Roadways Bus Strike: उत्तराखंड में बसों का संचालन ठप, दिल्ली से देहरादून जाने वाले यात्री परेशान
उत्तराखंड रोडवेज की बसों का संचालन शुक्रवार को ठप है। देहरादून, ऋषिकेश, हरिद्वार, रुड़की, कोटद्वार और श्रीनगर डिपो से अब तक किसी बस का संचालन नहीं हुआ।
दिल्ली, चंडीगढ़, सहारनपुर, मेरठ, फरीदाबाद, गुरुग्राम, अम्बाला, बरेली, मुरादाबाद समेत सभी लंबी दूरी के मैदानी मार्गों पर भी बस संचालन ठप है। यात्रियों को उत्तर प्रदेश की रोडवेज बसों में यात्रा करनी पड़ रही है। देहरादून के आइएसबीटी में उत्तराखंड रोडवेज की सभी बसों का संचालन बंद हैं।
शुक्रवार की सुबह 5:00 बजे से संचालित नहीं हुई बस:
उत्तराखंड परिवहन निगम की ऋषिकेश डिपो से संचालित होने वाली सभी बस सेवाएं शुक्रवार की सुबह 5:00 बजे से संचालित नहीं हुई। ऋषिकेश डिपो से 67 बस सेवा संचालित होती हैं जो सभी बंद हो गई। इसके अलावा दो सेवा रुड़की तीन सेवा हरिद्वार से संचालित होती हैं, सभी सेवाएं बंद हो गई।
उत्तर प्रदेश और अन्य प्रांतों के डिपो की बसें संचालित हो रही हैं। परिवहन निगम के कर्मचारी ऋषिकेश से देहरादून आइएसबीटी के लिए धरने में शामिल होने के लिए रवाना हुए। बसों का संचालन न होने से मैदानी और पर्वतीय क्षेत्र में जाने वाले यात्री परेशान रहे। नटराज चौक क्षेत्र में टैक्सी मेक्सी व अन्य वाहनों के जरिए यात्रा करने को मजबूर लोग भी वाहनों की किल्लत के कारण परेशान नजर आए।
दिल्ली देहरादून जाने वाले यात्री परेशान:
परिवहन निगम के संयुक्त मोर्चा के आह्वान पर चक्का जाम के चलते रुड़की से दिल्ली देहरादून व अन्य शहरों को जाने वाले यात्रियों को परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ रहा है। सुबह के समय बड़ी संख्या में यात्री बस अड्डे पर बसों का इंतजार करते रहे। वहीं उत्तर प्रदेश परिवहन निगम में बाइपास से चलने वाली बसों को भी अब शहर के अंदर से जाने के निर्देश दिए हैं, जिसके चलते यात्रियों को थोड़ी राहत मिली है।
संयुक्त मोर्चा की ओर से 13 सूत्री मांगों को लेकर पिछले दिनों परिवहन निगम के उच्च अधिकारियों को ज्ञापन दिया था। वार्ता नहीं होने के चलते शुक्रवार सुबह से ही रुड़की बस अड्डे पर बसों का संचालन पूरी तरह से ठप कर दिया गया। रुड़की डिपो से पहली बस सुबह 4:00 बजे दिल्ली के लिए रवाना होती है, लेकिन शुक्रवार को कोई भी बस नहीं चल पाई है, जिसकी वजह से दिल्ली जाने वाले यात्रियों को सबसे परेशानी का सामना करना पड़ा है।
गणतंत्र दिवस की छुट्टी होने की वजह से बड़ी संख्या में कामकाजी दिल्ली व अन्य शहरों से रुड़की में आए हुए थे। शुक्रवार को उन्हें वापस जाना था, यही स्थिति देहरादून की भी बनी हुई है। उत्तर प्रदेश परिवहन निगम की मुजफ्फरनगर, खतौली, मेरठ, सहारनपुर, छुटमलपुर डिपो की बसें भी यात्रियों की परेशानी को देखते हुए अब बाइपास से जाने के बजाय शहर के अंदर से होकर जा रही हैं, जिससे थोड़ी राहत यात्रियों को मिल गई है।
