उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में हाल के वर्षों में आए करीब 200 परिवार नागरिकता कानून (सीएएस) के दायरे में आ रहे हैं।
उत्तराखंड के मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में हाल के वर्षों में आए करीब 200 परिवार नागरिकता कानून (सीएएस) के दायरे में आ रहे हैं। इनमें कुछ मुस्लिम परिवार भी हैं। अधिकांश देहरादून में बसे हैं। सीएम बोले कि इन्हें नागरिकता देने में किसी तरह की दिक्कत नहीं होगी। सीएम यहां सर्किट हाउस में पत्रकारों से वार्ता कर रहे थे।
इस दौरान सीएम ने नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम को लेकर कांग्रेस और वामपंथी दलों पर जमकर हमला बोला। कहा कि सत्ता से बाहर रहने के कारण विपक्षी दल हताश और निराश हैं। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि हाल के दिनों में देश में अर्बन नक्सलियों का वर्ग भाजपा का विरोध कर रहा है।
सीएम ने कांग्रेस-वामपंथियों पर बोला हमला
मुख्यमंत्री रावत ने नागरिकता कानून का विरोध करने पर कांग्रेस और वामपंथियों पर जमकर हमला बोला। कहा कि आजादी के आंदोलन में कांग्रेस की भूमिका पर सवाल उठाते कहा कि बाल गंगाधर तिलक के अध्यक्ष बनने से पहले कांग्रेस ने कभी भी देश की स्वतंत्रता के लिए प्रस्ताव पारित नहीं किया।
यहां सर्किट हाउस में पत्रकार वार्ता में उन्होंने कहा नागरिकता संशोधन अधिनियम शरणार्थियों को नागरिकता देने वाला कानून है। कांग्रेस को यह जवाब देना चाहिए कि देश में आए लोगों को शरण दी जाए अथवा नहीं। उन्होंने कहा कि भारत में राजवंशों के काल से ही शरणागत को आश्रय देने की परंपरा रही है। जब हिटलर ने यहूदियों को जिंदा जलाने का प्रयास किया तो तमाम देशों ने यहूदियों को अपने देश में नहीं घुसने दिया लेकिन भारत ने उन्हें आश्रय दिया।
जब चीन ने तिब्बत पर कब्जा कर लिया तब भारत ने तिब्बतवासियों को भी शरण दी जो आज भी यहां शांति से रह रहे हैं। पारसियों को भी भारत ने इसी तरह शरण दी। उन्होंने महात्मा गांधी, जवाहर लाल नेहरू, अबुल कलाम आजाद सहित आजादी के आंदोलन से जुड़े कई कांग्रेस नेताओं के वक्तव्यों का उल्लेख करते हुए कहा कि इन नेताओं ने भी पाकिस्तान सहित अन्य देशों से आए शरणार्थियों को देश में आश्रय देने का समर्थन किया था।
पाक में प्रताड़ित हो रहे हिंदुओं पर कांग्रेसी-वामपंथी चुप क्यों
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि देश के विभाजन के वक्त भारत में सिर्फ चार करोड़ मुसलमान थे, लेकिन आज उनकी संख्या 20 करोड़ पहुंच गई है। वहीं पाकिस्तान में 23 प्रतिशत हिंदू थे जो अब घटकर सिर्फ 2.7 प्रतिशत रह गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि पाकिस्तान में हिंदू, सिख आदि की संख्या लगातार घट रही है। वहां हिंदू बहू, बेटियों का धर्मांतरण करवाकर उन्हें प्रताड़ित किया जाता रहा है। इस सब पर कांग्रेस और वामपंथी दल चुप हैं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि पाकिस्तान, बांग्लादेश और अफगानिस्तान मुस्लिम देश हैं। वहां अल्पसंख्यकों को प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है। उन्होंने कांग्रेस पर वार करते हुए कहा कि कांग्रेस आजादी के आंदोलन के दौर से ही फूट करो और राज करो का सिद्धांत अपनाती रही है। आज भी इसी सिद्धांत पर चल रही है। मुख्यमंत्री ने आरोप लगाया कि 1885 में ह्यूम द्वारा बनाई गई कांग्रेस आजादी के आंदोलन के दौरान भी अंग्रेजों की सत्ता के लिए सेफ्टी वॉल की तरह काम करती थी।
वह बोले 1923 में शौकत अली बंधुओं को वंदे मातरम गाने की तक अनुमति नहीं मिली थी। जरूरत इस बात की थी कि आजादी के बाद तुरंत ही इस कानून को लागू कर देना चाहिए था लेकिन ऐसा नहीं हो सका। प्रधानमंत्री मोदी ने साहसिक कदम उठाकर इस कानून को लागू करवाया।
मुस्लिम समुदाय के 40 लोगों ने ली भाजपा की सदस्यता
मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत की मौजूदगी में सर्किट हाउस में मुस्लिम समुदाय के 40 लोगों ने भारतीय जनता पार्टी की सदस्यता ली। इन लोगों के भाजपा में शामिल होने पर मुख्यमंत्री ने स्वागत किया।
भाजपा में शामिल होने वालों में रजा अली अंसारी, महराज अंसारी, एहसान अली अंसारी, हारुन अंसारी, नदीम अंसरा, शाबाद आलम, नाजिम अंसारी, जिसान अंसारी, मो. रफी, शाहिल अंसारी, अमन अंसार, अहमद अनस, असलम खान, नूर हसन, शमशाद, नवाब, शाबाद कुरैशी, इशाक अंसरा, मो. आरीज आदि शामिल हैं।
अल्मोड़ा में स्थापित की जाएगी हैंप प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट
सीएम रावत ने कहा है कि राज्य सरकार अल्मोड़ा में हैंप प्रोसेसिंग यूनिट (नशारहित भांग पर आधारित) लगाएगी। इससे दवाएं समेत असंख्य उत्पाद बनाए जा सकते हैं। साथ ही रोजगार के अवसर बढ़ेंगे। उन्होंने व्यावसायिक हैंप उत्पादन के लिए क्लस्टर स्थापित करने के निर्देश जिलाधिकारी को दिए। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि बुनियादी सुविधाएं प्रदान करने से ही पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों से पलायन पर रोक लगेगी। मुख्यमंत्री विवेकानंद पर्वतीय कृषि अनुसंधान संस्थान में जिले के अधिकारियों की बैठक ले रहे थे।
बैठक में अधिकारियों को उन्होंने निर्देशित किया कि स्थानीय उत्पादों के विपणन की उचित व्यवस्था करें। पर्वतीय जिलों में विपणन की संभावनाएं तलाशीं जाएं, ताकि उत्पादों का विपणन हो सके। सरकार ने निर्णय लिया है कि इस वर्ष हरेला पर्व के दिन पूरे प्रदेश में एक साथ पौधारोपण किया जाएगा। उन्होंने कहा कि पौधरोपण के लिए वन समेत अन्य विभागों को तैयारी करने के निर्देश दिए। तड़ागताल झील निर्माण को लेकर अधिकारियों ने बताया डीपीआर तैयार कर दी गई है
