उत्तराखंड में 419 मदरसों की होगी जांच, वक्फ बोर्ड की जमीनों का भी होगा सर्वे, राज्य स्तर पर कमेटी गठित
उत्तराखंड में मदरसा बोर्ड में पंजीकृत सभी 419 मदरसों की सरकार जांच कराने जा रही है। इसके लिए राज्य स्तर पर कमेटी गठित की जा चुकी है। अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण मंत्री चंदन राम दास ने मीडिया से बातचीत में यह जानकारी साझा की।
उन्होंने बताया कि सभी मदरसों को निर्देश दिए गए हैं कि वे जल्द ही शिक्षा विभाग से मान्यता लेना सुनिश्चित करें। उन्होंने कहा कि राज्य में वक्फ बोर्ड की जमीनों पर भी बड़े पैमाने पर अतिक्रमण की शिकायतें हैं।
वक्फ बोर्ड के माध्यम से सर्वे कराकर इन्हें अतिक्रमणमुक्त किया जाएगा। जरूरत पड़ने पर मुक्त कराई गई भूमि उद्योगों को देने पर भी विचार किया जा सकता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने मदरसों का सर्वे कराने की बात कही थी:
हाल में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने राज्य में संचालित मदरसों का सर्वे कराने की बात कही थी। यही नहीं, उत्तराखंड वक्फ बोर्ड के अध्यक्ष शादाब शम्स ने भी मदरसा बोर्ड के साथ ही वक्फ बोर्ड में पंजीकृत मदरसों का सर्वे कराने पर जोर दिया था।
इस मामले में अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण मंत्री चंदन राम दास ने कहा कि मदरसा बोर्ड के अंतर्गत 419 मदरसे हैं, जिनमें से 192 को सरकारी मदद मिलती है। जांच में यह देखा जाएगा कि जिस उद्देश्य से मदद की जा रही है, उसका सदुपयोग किया जा रहा है अथवा नहीं।
अधिकांश मदरसों ने अभी तक नहीं ली शिक्षा विभाग से मान्यता:
कैबिनेट मंत्री ने बताया कि अधिकांश मदरसों ने अभी तक शिक्षा विभाग से मान्यता नहीं ली है। ऐसे में मदरसों से पांचवीं पास करने वाले बच्चों को विद्यालयों में अगली कक्षा में प्रवेश नहीं मिल पा रहा है।
राज्य स्तर पर गठित कमेटी इस पहलू से भी जांच करेगी। मदरसों से कहा गया है कि बच्चों के व्यापक हित में वे शिक्षा विभाग से मान्यता लें। इसमें हीलाहवाली करने वाले मदरसों और सरकारी मदद का दुरुपयोग करने वालों के विरुद्ध कार्रवाई की जाएगी।
