यूरिनरी ब्लेडर फटने के केस में उचित समय पर दूरबीन विधि से ऑपरेशन का उपयोगी तरीका खोज निकाला है।
अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (एम्स) ऋषिकेश के ट्रामा चिकित्सा विभाग ने यूरिनरी ब्लेडर (पेशाब की थैली) फटने के केस में उचित समय पर दूरबीन विधि से ऑपरेशन का उपयोगी तरीका खोज निकाला है। एम्स ऋषिकेश के चिकित्सकों की इस उपलब्धि को अंतरराष्ट्रीय मेडिकल जरनल ट्रॉमा ने ‘फास्ट रिवर्सल साइन’ के रूप में प्रकाशित कर इसकी उपयोगिता एवं नवीनता पर अपनी मुहर लगाई है।
जनरल सर्जरी विभाग की प्रशिक्षु चिकित्सक डॉ. जेन चिनाट ने बताया कि अधिकांशतया पेट में चोट लगने के कारण व कूल्हे के फ्रैक्चर के कारण पेट पर पड़ने वाले अतिरिक्त दबाव से पेशाब की थैली फट जाती है। ऐसे मरीजों के पेट में पेशाब का स्राव का पता अल्ट्रासाउंड से लगाया जा सकता है। ऐसे मरीज के इलाज के दौरान डाली गई पेशाब की नलकी से अल्ट्रासाउंड द्वारा डिटेक्ट किया गया खून अथवा पेशाब शरीर से निकल जाता है। जिसकी वजह से कुछ देर बाद दोबारा अल्ट्रासाउंड में पेट में कोई खून या पेशाब नहीं पाया जाता। उन्होंने बताया कि इस साइन को विकसित किए जाने से यूरिनरी ब्लैडर (पेशाब की थैली) फटने के केस में उचित समय पर दूरबीन विधि से ऑपरेशन का प्रयोग कर मरीजों को चीरे वाली सर्जरी से बचाया जा सकेगा। डॉ. जेन ने बताया कि फास्ट रिवर्सल साइन पेशाब की थैली फटने की दशा में अत्यधिक उपयुक्त है। एम्स के निदेशक पद्मश्री प्रोफेसर रवि कांत ने इस महत्वपूर्ण उपलब्धि के लिए चिकित्सकीय टीम को बधाई दी।
ट्रामा में तीन मिनट के भीतर होती है जांच पूरी:
ट्रॉमा सर्जरी विभागाध्यक्ष प्रो. मोहम्मद कमर आजम ने बताया कि एम्स के लेवल-वन ट्रामा सेंटर में मरीज के पहुंचने के तीन मिनट के भीतर विश्वस्तरीय प्रोटोकॉल एटीएलएस के अंतर्गत मरीज का एयर-वे, ब्रीदिंग, सर्कुलेशन एवं हैडइंजरी की अंतरिम जांच पूरी की ली जाती है। मरीज का उसी स्थान पर अल्ट्रासाउंड कराकर छाती एवं पेट में लगी चोटों का संपूर्ण आंकलन कर लिया जाता है। इसी कार्यप्रणाली की वजह से मरीजों को फास्ट रिवर्सल साइन का फायदा मिलता है।
