शिक्षा, नवाचार और युवा सहभागिता से साकार होगा विकसित भारत- सुबोध उनियाल
नरेंद्रनगर। धर्मानंद उनियाल राजकीय महाविद्यालय, नरेंद्रनगर में आयोजित त्रिदिवसीय इंटरनेशनल सेमिनार ऑन विज़न फॉर विकसित भारत @2047 का शुभारंभ मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल द्वारा किया गया। इस अवसर पर मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने अपने संबोधन में कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी द्वारा निर्धारित विकसित भारत 2047 का लक्ष्य केवल एक संकल्प नहीं, बल्कि 140 करोड़ देशवासियों की सामूहिक प्रतिबद्धता है। वर्ष 2047 तक भारत को आत्मनिर्भर, समृद्ध एवं वैश्विक नेतृत्वकर्ता राष्ट्र बनाने में युवाओं की भूमिका अत्यंत महत्वपूर्ण है।
उन्होंने कहा कि नवाचार, अनुसंधान, स्टार्टअप, कौशल विकास एवं उद्यमिता को प्रोत्साहित किए बिना विकसित भारत का सपना साकार नहीं हो सकता। इसके लिए शिक्षा संस्थानों, उद्योग जगत एवं समाज के मध्य प्रभावी समन्वय स्थापित करना आवश्यक है। ऐसे सेमिनार ज्ञान, नीति और व्यवहारिक क्रियान्वयन के मध्य सेतु का कार्य करते हैं।
मंत्री उनियाल ने विश्वास व्यक्त किया कि इस अंतरराष्ट्रीय सेमिनार में प्रस्तुत शोध पत्र, विचार विमर्श और विशेषज्ञों के मार्गदर्शन से विकसित भारत की दिशा में ठोस सुझाव प्राप्त होंगे, जो नीति निर्माण और जनभागीदारी को सुदृढ़ करेंगे।
कार्यक्रम में प्राचार्य, प्राध्यापकगण, शोधार्थी एवं देश-विदेश से आए विद्वानों की सहभागिता उल्लेखनीय रही।
अंत में मंत्री सुबोध उनियाल ने आयोजकों, शिक्षकों एवं प्रतिभागियों को सफल आयोजन हेतु बधाई देते हुए कहा कि युवाओं की ऊर्जा और संकल्प ही भारत को वर्ष 2047 तक विकसित राष्ट्र के रूप में स्थापित करेगा।
