CM धामी ने प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) के अंतर्गत 547 करोड़ रुपए लागत की 9 योजनाओं का किया शिलान्यास।

मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने अपने पूर्व निर्धारित कार्यक्रमानुसार प्रेक्षागृह प्रांगण उदयराज हिंदू इंटर कॉलेज पहुंचकर प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना (शहरी) के अंतर्गत 547 करोड़ रुपए लागत की 9 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया। जिसमें से 8 योजनाएं उधम सिंह नगर की व 1 योजना नैनीताल जिले के रामनगर की है। उन्होंने स्पष्ट कहा की योजना निर्धारित समयावधि में पूर्ण हो और निर्माण कार्य में गुणवत्ता के साथ कोई भी समझौता नहीं किया जाएगा। उन्होंने यह भी स्पष्ट कहा कि निर्माण कार्य में लेटलतीफी एवं हीलाहवाली बर्दाश्त नहीं की जाएगी ।
मुख्यमंत्री ने 6499.53 लाख रुपये की लागत से प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना मटकोटा, रुद्रपुर, 6681.26 लाख की लागत से प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना भयामनगर, गदरपुर, 6625.96 लाख की लागत से प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना उकरौली, सितारगंज, 8946.21 लाख की लागत से प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना शिमला पिस्तौर, रुद्रपुर, 4345.06 लाख की लागत से प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना गंगापुर गोसाई, काशीपुर, 8418.83 लाख की लागत से प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना, जसपुर, 3560.40 लाख की लागत से प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना मानपुर, काशीपुर, 3793.16 लाख की लागत से प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना उमेधपुर, रामनगर, नैनीताल एवं 5833.85 लाख की लागत से प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना महुआखेड़ागंज, काशीपुर की योजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना शहरी के अंतर्गत 9 आवासीय परियोजनाओं का शिलान्यास किया गया है। यह हमारा सौभाग्य है कि आज ऐसे पावन दिवस पर ये पुण्य कार्य करने का अवसर प्राप्त हुआ है। उन्होंने कहा कि पूरा विश्वास है कि सितंबर 2024 तक यह सभी योजनाएं अपने तय समय पर पूरी होंगी।

मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि जिनको भी प्रधानमंत्री की इस योजना का लाभ मिला है उन सभी लाभार्थियों को उनके सपनों का घर मिलेगा, उनके सपनों का आशियाना मिलेगा, आज इन परियोजनाओं की नींव नहीं रखी जा रही है बल्कि उस स्वर्णिम काल की भी नींव रखी जा रही है जिसकी परिकल्पना बरसों से की जा रही थी। बरसों से एक सपना था कि सभी गरीबों को घर मिलना चाहिए, सबके सर के ऊपर छत होनी चाहिए। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में यह सपना आज पूरा हो रहा है हम उसके साथ आगे बढ़ रहे हैं। प्रधानमंत्री के नेतृत्व में हम सर्वश्रेष्ठ उत्तराखंड बनाने के मार्ग पर अग्रसर हैं और सभी परियोजनाएं इस मार्ग पर मील का पत्थर साबित होंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि ईंट-पत्थर जोड़कर इमारत तो बन सकती है लेकिन उसे घर नहीं कह सकते, वह घर तब बनता है जब उसमें परिवार के हर सदस्य का सपना जुड़ा हो, अपना व परिवार के सदस्य एक लक्ष्य के लिए जी-जान जुड़े हों, तब एक इमारत घर बन जाती है।
उन्होंने कहा कि हमारे बीच आज अनेकों ऐसे परिवार है जिनके लिए अपना घर किसी सपने से कम नहीं है और वह बरसों की मेहनत के बाद भी अपने इस सपने को साकार नहीं कर पा रहे हैं । जब एक गरीब को घर मिलता है तो उसके जीवन में स्थिरता आती है, वह नई उम्मीद और आशाओं के साथ अपने जीवन में आगे बढ़ता है। इसलिए गरीबों को पक्का घर देने का यह अभियान सिर्फ सरकारी योजना मात्र नहीं है, प्रधानमंत्री जी का यह अभियान एक सरकारी योजना मात्र नहीं है,प्रदेश के एक-एक वंचित को इस बात का विश्वास देने की भी प्रतिबद्धता है एवं संकल्प है कि सरकार उनके सशक्तिकरण, आगे बढ़ाने के लिए, समाज के अंतिम छोर के व्यक्ति को जिसके पास कोई सुविधा नहीं है, कोई साधन नहीं है, कोई सोच नहीं है, उसको भी आगे बढ़ाने का काम किसी ने किया है तो हमारे देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने किया है।

उन्होंने कहा कि आज जिन 9 परियोजना का शिलान्यास किया गया है जिनके जरिए 7776 मकान बनाए जाएंगे यह संख्या कोई छोटी संख्या नहीं है। इन 7776 परिवारों में समृद्धि के नए युग की शुरुआत होगी, एक नया दौर उनके लिए प्रारम्भ होगा, एक नया अवसर उनके पास आएगा। इतना ही नहीं इस योजना से हमारी महिला सशक्तिकरण की दिशा में भी एक बहुत ही निर्णायक पहल शुरू हुई है। आज देश में प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के अंतर्गत 3 करोड़ से भी अधिक मकान बनाए जा चुके हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री धामी ने कहा कि वर्तमान सरकार और पूर्ववर्ती सरकारों ने किस प्रकार कार्य किया है, इसका तुलनात्मक विवरण भी हमें देखना चाहिए। उन्होंने कहा कि गरीबों एवं जरूरतमंदों को जो सुविधाएं बहुत पहले ही मिल जानी चाहिए थी, वे सभी सुविधाएं देश के प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में मुहैया कराई जा रही हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री के केवल श्रम योगी ही नहीं भविष्य दृष्टा भी है जो भविष्य को भी देख रहे हैं कि कैसे एक सशक्त भारत बनेगा, कैसे एक श्रेष्ठ भारत बनेगा।

उन्होंने कहा कि शोषित वंचित एवं निर्बलों का सशक्तिकरण हो रहा है, ऐसा सशक्तिकरण देश में पहले कभी नहीं हुआ है। प्रधानमंत्री का उत्तराखंड की धरती से विशेष लगाव है, उन्होंने कई बार कहा है कि उनका उत्तराखंड की धरती से कर्म और मर्म का रिश्ता है। किच्छा में एम्स के लिए भी जमीन स्वीकृत हो गई है, आने वाले समय में स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं के लिए भटकना नहीं पड़ेगा, बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाएं आसपास ही मिलेंगी। उन्होंने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री जी के नेतृत्व में उत्तराखंड में विकास के नए युग की शुरुआत हो चुकी है। प्रदेश के आधारभूत ढांचे को मजबूत करने और राज्य को आत्मनिर्भर बनाने की दिशा में अनेकों कार्य किए जा रहे हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि सड़कों के क्षेत्र में तेजी से काम हुआ है।
