10वीं और 12वीं की कक्षाओं के छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए दो नवंबर से स्कूल खुलने जा रहे हैं।
उत्तराखंड में 10वीं और 12वीं की कक्षाओं के छात्र-छात्राओं के लिए दो नवंबर से स्कूल खुलने जा रहे हैं। लेकिन स्कूलों में न प्रार्थना सभाएं होंगी न खेलकूद होंगे। सचिवालय में हुई विभागीय अधिकारियों की बैठक में शिक्षा सचिव आर मीनाक्षी सुंदरम की ओर से अधिकारियों को ये निर्देश दिए गए हैं।
शिक्षा सचिव ने कहा कि स्कूलों के संबंध में जल्द ही गाइडलाइन जारी कर दी जाएगी। डे और बोर्डिंग स्कूलों के लिए इसमें अलग-अलग दिशा निर्देश जारी किए जाएंगे। उन्होंने बताया कि स्कूलों को सैनिटाइज किया जाएगा। बच्चों को छह फीट की दूरी पर बैठाया जाएगा।
जिस स्थान पर बच्चे बैठेंगे, वहां दरवाजे और खिड़कियों को खुला रखा जाएगा। सभी बच्चे और शिक्षक मास्क पहनकर आएंगे। अभिभावकों की अनुमति से ही बच्चे स्कूल आएंगे। जो बच्चे स्कूल नहीं आ पाएंगे, उनके लिए ऑनलाइन क्लास जारी रहेगी।
शिक्षा सचिव ने कहा कि स्कूलों में थर्मामीटर से बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य की जांच की जाएगी। इसके अलावा पंपलेट, पोस्टर आदि के जरिये उन्हें कोविड-19 के प्रति जागरूक किया जाएगा। वहीं शिक्षकों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वह स्कूलों में साफ सफाई का विशेष ध्यान रखेंगे।
स्कूल बसों में भी सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का ध्यान रखा जाए:
स्कूल बसों में भी सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का ध्यान रखा जाएगा। जिस बस में बच्चे बैठकर आएंगे उसमें पर्दे खुले रहेंगे। यदि किसी स्कूल में बच्चों की संख्या अधिक है तो वहां शिफ्ट के अनुसार बच्चों को पढ़ाया जाएगा। बच्चे अपने टिफन, कॉपी-किताब आदि शेयर नहीं करेंगे।
इसके अलावा बिना अनुमति के पुस्तक विक्रेता या अन्य स्कूल में नहीं आ सकेंगे। शिक्षा सचिव ने कहा कि जिलाधिकारियों की अध्यक्षता में स्कूलों की निगरानी के लिए समिति गठित की जाएगी। वहीं स्वास्थ्य विभाग की ओर से समय-समय पर बच्चों के स्वास्थ्य की जांच की जाएगी।
बैठक में शिक्षा निदेशक आरके कुंवर, निदेशक एससीईआरटी सीमा जौनसारी ,संयुक्त निदेशक भूपेंद्र नेगी, अपर निदेशक वीएस रावत, असिस्टेंट कमिश्नर सीबीएसई रणवीर सिंह आदि मौजूद रहे।
