21 फरवरी 2026 से 01 मार्च 2026 तक देहरादून में आयोजित होगा “दिव्य कला मेला”
यह आयोजन देशभर के दिव्यांग उद्यमियों, कारीगरों एवं कलाकारों द्वारा निर्मित उत्पादों और उनकी प्रतिभा को प्रदर्शित करने का एक महत्वपूर्ण मंच होगा
– दिव्यांगजन सशक्तिकरण विभाग, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा “दिव्य कला मेला” का कराया जा रहा है आयोजन
– मेले में देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों से हस्तशिल्प, हथकरघा, कढ़ाई कार्य, घरेलू सजावट सामग्री, वस्त्र, स्टेशनरी, पर्यावरण अनुकूल उत्पाद, पैकेज्ड एवं ऑर्गेनिक खाद्य सामग्री उपलब्ध रहेंगे
– ऐसे मेलों के माध्यम से दिव्यांग कारीगरों एवं उद्यमियों के लिए बाजार में अब तक 23 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का व्यवसाय दर्ज किया गया है
– देहरादून में आयोजित इस मेले में लगभग 16 राज्यों/केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों से करीब 100 दिव्यांग कारीगर, कलाकार एवं उद्यमी भाग लेंगे
– पिछले तीन वर्षों में देशभर में आयोजित 29 दिव्य कला मेलों ने सांस्कृतिक विविधता को प्रदर्शित करने, स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ावा देने तथा सामुदायिक सहभागिता को सशक्त करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है
देहरादून – 21 फरवरी 2026 से 01 मार्च 2026 तक देहरादून के रेंजर्स ग्राउंड में दिव्यांगजन सशक्तिकरण विभाग, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार द्वारा “दिव्य कला मेला” का आयोजन किया जा रहा है। इस मेले के आयोजन की नोडल एजेंसी राष्ट्रीय दिव्यांगजन वित्त एवं विकास निगम है।
यह अनूठा आयोजन देशभर के दिव्यांग उद्यमियों, कारीगरों एवं कलाकारों द्वारा निर्मित उत्पादों और उनकी प्रतिभा को प्रदर्शित करने का एक महत्वपूर्ण मंच प्रदान करेगा। इस मेले में देश के विभिन्न हिस्सों से हस्तशिल्प, हथकरघा, कढ़ाई कार्य, घरेलू सजावट सामग्री, वस्त्र, स्टेशनरी, पर्यावरण अनुकूल उत्पाद, पैकेज्ड एवं ऑर्गेनिक खाद्य सामग्री आदि एक ही स्थान पर उपलब्ध होंगे, जो आगंतुकों के लिए एक आकर्षक और विविधतापूर्ण अनुभव प्रस्तुत करेंगे।
पिछले तीन वर्षों में देशभर में आयोजित 29 दिव्य कला मेलों ने सांस्कृतिक विविधता को प्रदर्शित करने, स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था को बढ़ावा देने तथा सामुदायिक सहभागिता को सशक्त करने में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। इन मेलों के माध्यम से दिव्यांग कारीगरों एवं उद्यमियों के लिए बाजार के अवसर सृजित हुए हैं और अब तक 23 करोड़ रुपये से अधिक का व्यवसाय दर्ज किया गया है।
दिव्य कला मेलों ने आगंतुकों को दिव्यांगता से संबंधित विषयों के प्रति संवेदनशील बनाने में भी महत्वपूर्ण योगदान दिया है। मेले में अनुभव क्षेत्र, दिव्यांग खेल, कला प्रदर्शनियां तथा अन्य गतिविधियों के माध्यम से दिव्यांगजनों की क्षमताओं, कौशल और आत्मनिर्भरता का प्रभावी प्रदर्शन किया जाता है।
देहरादून में आयोजित इस मेले में लगभग 16 राज्यों/केंद्र शासित प्रदेशों से करीब 100 दिव्यांग कारीगर, कलाकार एवं उद्यमी भाग लेंगे। यहां होम डेकोर एवं लाइफस्टाइल उत्पाद, वस्त्र, स्टेशनरी एवं पर्यावरण अनुकूल सामग्री, पैकेज्ड एवं ऑर्गेनिक खाद्य उत्पाद, खिलौने एवं उपहार, व्यक्तिगत उपयोग की वस्तुएं, आभूषण, क्लच बैग आदि प्रदर्शित एवं विक्रय हेतु उपलब्ध रहेंगे। यह आयोजन “वोकल फॉर लोकल” को बढ़ावा देने के साथ-साथ दिव्यांगजनों के उत्पादों को प्रोत्साहित करने का एक महत्वपूर्ण अवसर होगा।
यह 9 दिवसीय मेला प्रतिदिन प्रातः 11:00 बजे से रात्रि 9:00 बजे तक आम जनता के लिए निशुल्क खुला रहेगा। मेले में दिव्यांग कलाकारों एवं प्रसिद्ध कलाकारों द्वारा सांस्कृतिक प्रस्तुतियां आयोजित की जाएंगी। साथ ही, देश के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों के व्यंजनों का आनंद लेने की भी व्यवस्था होगी।
दिव्यांगजन के लिए 26/02/2026 को एक रोजगार मेले का भी आयोजन करने जा रहा है। इससे कुछ दिव्यांगजन को अच्छे ऑर्गेनाइजेशंस में अच्छी कंपनियों में रोजगार का अवसर मिलेगा।
01 मार्च 2026 को “दिव्य कला शक्ति” नामक विशेष सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रम प्रस्तुत किया जाएगा, जिसमें देशभर के दिव्यांग कलाकार भाग लेंगे। इस मेले का उद्घाटन 22 फरवरी 2026 को सायं 12:00 बजे उत्तराखंड के राज्यपाल, सामाजिक न्याय एवं अधिकारिता राज्य मंत्री, भारत सरकार द्वारा किया जाएगा। इस अवसर पर अन्य गणमान्य अतिथि भी उपस्थित रहेंगे।
विभाग का उद्देश्य दिव्य कला मेला की अवधारणा को देशभर में व्यापक रूप से बढ़ावा देना है। इस आयोजन में विभिन्न प्रकार की दिव्यांगताओं से संबंधित अनुभव क्षेत्र, दिव्यांग स्टार्टअप्स, नवीन सहायक उपकरण एवं अन्य सुविधाएं भी प्रदर्शित की जाएंगी, जिससे यह आयोजन दिव्यांगजनों के लिए एक सशक्त एवं प्रेरणादायक मंच बनेगा साथ ही दिव्यांगजनों को स्वरोजगार के लिए ऋण भी स्वीकृत किये जायेंगे।
