मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत और श्रम मंत्री हरक सिंह के बीच आखिरकार मुलाकात तय।
दोनों के बीच आज बृहस्पतिवार को देहरादून में ही मुलाकात होगी। इस मुलाकात के बाद हरक सिंह पिछले कुछ समय से अख्तियार की गई अपनी खामोशी को भी तोड़ सकते हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री कार्यालय के सूत्रों के मुताबिक, सीएम और श्रम एवं वन मंत्री के बीच दोपहर बाद मुलाकात होगी। यह तय भी हो गया है और श्रम मंत्री ने भी इसकी सहमति दे दी है। भवन एवं सन्निर्माण कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड के पुनर्गठन को लेकर श्रम मंत्री हरक सिंह खासे नाराज हैं।
उनका कहना है कि बिना उनकी जानकारी में लाए ही बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन कर दिया गया। हरक सिंह की कोशिश थी कि बोर्ड के कार्यकाल को एक साल और बढ़ा दिया जाए। ऐसे में बोर्ड का पुनर्गठन कर दिया गया और हरक सिंह को इसकी जानकारी बाद में मिली। बोर्ड के पुनर्गठन में हरक सिंह बोर्ड अध्यक्ष पद से बाहर हो गए थे।
इसके बाद से ही हरक सिंह ने चुप्पी साध ली थी। दो ऐसे अवसर भी आए जब हरक सिंह और सीएम को एक ही कार्यक्रम में शामिल होना था। इन दोनों ही कार्यक्रमों से हरक सिंह किनारा कर गए। यहां तक की एक कार्यक्रम उनके अपने वन महकमे का था।
ई आफिस के शुभारंभ के इस समारोह के लिए विशिष्ट अतिथि के रूप में हरक सिंह को भी आमंत्रित किया गया था। इस पर हरक सिंह का कहना था कि उन्हें जानकारी तब दी गई जब उनके अन्य कार्यक्रम तय हो गए। एक अन्य समारोह आयुष अस्पताल के उद्घाटन का था, जिसमें सीएम के साथ हरक सिंह को भी न्योता था। हरक इस कार्यक्रम में भी नहीं आए थे।
हरक साफ कर सकते हैं रुख:
बृहस्पतिवार को ही हरक सिंह कर्मकार कल्याण बोर्ड को लेकर अपना रुख साफ कर सकते हैं। हरक ने पूर्व में कहा था कि वे सीएम से बात करने के बाद ही मीडिया से इस बारे में बात करेंगे। अभी तक स्थिति यह है कि हरक के दोनों फोन बंद हैं और उनके करीबी लोग भी काफी प्रयासों के बाद ही उनसे बात कर पा रहे हैं।
अन्य मसलों पर भी वार्ता संभव:
यह भी बताया जा रहा है कि हरक अपनी नाराजगी के अलावा वन महकमे के मामले को लेकर भी सीएम से बात कर सकते हैं। हॉफ या वन प्रमुख के पद से जयराज 31 अक्तूबर को सेवानिवृत्त हो रहे हैं और बृहस्पतिवार को आखिरी कार्यकारी दिवस होने के कारण नए वन प्रमुख का चयन भी होना है। यह फाइल सीएम के पास है और अभी तक पीसीसीएफ रंजना काला का नाम तय है।
