी उदाहरण बनकर उभरा है। प्रदेश के सभी 13 जनपदों में निरंतर आयोजित हो रहे बहुउद्देशीय शिविरों के माध्यम से सरकार सीधे जनता तक पहुंचकर उनकी समस्याओं का समाधान कर रही है।
दिनांक 16 फरवरी 2026 तक प्रदेशभर में कुल 638 शिविर आयोजित किए जा चुके हैं। इन शिविरों में अब तक 4,97,107 नागरिकों ने प्रतिभाग कर अपनी समस्याएं और मांगें दर्ज कराई हैं। केवल आज ही 7 शिविरों का आयोजन किया गया, जिनमें 4,306 नागरिकों ने भाग लिया। यह आंकड़े दर्शाते हैं कि धामी सरकार का यह अभियान जनसरोकारों से सीधे जुड़कर परिणाम दे रहा है।
अभियान के अंतर्गत अब तक कुल 48,562 शिकायत पत्र प्राप्त हुए हैं, जिनमें से 32,583 शिकायतों का निस्तारण किया जा चुका है। केवल आज ही 411 शिकायतें प्राप्त हुईं और 261 शिकायतों का त्वरित समाधान किया गया। इससे स्पष्ट है कि सरकार केवल शिकायतें सुन ही नहीं रही, बल्कि समयबद्ध और प्रभावी निस्तारण भी सुनिश्चित कर रही है।
इसके अतिरिक्त विभिन्न प्रकार के प्रमाण पत्र जारी करने तथा आवेदन पत्र प्राप्त करने की प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत अब तक 69,746 प्रकरणों में कार्रवाई की गई है। आज के शिविरों में 353 प्रमाण पत्र/आवेदन से संबंधित कार्य संपन्न हुए। यह पहल आमजन को कार्यालयों के चक्कर लगाने से मुक्ति दिलाकर सेवाओं को उनके द्वार तक पहुंचाने का कार्य कर रही है।
अन्य जनकल्याणकारी योजनाओं के माध्यम से भी बड़ी संख्या में नागरिकों को लाभान्वित किया गया है। अब तक 2,76,646 व्यक्तियों को विभिन्न योजनाओं से लाभ मिला है, जिनमें से 2,542 लाभार्थी केवल आज के शिविरों में जोड़े गए। यह आंकड़े दर्शाते हैं कि सरकार की योजनाएं केवल कागजों तक सीमित नहीं हैं, बल्कि जमीनी स्तर पर व्यापक प्रभाव उत्पन्न कर रही हैं।
जनपदवार आंकड़े भी इस अभियान की व्यापकता को रेखांकित करते हैं। हरिद्वार, देहरादून, उधम सिंह नगर, पिथौरागढ़, अल्मोड़ा सहित सभी जिलों में बड़ी संख्या में नागरिकों की सहभागिता और शिकायतों का समाधान हुआ है। विशेष रूप से पिथौरागढ़, पौड़ी, नैनीताल, उधम सिंह नगर और उत्तरकाशी में आज भी शिविरों का आयोजन कर नागरिकों को प्रत्यक्ष लाभ प्रदान किया गया।
मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने स्पष्ट किया है कि राज्य सरकार का उद्देश्य प्रशासन को जनोन्मुखी, जवाबदेह और पारदर्शी बनाना है। “जन-जन की सरकार, जन-जन के द्वार” अभियान इसी संकल्प का जीवंत उदाहरण है, जिसके माध्यम से सरकार अंतिम पंक्ति में खड़े व्यक्ति तक योजनाओं का लाभ पहुंचाने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
धामी सरकार का यह प्रयास उत्तराखंड में सुशासन, त्वरित सेवा वितरण और जनविश्वास को सुदृढ़ करने की दिशा में एक ऐतिहासिक पहल के रूप में स्थापित हो रहा है। प्रदेश की जनता को समयबद्ध समाधान, प्रमाण पत्रों की त्वरित उपलब्धता तथा योजनाओं का प्रत्यक्ष लाभ देकर सरकार विकास और विश्वास के नए आयाम स्थापित कर रही है।
