किशोर उपाध्याय ने कहा की कर्णप्रयाग में कांग्रेस अच्छी स्थिति में है,विकास के लिए जनता मतदान करेगी, भाजपा अभी से वहा पर शराब से लेकर पैसे का उपयोग कर रही है जो राज्य के लिए अच्छा नहीं पर्वतीय जनपद में इस तरह का वातावरण सही नहीं भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष का गैरसैण को लेकर दिया गया बयान राज्य के लिए सही नहीं है राजधानी को लेकर भाजपा का स्टैंड सही नहीं है ऐसा बोलकर भाजपा ने गैरसैण का अपमान किया है अजय भट ने कहा था की अस्थाई राजधानी गैरसैण होनी जरुरी है लेकिन आज भाजपा इस बात पर चुप बैठ गयी है उन्होंने कहा की भाजपा केंद्र से गैरसैण के लिए कदम उठा कर काम करे भाजपा 9 मार्च से पहले गैरसैण को लेकर अपनी राय सार्वजानिक करे,सिर्फ वोटो की राजनीती सही नहीं उन्होंने कहा की भाजपा के बड़े नेता कैलाश विजय वर्गीय बच्चों की तस्करी में नाम सामने आ रहा है मध्य प्रदेश में वहा की सरकार को कारवाही होनी जरुरी है ताकि भाजपा नेता के खिलाफ कारवाही हो प्रेस वार्ता में किशोर ने ये भी कहा की राज्य की जनता के लिए भाजपा का कोई एजेंडा नहीं है और केंद्र सरकार अपनी एजेंसियों का अभी भी सहारा राज्य में सरकार बनाये जाने को लेकर ले रही है
