सीएम धामी बोले- टूरिज्म प्रोजेक्टों में तेजी लाने को बनेगी राज्य स्तरीय कमेटी, रखा ये लक्ष्य
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने आतिथ्य क्षेत्र में निवेश की संभावना कार्यक्रम में घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि पर्यटन प्रोजेक्टों में तेजी लाने के लिए राज्य स्तरीय कमेटी बनेगी। साथ ही बोले तीन महीने बाद फिर से सभी पर्यटन क्षेत्र के निवेशकों से सरकार संवाद करेगी।
उत्तराखंड के पर्यटन क्षेत्र में आने वाले प्रोजेक्टों में तेजी लाने के लिए राज्य स्तरीय कमेटी का गठन होगा। मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मंगलवार को इसकी घोषणा की। उन्होंने कहा कि आने वाले पांच साल में प्रदेश को पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में सर्वोपरि राज्य बनाया जाएगा।
राजपुर रोड स्थित एक होटल में उत्तराखंड के पर्यटन क्षेत्र के विकास और निवेशकों को बढ़ावा देने के उद्देश्य से उत्तराखंड पर्यटन विकास परिषद (यूटीडीबी) की ओर से प्रदेश में आतिथ्य क्षेत्र में निवेश की संभावना विषय पर चर्चा हुई। इस कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ करने के बाद मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि राज्य में पर्यटन को बढ़ावा देने के लिए पर्यटन से संबंधित योजनाओं पर तेजी से क्रियान्वयन होगा।
इसके लिए सचिव आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम की अध्यक्षता में एक कमेटी का गठन किया जाएगा। इस कमेटी में वित्त, आवास, लोक निर्माण विभाग, पुलिस, प्रदूषण नियंत्रण बोर्ड और अन्य सबंधित विभागों के अधिकारी बतौर सदस्य शामिल होंगे। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड निवेशकों को सुरक्षित निवेश की गारंटी देता हैं। निवेशकों को हर संभव मदद देने के लिए प्रदेश सरकार प्रयासरत है। सरकार का लक्ष्य आने वाले पांच साल में उत्तराखंड को पर्यटन क्षेत्र में सर्वोपरि बनाने का है। मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि राज्य में पर्यटन की संभावनाओं को बढ़ाने के लिए जो भी सुझाव प्राप्त हुए हैं, उन्हें आगे की कार्ययोजना में शामिल किया जाएगा। जो भी समस्याएं पर्यटन क्षेत्र से जुड़े हितधारकों की ओर से रखी गई, उनके निदान के हर संभव प्रयास किए जाएंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि प्रदेश में पर्यटन की अपार संभावनाएं हैं, जिसके तहत एयर फ्यूल के दामों में 18 प्रतिशत की कमी की गई है। सीएम धामी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में देश में नई कार्य संस्कृति आई है। उन्होंने कहा कि तीन महीने बाद दोबारा सभी पर्यटन निवेशकों से संवाद होगा। सचिव आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम ने कहा कि निवेशकों के लिए सरकार की ओर से बनाई गई नितियों का सरलीकरण किया जाएगा। सचिव पर्यटन दिलीप जावलकर ने कहा कि पर्यटन को उद्योग का दर्जा मिलने के बाद पर्यटन में निवेश की असीम संभावनाएं हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि हमारा उद्देश्य आगामी पांच वर्षों में पांच हजार करोड़ रुपये का निवेश पर्यटन के क्षेत्र में करने का है।
यूटीडीबी की अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (इन्फ्रा) पूजा गर्ब्याल ने कहा कि पर्यटन विभाग की ओर से सरकार और निवेशकों के साथ मिलकर हम अपने लक्ष्य की ओर बढ़ रहे हैं। कार्यक्रम में सचिव एसएन पांडेय, यूटीडीबी के अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (साहसिक विंग) कर्नल अश्विनी पुंडीर, अपर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी (ईको टूरिज्म) पीके पात्रो, अपर निदेशक व कार्याध्यक्ष पूनम चंद मौजूद रहे।
