आयुक्त गढवाल मण्डल ने प्रस्तावित जी-20 कार्यक्रम को लेकर अतिक्रमण विरोधी अभियान, स्थानीय व्यवस्था समिति की बैठक ली।
आयुक्त गढवाल मण्डल सुशील कुमार ने अपने शिविर कार्यालय से माह मई-जून 2023 में प्रस्तावित जी-20 कार्यक्रम को लेकर अतिक्रमण विरोधी अभियान, स्थानीय व्यवस्था समिति की बैठक ली।
बैठक में आयुक्त गढवाल मण्डल ने बैठक लेते हुए निर्धारित यात्रा रूट पर अतिक्रमण चिन्हित करते हुए अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्यवाही करने के निर्देश दिए। साथ ही चिन्हित वैकल्पिक रूट पर भी अतिक्रमण हटाए जाने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने संबंधित विभागों यथा लोनिवि, दूरसंचार निगम, वन विभाग एवं विद्युत विभाग के अधिकारियों को संयुक्त रूप से अतिक्रमण चिन्हित करते हुए अतिक्रमण हटाने की कार्यवाही करें। यूपीसीएल को सड़कों पर यातायात को बाधित करने वाले विद्युत पोल का चिन्हिकरण कर शिफ्ट करने तथा इन्टरनेट एवं केबल आॅपरेटरों के साथ बैठक करते हुए केबलों को शिफ्ट करने की कार्यवाही हेतु निर्देशित करने को कहा। उन्होंने संबंधित जिलाधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया कि विभागों में आपसी समन्वय हेतु समन्वय बैठक आयोजित करते हुए अपने-अपने विभागों से संबंधित की जाने वाली कार्यवाही/व्यवस्थाओं को समय से पूर्ण करने को कहा। उन्होंने वाहनों की व्यवस्था, साज-सज्जा, स्ट्रीट लाईटें आदि कार्यों को समय से पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने जिलाधिकारी पौड़ी को पैदल मार्ग को ठीक करने, पार्किंग, हैलीपैड आदि व्यवस्था बनाने के लिए आंगणन की कार्यवाही करने हेतु संबंधित विभागों को निर्देशित करने को कहा।
बैठक में डीआईजी/वरिष्ठ पुलिस अधीक्षक देहरादून दलीप सिंह कुंवर, अपर आयुक्त गढ़वाल मण्डल नरेन्द्र सिंह क्वीराल, अपर जिलाधिकारी वित्त एवं राजस्व के.के मिश्रा सहित यूपीसीएल, जल संस्थान के अधिकारी आयुक्त कैंप कार्यालय में उपस्थित रहे तथा वर्चुअल माध्यम से जिलाधिकारी टिहरी सौरव गहवार, जिलाधिकारी पौड़ी आशीष चैहान, पुलिस अधीक्षक पौड़ी श्वेता चैबे, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी टिहरी मनीष कुमार, मुख्य विकास अधिकारी पौड़ी अर्पूवा पाण्डे, उप जिलाधिकारी ऋषिकेश नंनद कुमार सहित संबंधित अधिकारी वर्चुअल माध्यम से बैठक में जुड़े रहे।
