सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी अचानक पहुंचे चिंतन शिविर में, पीछे बैठकर सुने अधिकारियों के विचार
मसूरी स्थित लाल बहादुर शास्त्री राष्ट्रीय प्रशासनिक अकादमी (LBSNAA) में चल रहे चिंतन शिविर के आज के समापन सत्र में देर सायं मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी अचानक सरदार पटेल भवन सभागार में पहुंचे। इस दौरान वह अन्य अधिकारियों के मध्य बैठकर एक श्रोता के रूप में विचारों को सुनने लगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने इस दौरान बेहद गंभीरता के साथ प्रस्तुतिकरण को देखने के साथ ही अधिकारियों के विचारों और सुझावों को सुना।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से सभी अधिकारियों ने चर्चा भी की:
सशक्त उत्तराखंड@25 चिंतन शिविर के द्वितीय सत्र के समापन पर मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी से सभी अधिकारियों ने चर्चा भी की। इस अवसर पर मुख्य सचिव एसएस संधू ने मुख्यमंत्री को बताया कि इन दिनों में काफी बेहतर चर्चा हुई।
उन्होंने बताया कि चर्चा का सेसन आधा घंटा था लेकिन चर्चाएं एक से डेढ़ घंटे तक खींची। साथ ही मुख्य सचिव ने मुख्यमंत्री को अवगत कराया कि जिस तरह से चिंतन शिविर हो रहा है उसी तर्ज पर प्रत्येक माह दो से तीन विभागों के साथ चर्चा की जाएगी। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि चिंतन शिविर में जितने भी विचार आए हैं उन्हें धरातल पर उतारा जाए और इन्हें कैबिनेट में लाया जाए।
पेयजल पर वृहद स्तर पर जागरूकता फैलाने की आवश्यकता:
सशक्त उत्तराखंड@25 चिंतन शिविर में पेयजल सचिव नितेश कुमार झा ने नेचुरल रिसोर्स मैनेजमेन्ट पर अपना प्रेजेंटेशन दिया। उन्होंने बताया कि अभी राज्य में देहरादून और हरिद्वार दो ऐसे जनपद हैं जहां पानी की सर्वाधिक आवश्यकता है। जिसे दूर करने के प्रयास किए जा रहे हैं।
उन्होंने बताया कि समूचे राज्य में हमें पेयजल को लेकर वृहद स्तर पर जागरूकता फैलाने की जरूरत है। इसके लिए आने वाले दिनों में ग्राम सभाओं का स्थापना दिवस मनाने की तैयारी की जा रही है। इसके पीछे मंतव्य यही है कि इस दिवस पर ऐसे सक्षम लोग वहां पहुँचे जो स्थानीय नाले, खालों और तालाबों को गोद ले सकें। इसके अतिरिक्त वृहद पौधरोपण किया जाए ताकि जल संरक्षण की दिशा में आगे बढ़ सकें। उन्होंने कहा कि जो पेयजल ज्यादा खर्च करते हैं उनके बीच स्कूली बच्चों के माध्यम से जागरूकता लाई जाए।
