60 वर्ष पुरानी पानी की लाइनें बदली जाएंगी दून में।
स्मार्ट सिटी देहरादून में अब 60 वर्ष पुरानी पानी की लाइनें बदली जाएंगी। इसके अलावा जल्द ही कंट्रोल सेंटर शुरू होने जा रहा है। गांधी पार्क भी जल्द ही परेड ग्राउंड तक विस्तारित हो जाएगा।
बुधवार को शहरी विकास मंत्री मदन कौशिक ने विधानसभा स्थित कक्ष में स्मार्ट सिटी दून की समीक्षा बैठक ली। बैठक में स्मार्ट सिटी के सीईओ डॉ. आशीष श्रीवास्तव ने बताया कि 25 दिसंबर को गुड गवर्नेंस डे पर 294 करोड की लागत से एकीकृत कमांड एण्ड कंट्रोल सेंटर की शुरुआत होने जा रही है।
उन्होंने बताया कि मुख्य शहर में 60 वर्ष पुरानी पेयजल आपूर्ति लाईन को बदला जाएगा और परेड ग्राउंड का जीर्णोद्वार करके गांधी पार्क तक विस्तार किया जाएगा। 12.33 करोड़ रुपये से बनने वाले मॉर्डन दून लाईब्रेरी, स्मार्ट पोल पर लगने वाले हाई मास्क, वाईफ ाई देहरादून स्मार्ट सिटी के मुख्य आकर्षण केन्द्र होंगे।
शहरी विकास मंत्री मदन कौशिक ने देहरादून में बनने वाले 1407 करोड़ लागत से बनने वाले स्मार्ट सिटी कार्यों में तेजी लाने के निर्देश दिये। उन्होंने कहा कि स्मार्ट सिटी में अत्याधुनिक सुविधाओं से युक्त व्यवस्था के कारण जहां जनसुविधा में वृद्धि होगी, वहीं देहरादून को ग्रीन सिटी बनाने में भी मदद मिलेगी।
इस परियोजना के अन्तर्गत स्मार्ट स्कूल, राजकीय बालिका इन्टर कालेज राजपुर रोड, राजकीय इन्टर कालेज खुड़बुड़ा, राजकीय कन्या जूनियर हाई स्कूल का काम 15 दिसंबर तक पूरा हो जाएगा। स्मार्ट सिटी में वाटर एटीएम सैनिटाइज करने के बाद शुरू किया जाएगा।
स्मार्ट रोड 8.1 किलोमीटर की मुख्य शहर में बनेगी, जिसको मल्टी यूटलिटी डक्ट, सीवर कार्य, नाली निर्माण, जलापूर्ति के प्रबंध से जोड़ा जाएगा। बैठक में शहरी विकास सचिव शैलेश बगोली, शहरी विकास निदेशक विनोद सुमन भी मौजूद रहे।
