कैबिनेट मंत्री जोशी ने की घोषणा, अगले वर्ष से उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाली महिलाओं को दिया जाएगा 51 हजार का पुरस्कार।
स्वच्छता ही सेवा पखवाड़ा अविधि के दौरान उद्यान विभाग द्वारा देहरादून के राजकीय उद्यान सर्किट हाउस में आयोजित महिला बागवानों एवं उद्यमियों का सम्मान तथा संगोष्ठी कार्यक्रम में प्रदेश के कृषि एवं कृषक कल्याण मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने बतौर मुख्य अतिथि प्रतिभाग किया।
कार्यक्रम का शुभारंभ दीप प्रज्ज्वलित कर किया गया। कार्यक्रम में बागवानी एवं कृषि के क्षेत्रों कार्य कर रही दूर दराज से पहुंची महिलाओं ने अपने अनुभव भी साझा किए। अलग-अलग क्षेत्रों में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाली महिलाओं को उद्यान मंत्री ने स्मृति चिन्ह और प्रमाण पत्र देकर सम्मानित किया।
कार्यक्रम को सम्बोधित करते हुए उद्यान मंत्री ने प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि उनके कुशल नेतृत्व में भारतवर्ष के साथ-साथ उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में भी औद्यानिकी को बढावा देने के साथ-साथ महिलाओं की भागीदारी सुनिश्चित करने का प्रयास किया जा रहा है। उद्यान मंत्री ने मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी के आभार भी व्यक्त किया और कहा कि मुख्यमंत्री के मार्ग निर्देशन में उत्तराखण्ड राज्य में औद्यानिक/कृषि का समग्र विकास करते हुए कास्तकारों की आय में गुणात्मक वृद्धि हेतु महत्वपूर्ण कार्यक्रम संचालित करने के साथ-साथ विभिन्न योजनाओं के कियान्वयन हेतु राजसहायता में वृद्धि करते हुए पूर्ण सहयोग प्रदान किया जा रहा है।
मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि प्रत्येक वर्ष इस कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया जायेगा। उन्होंने घोषणा करते हुए कहा कि अगले वर्ष से बागवानी और उद्यमी क्षेत्र में उत्कृष्ट कार्य करने वाली महिलाओं को पुरस्कार राशि दी जाएगी। जिसमे प्रथम पुरस्कार 51 हजार, दूसरा 21 हजार और तीसरा 31 हजार एवं टॉप टेन को रुपये की नकद धनराशि देकर पुरस्कृत किया जाएगा। मंत्री जोशी ने कहा कि केंद्र से लेकर राज्य सरकार महिलाओं को सशक्त बनाने की दिशा में लगातार प्रयास में जुटी हुई है और जब राज्य 25 वर्ष में प्रवेश करेगा तो हम हर क्षेत्र में अग्रणी हो साथ ही किसानों और महिलाओं की आजीविका भी दुगुनी हो इस दिशा में सरकार लगातार काम कर रही है।
मंत्री जोशी ने खुशी जताते हुए कहा कि बड़ा हर्ष का विषय है कि इस वर्ष प्रथम बार उत्तराखण्ड से आम के फलों का निर्यात एपिडा के माध्यम से किया गया है। इसके साथ ही शहद का भी निर्यात किया गया, जो उज्जवल भविष्य की तरफ कदम बढ़ाने का संकेत है एपिडा द्वारा प्रदेश में उत्पादित औद्यानिक उत्पादों के निर्यात को बढ़ावा देने हेतु लगातार प्रयास किया जा रहा है जो प्रदेश के विकास के लिए एक सराहनीय पहल साबित होगा। प्रदेश में औद्यानिक फसलों के उत्पादन एवं उत्पादकता को बढ़ाने हेतु भारत सरकार एवं राज्य सरकार द्वारा विभिन्न महत्वाकांक्षी योजनाओं को स्वीकृति प्रदान की जा रही है।
मंत्री जोशी ने कहा कि किसानों को अति सघन सेब उत्पादन में 80 प्रतिशत राजसहायता प्रदान की जा रही है। साथ ही, अन्य गतिविधियों यथा हाईटेक नर्सरी की स्थापना, फल, सब्जी, मसाला, पुष्प, मशरूम, क्षेत्रफल विस्तार तुड़ाई उपरान्त प्रबन्धन, विपणन एवं प्रसंस्करण की गतिविधियाँ हेतु 35 से 55 प्रतिशत अनुदान पर संचालित की जा रही है। इस दौरान मंत्री जोशी ने सभी कृषकों का आभार व्यक्त करते हुए कहा कि इस कार्यक्रम से प्रोत्साहित होकर अन्य कृषक भी औद्यानिकी को आजीविका के रूप में अपना कर राज्य की आर्थिकी को मजबूती प्रदान करने में अपना सहयोग प्रदान करेंगें।
