CM धामी ने चारधाम यात्रा के पौराणिक पैदल मार्ग पर आधारित डॉक्यमेंट्री फिल्म व पुस्तक ‘‘वॉकिंग टू द गॉड’’ का किया विमोचन, स्वच्छता के क्षेत्र में विशिष्ट योगदान देने वालो को किया सम्मानित।
मंगलवार को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने मुख्यमंत्री कैम्प कार्यालय स्थित मुख्य सेवक सदन में चारधाम यात्रा के पैदल मार्ग पर आधारित डॉक्यमेंट्री फिल्म व पुस्तक वॉकिंग टू द गॉड का विमोचन किया। इस अवसर पर मुख्यमंत्री ने पर्यटन विकास परिषद् द्वारा आयोजित स्वच्छता पखवाड़े के अन्तर्गत स्वच्छता के क्षेत्र में विशिष्ट योगदान देने वालो को भी सम्मानित किया।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड पर्यटन विकास परिषद् (यूटीडीबी) ने ट्रैक द हिमालया के साथ मिलकर एक ऐतिहासिक कदम बढ़ाया है। इसके तहत विशेषज्ञों के 25 सदस्यीय दल ने चारधाम ट्रैक पर पुराने मार्गों को खोजने के लिए 1170 किलोमीटर का सफर तय किया। अभियान के तहत 25 सदस्यों की विशिष्ट टीम ने 51 दिनों तक पुराने चार धाम और शीतकालीन चार धाम मार्ग को खोजने का काम किया। इस पूरे अभियान पर बनी डॉक्यमेंट्री फिल्म के साथ यात्रा मार्ग पर आधारित पुस्तक वॉकिंग टू द गॉड का प्रकाशन संभव हो पाया है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उन्हें खुशी है कि इस दल को 25 अक्टूबर, 2021 को उनके द्वारा रवाना किया गया था। दल का यह प्रयास निश्चित रूप से उत्तराखण्ड के पर्यटन के लिये सराहनीय पहल है।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि प्राचीन चारधाम यात्रा पर बनी डाक्यूमेंट्री तथा पुस्तक हमारी सदियों पुरानी विरासत को संरक्षित करने की दिशा में एक बड़ा कदम है। इससे हमारी चारधाम यात्रा को भी बढ़ावा मिलेगा और उत्तराखंड को एक नई पहचान मिलेगी। इस विशेष अभियान का उद्देश्य पर्यावरण जागरूकता फैलाने, होमस्टे, ट्रैकिंग, स्थानीय संस्कृति, परंपराओं और मूल रोजगार को बढ़ावा देने के साथ मूल्यवान इतिहास, परंपराओं और समृद्ध संस्कृति को मजबूत करना था। इस अभियान के जरिए एक महत्वपूर्ण दस्तावेज भी संग्रहित हुआ है, जो भविष्य में प्रदेश के युवाओं के लिए रोजगार के अवसर सृजित करने व पलायन रोकने में महत्वपूर्ण साबित होगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि राज्य स्थापना की मूल अवधारणा में पर्यटन क्षेत्र को राज्य की आर्थिकी का मुख्य आधार माना गया था। इस सम्बन्ध में पूर्व आईएएस अधिकारी आराधना जौहरी द्वारा लिखित पुस्तक वियोंड द मिस्टी वेल, टैम्पल टेल्स ऑफ उत्तराखण्ड का उल्लेख करते हुए मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उनकी पुस्तक भी देश विदेश में उत्तराखण्ड के पौराणिक दिव्य मंदिरो मनोरम दुर्लभ स्थलों का प्रमाणिक परिचय देने में मील का पत्थर साबित होगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि चारधाम इस वर्ष हमारे लिये किसी चुनौती से कम नही थी, दो साल बाद शुरू हुई इस यात्रा में 30 लाख से अधिक श्रद्धालु यात्रा पर आये। कपाट खुलने के समय तो यह संख्या एक दिन में 20 से 25 हजार तक रही। यह हमारे पर्यटन के लिये शुभ संकेत है। चारधाम यात्रा मार्गों पर अवस्थापना सुविधाओं के विकास के लिये हमारे प्रयास निरन्तर जारी है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी का उत्तराखण्ड से विशेष लगाव है। 5 नवम्बर 2021 को केदारनाथ यात्रा के समय प्रधानमंत्री ने 21वीं सदी के तीसरे दशक को उत्तराखण्ड का दशक बताया था। केदारनाथ पुनर्निर्माण के साथ ही बद्रीनाथ धाम के सौंदर्यीकरण का कार्य प्रगति पर है। इसके लिये 265 करोड़ की धनराशि स्वीकृत किये गये हैं। केदारनाथ हेतु केबल कार की योजना कार्य चल रहा है। भारत माला योजना की भांति पर्वतमाला योजना के अन्तर्गत सर्वाधिक लाभ राज्य को मिल रहा है। कुमायू क्षेत्र के प्राचीन मन्दिरों को भव्य बनाने के लिये मानसखण्ड मन्दिर माला मिशन की शुरूआत की जायेगी, चार धाम सड़क परियोजना, ऋषिकेश कर्णप्रयाग रेल परियोजना, टनकपुर बागेश्वर रेल परियोजना, डोईवाला-यमुनोत्री रेल परियोजना के साथ दिल्ली देहरादून एलेवेटेड रोड राज्य के पर्यटन को नई दिशा देने का भी कार्य करेंगे, इसमें हवाई यात्रा से भी कम समय दिल्ली जाने में लगेगा।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि इस वर्ष कांवड यात्रा में भी लाखों श्रद्धालु आये। कांवड यात्रा की व्यवस्थाओं के हरिद्वार के साथ ही इससे जुड़े जनपदों के लिये बजट की व्यवस्था की गई है। इससे इस यात्रा को बेहतर ढ़ंग से संचालित किये जाने में मदद मिलेगी।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हमारे राज्य के ऊपर ईश्वर की बड़ी कृपा है। हमारे चार धाम पर्यटन स्थलों पर व्यवस्थायें सुविधाजनक होगी तो लोग यहां बार बार आने का मन बनायेंगे। इस दिशा में पर्यटन क्षेत्र से जुड़े लोगो को भी राज्य के पर्यटन की बेहतरी के लिये अपना योगदान देना होगा। मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वच्छता पखवाडे में सराहनीय योगदान देने वालों के साथ ही पुस्तक की लेखक पलोमा दत्ता तथा ट्रेक द हिमालया के सदस्यों को भी शुभकामनाये दी। मुख्यमंत्री ने जिन्हें सम्मानित किया उनमें नगर पालिका परिषद् अगस्तयमुनि, रामनगर व शिवालिक नगर हरिद्वार, होटल रेस्टोरेंट ऐशोशियेशन, बेस्ट बेरियर सोसाइटी आदि के सदस्य शामिल रहे। मुख्यमंत्री ने उन्हें हर घर झंडा योजना के तहत राष्ट्रीय ध्वज भी प्रदान किया।
इस अवसर पर पर्यटन मंत्री सतपाल महराज ने कहा कि स्वस्थ जीवन के लिए हमें स्वच्छता को संस्कार बनाना होगा। इसे अपने मनोभाव से जोड़ना होगा। यह मनोभाव अपने घर के साथ ही वार्ड, शहर और प्रदेश तक की स्वच्छता के प्रति होना चाहिए। यदि हम स्वच्छता के प्रति जागरूक रहेंगे तो बीमारियां दूर रहेंगी और बीमारियों पर होने वाला खर्च भी बचेगा। जिस तरह कोरोना काल में पर्यावरण मित्रों ने बेहतर काम किया, उसी प्रकार स्थानीय व वार्ड स्तर पर स्वच्छता समितियां बनाकर हर नागरिक को स्वच्छता अभियान से जुड़ना चाहिए।
