कोविड-19 महामारी को हराने के अभियान को कामयाब बनाने के लिए उत्तराखंड तैयार है।
शनिवार को देशव्यापी टीकाकरण अभियान की उत्तराखंड में सारी तैयारियां कर ली गई हैं। पहले दिन प्रदेश के सभी 13 जिलों में 34 बूथों पर तीन हजार से अधिक हेल्थ वर्करों को कोविड का टीका लगाया जाएगा। इसमें देहरादून जिले में पांच, हरिद्वार व ऊधमसिंह नगर जिले में चार-चार बूथ, नैनीताल में तीन और बाकी जिलों में दो-दो बूथों पर टीकाकरण किया जाएगा।
पहले चरण में केंद्र की ओर से प्रदेश के 107530 सरकारी व निजी अस्पतालों के हेल्थ वर्करों, 1640 केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य कर्मचारियों, 3450 आर्म्ड फोर्स मेडिकल सर्विसेस के कर्मचारियों के हिसाब से वैक्सीन की डोज निर्धारित की गई है। 34 टीकाकरण बूथों पर वेब कास्टिंग की जाएगी। इससे केंद्र की ओर से टीकाकरण प्रक्रिया पर निगरानी रखी जाएगी।
मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत के मुताबिक, राज्य पहले चरण के टीकाकरण के लिए पूरी तरह से तैयार है। प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी सुबह साढ़े 10 बजे अभियान का शुभारंभ करेंगे। वह वीडियो कॉन्फ्रेंसिंग से दून मेडिकल कॉलेज और हल्द्वानी मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल से भी जुड़ेंगे और वहां स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों से बातचीत भी करेंगे। जबकि मुख्यमंत्री दून मेडिकल कॉलेज अस्पताल से जुड़ेंगे।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि वैक्सीन पूरी तरह सुरक्षित है। इस पर किसी भी प्रकार का भ्रम नहीं रहना चाहिए। केंद्र की ओर से प्रदेश को पहली खेप के रूप में राज्य को एक लाख 13 हजार वैक्सीन प्राप्त हुई हैं। पहले चरण में 50 हजार हेल्थ वर्कर्स को कोविड-19 की यह वैक्सीन लगाई जानी है। उन्होंने प्रधानमंत्री मोदी और केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्री डॉ. हर्षवर्धन सहित वैक्सीनेशन निर्माण में लगे वैज्ञानिकों का आभार व्यक्त किया है।
स्वास्थ्य महानिदेशक डॉ. अमिता उप्रेती ने बताया कि सभी जिलों में वैक्सीन सुरक्षित पहुंच चुकी है। सभी जिलों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वह टीकाकरण के दौरान केंद्र सरकार की गाइडलाइन का सख्ती से अनुपालन करेंगे। वैक्सीन की पहली खुराक को देने के दौरान यह भी सुनिश्चित करना होगा कि उन्हें 50 प्रतिशत वैक्सीन दूसरी खुराक के लिए सुरक्षित रखनी है।
आंकड़ों में टीकाकरण अभियान:
– 1.13 लाख वैक्सीन मिली है केंद्र से पहली खेप में राज्य को
– 50 हजार स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं का वैक्सीनेशन होना है पहले चरण में
– 34 स्वास्थ्य इकाइयों में शनिवार को 100 लोगों को वैक्सीन दी जाएगी
– 3400 स्वास्थ्य कार्यकर्ताओं का टीकाकरण होगा पहले दिन
– 10.30 बजे प्रधानमंत्री मोदी करेंगे वैक्सीनेशन का शुभारंभ
– 10.30 बजे पीएम दून और हल्द्वानी मेडिकल कॉलेज से जुड़ेंगे
– मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र दून अस्पताल में शुभारंभ पर वर्चुअली जुड़ेंगे
पहले दिन इन बूथों पर लगेगी वैक्सीन:
देहरादून जिले में राजकीय दून मेडिकल कॉलेज, एम्स ऋषिकेश, हिमालय हाॅस्पिटल, श्री महंत इन्दिरेश अस्पताल, एसपीएस उप जिला अस्पताल ऋषिकेश में हेल्थ वर्करों को वैक्सीन लगाई जाएगी। वहीं, हरिद्वार जिले में पीएचसी रोशनाबाद, ऋषिकुल आयुर्वेद विश्वविद्यालय, सीएचसी नारसन, कंबाइंड हाॅस्पिटल रुड़की, ऊधमसिंह नगर जिला में उप जिला अस्पताल काशीपुर, सीएचसी खटीमा, सीएचसी बाजपुर, जेएलएन जिला अस्पताल रुद्रपुुर, नैनीताल जिला में सुशीला तिवारी मेडिकल कॉलेज हल्द्वानी, जिला अस्पताल हल्द्वानी, जिला अस्पताल नैनीताल, पौड़ी में जिला अस्पताल पौड़ी, बेस अस्पताल कोटद्वार, पिथौरागढ़ जिले में बीडी पांडे जिला अस्पताल, जिला महिला अस्पताल, रुद्रप्रयाग जिले में जिला अस्पताल रुद्रप्रयाग, सीएचसी जखोली, टिहरी जिले में जिला अस्पताल बौराड़ी, उप जिला अस्पताल नरेंद्र नगर, उत्तरकाशी जिले में सीएचसी नौगांव, जिला अस्पताल उत्तरकाशी, चंपावत जिले में जिला अस्पताल चंपावत व ट्रामा सेंटर टनकपुर, चमोली जिले में जिला अस्पताल चमोली व उप जिला अस्पताल कर्णप्रयाग, बागेश्वर जिला में जिला अस्पताल बागेश्वर व सीएमओ कार्यालय बागेश्वर, अल्मोड़ा जिले में बेस हाॅस्पिटल व पीएचसी हवालबाग में पहले दिन हेल्थ वर्करों को टीका लगाया जाएगा।
कोविड वैक्सीनेशन वैन में लगेगा जीआईएस सिस्टम:
कोविड वैक्सीन को सही समय पर बूथों तक पहुंचाने और निगरानी के लिए वैक्सीनेशन वैन पर जीआईएस सिस्टम (ज्योग्राफिकल इन्फॉरमेशन सिस्टम) लगाए जाएंगे। जीआईएस से टीका ले जा रही वैक्सीनेशन वैन की लोकेशन का पता चल सकेगा। स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने वॉक इन कूलर से वैक्सीन को बूथ तक ले जाने के लिए 20 वैक्सीनेशन वैन बनाई हैं।
उत्तराखंड में भी शनिवार से कोविड टीकाकरण की शुरूआत हो रही है। इसके लिए सरकार व स्वास्थ्य विभाग ने सभी तैयारियां पूरी कर ली हैं। सभी जिलों में बनाए गए कोल्ड चेन प्वाइंट में वैक्सीन पहुंच गई है।
ट्रायल के तौर पर दो वैन पर जीआईएस सिस्टम लगाया गया है। एनएचएम निदेशक डॉ.सरोज नैथानी ने बताया कि कोल्ड चेन प्वाइंट से वैक्सीन को वैक्सीनेशन वैन के माध्यम से बूथों तक पहुंचाया जाना है। ट्रेकिंग के लिए हर वैन में जीआईएस सिस्टम लगाया जाएगा।
प्रदेश में कोविड टीकाकरण के लिए सभी तैयारियां पूर कर ली गई हैं। सभी जिलों को वैक्सीन मिल चुकी है। पहले दिन 34 बूथों पर तीन हजार से अधिक हेल्थ वर्करों को वैक्सीन दी जाएगी। जिला स्तर पर बनाए गए कोल्ड चेन प्वाइंट से बूथों तक वैक्सीन पहुंचाई जाएगी।
