आज तीसरा शाही स्नान।
हरिद्वार में आज होने वाले तीसरे शाही स्नान को लेकर डीजीपी, मेलाधिकारी व आईजी कुंभ ने शाही जुलूस के मार्गों का निरीक्षण कर व्यवस्थाओं का जायजा लिया। सुबह सात बजे के बाद हरकी पैड़ी अखाड़ों के लिए आरक्षित हो गई। ऐसे में सुबह सात बजे तक ही स्नान हरकी पैड़ी पर श्रद्धालु कर पाए। डीजीपी अशोक कुमार ने कहा कि शाही स्नान के दौरान किसी भी श्रद्धालु व स्थानीय नागरिक को कोई परेशानी नहीं होने दी जाएगी।
मेला अधिकारी संजय गुंज्याल ने बताया कि कुंभ के चारों स्नानों में से बैसाखी का शाही स्नान सबसे बड़ा स्नान माना जाता है। सैटेलाइट द्वारा ली गई फोटोज से अनुसार 2010 के महाकुंभ में बैसाखी के शाही स्नान के दौरान हरिक्षर में एक करोड़ 60 हजार के करीब लोग स्नान के लिए पहुंचे थे। बुधवार को अभी तक छह लाख लोगा स्नान कर चुके हैं।
सुबह सात बजे हरकी पैड़ी को संतों के लिए खाली कराया:
कुंभनगरी में बुधवार को मेष संक्रांति पर शाही स्नान व बैसाखी का पर्व स्नान है। ऐसे में देर रात 12 बजे से सुबह सात बजे तक श्रद्धालु हरकी पैड़ी पर स्नान कर सके। इसके साथ ही सुबह सात बजे हरकी पैड़ी को संतों के लिए खाली कराया गया।
बैशाखी के शुभ मुहूर्त पर हरकी पैड़ी में शाही स्नान शुरू होने से पहले मेलाधिकारी दीपक रावत और पुलिस–प्रशासन के अन्य अधिकारियों ने गंगा मां की पूजा अर्चना की और पवित्र जल का आचमन किया।
सबसे पहले निरंजनी अखाड़ा के संत स्नान के लिए पहुंचे:
मेलाधिकारी ने मां गंगा से शाही स्नान के शांतिपूर्वक व निर्विघ्न संपन्न होने की प्रार्थना की। उसके बाद सबसे पहले हरकी पैड़ी पर निरंजनी अखाड़ा के संत स्नान के लिए पहुंचे।
बैरागी अखाड़ा के शाही जुलूस में कम होगी वाहनों की संख्या:
सोमवती अमावस्या के शाही स्नान के दौरान बैरागी अखाड़ों के संतों के साथ ही उनके अनुयायियों की संख्या भी काफी थी। इसके चलते स्नान में देरी हो गई थी। साथ ही वाहनों की संख्या भी ज्यादा थी। ऐसे में बुधवार को होने वाले स्नान के दौरान बैरागी संतों का शाही जुलूस छोटा होगा। साथ ही वापसी के मार्ग में भी आंशिक बदलाव किया गया है।
सोमवार केे हुए शाही स्नान के दौरान बैरागी संतों के साथ ही उनके अनुयायियों की संख्या भी शाही जुलूस में बहुत ज्यादा थी। इसके चलते बैरागी संतों का स्नान देर से हुआ और श्रीपंचायती बड़ा उदासीन अखाड़े के संतों को स्नान में देरी हो गई थी। इसके चलते संत शंकराचार्य चौक पर धरने पर बैठ गए थे। बाद में मेला पुलिस व प्रशासन के अधिकारियों ने उन्हें समझा-बुझाकर स्नान के लिए भेजा। इसको लेकर मंगलवार के बैरागी अखाड़ों के संतों के साथ मेला पुलिस व प्रशासन के अधिकारियों की बैठक हुई है।
बैठक में कहा गया कि शाही जुलूस के दौरान इस बार वाहनों की संख्या कम रहेगी। जुलूस में शामिल लोगों के अखाड़ों की ओर से पास जारी किए जाएंगे। जिन लोगों पर पास नहीं मिलेगा उन्हें पुलिसकर्मी जुलूस से बाहर निकाल देंगे। साथ ही जुलूस में चार पदाधिकारी मौजूद रहेंगे जो जुलूस की जानकारी देंगे। इसके बाद के पीछे आने वाले गृहस्थों को हरकी पैड़ी के पास वाले घाटों पर स्नान कराया जाएगा।
बिना निगेटिव रिपोर्ट बार्डर पर एंट्री नहीं : दीपक
डीजीपी अशोक कुमार ने कहा कि 14 अप्रैल महाकुंभ 2021 का सबसे बड़ा दिन है। इसके लिए पुलिस की तैयारियां पूरी हैं। स्नान के दौरान स्थानीय निवासियों व श्रद्धालुओं को कोई परेशानी नहीं होने दी जाएगी। शाही स्नान के जुलूसों के दौरान कुछ असुविधाएं होती हैं, लेकिन इसकी तैयारियां कर ली गई हैं। आम श्रद्धालुओं के लिए हिल बाईपास शुरू किया गया है। जो 30 अप्रैल तक लगातार खुला रहेगा।
शटल बस सेवा का लाभ श्रद्धालु उठा सकते हैं। मंगलवार को डीजीपी अशोक कुमार, मेलाधिकारी दीपक रावत व आईजी कुंभ संजय गुंज्याल ने शाही जुलूस निकलने वाले मार्गों का निरीक्षण किया। पुलिसकर्मियों को संदिग्ध व्यक्ति को जुलूस में न घुसने देने, श्रद्धालुओं व स्थानीय लोगों से मधुर व्यवहार करने के निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
मेलाधिकारी दीपक रावत के अनुसार स्नान की तैयारियां पूरी हैं। कोविड एसओपी (मानक संचालन प्रक्रिया) का सख्ती से पालन कराया जाएगा। बॉर्डर पर बिना आरटीपीसीआर निगेटिव रिपोर्ट के प्रवेश नहीं करने दिया जाएगा।
वहीं 12 अप्रैल के सोमवती अमावस्या के शाही स्नान पर श्रद्धालुओं के आंकड़ों के बाबत पुलिस से पार्किंगवार आंकड़े मांगे गए हैं जिससे सही श्रद्धालुओं का आंकलन हो सके। उन्होंने कहा कि कोर्ट में भी इसका जवाब देना है।
