मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ग्रीष्मकालीन राजधानी गैरसेंण में 15 अगस्त को तिरंगा फहरायेंगे…
देहरादून- ग्रीष्मकालीन राजधानी गैरसेंण के भराड़ीसैण विधानसभा परिसर में 15 अगस्त को मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ध्वजारोहण करेंगे। इस आशय की जानकारी देते हुए विधानसभा अध्यक्ष प्रेम चंद अग्रवाल ने कहा कि यह पहला अवसर होगा की गैरसेंण के ग्रीष्मकालीन राजधानी बनने के बाद भराड़ीसेंण विधानसभा भवन में 15 अगस्त को मुख्यमंत्री के साथ ध्वजारोहण किया जाएगा। बता दें कि 15 अगस्त और 26 जनवरी को भी हमेशा ही भराड़ीसैंण विधानसभा में तिरंगा फहराया जाता रहा है। अलबत्ता वर्ष 2015 में शुरू किया गया रैतिक परेड पिछले 3 वर्षों से आयोजित नहीं हो रहा है। उम्मीद की जा रही है कि इस बार से पुनः आम नागरिक को गैरसैंण में पुलिस परेड देखने को मिल सकेगा। बताते चलें कि अगस्त माह में मौसम अक्सर साफ नहीं रहता है। गैरसैंण विधानसभा परिसर 7000 फीट ऊंचाई पर होने ले कारण जुलाईकृअगस्त में बादल व धुन्ध से घिरा रहता है। जिसकी जानकारी प्रशासन को है। ऐसे में हवाई मार्ग से गैरसैंण पहुचना तभी सम्भव होगा जब कि मौसम साफ हो। जिसकी सम्भावना कम ही दिखती है। इससे पूर्व भी ऐसे मौके आये हैं जब गैरसैंण विधानसभा परिसर में मौसम की खराबी के कारण विधानसभा अध्यक्ष का कार्यक्रम एन वक्त पर रद्द किया गया है।
