मुख्यमंत्री धामी और केन्द्रीय पर्यटन एवं संस्कृति मंत्री जी किशन रेड्डी अन्तराष्ट्रीय संगीत एवं नृत्य महोत्सव अमृतं गमय का किया शुभारम्भ।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी एवं केन्द्रीय पर्यटन एवं संस्कृति मंत्री जी किशन रेड्डी ने मंगलवार को आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव के उपलक्ष्य में संस्कृति मंत्रालय, भारत सरकार एवं कला क्षेत्र फाउण्डेशन के तत्वाधान में आयोजित अन्तराष्ट्रीय संगीत एवं नृत्य महोत्सव अमृतं गमय का शुभारम्भ किया।
आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव के उपलक्ष्य में वेल्हम गर्ल्स स्कूल में आयोजित इस सांस्कृतिक महोत्सव में उत्तराखण्ड के लोक संगीत, वेस्ट बंगाल, कश्मीरी संगीत के साथ वायलन वादन, कत्थक, भारत नाट्यम के साथ स्पेन व इजिप्ट जैसे देशों की संस्कृति की भी झलक प्रस्तुत की गई।
इस अवसर पर अपने सम्बोधन में मुख्यमंत्री श्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि आजादी के अमृत महोत्सव के आयोजन में केन्द्रीय संस्कृति मंत्रालय द्वारा पूरे देश में 60 हजार से अधिक कार्यक्रम आयोजित किये जा रहे हैं। देश भर में आयोजित हमारी समृद्ध कला एवं संस्कृति के ऐसे कार्यक्रम राष्ट्र के लिये प्रेरणा बनते है। मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री श्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के नेतृत्व में एक भारत श्रेष्ठ भारत की कल्पना को साकार करने के लिये हमारा कला एवं संस्कृति का क्षेत्र भी आगे आ रहा है। उन्होंने कहा कि वसुधैव कुटम्बकम की हमारी परम्परा रही है। प्रधानमंत्री के कुशल नेतृत्व में कोविड काल में देश को सुरक्षित बनाने के साथ समय पर वैक्सीन तैयार कर 200 करोड़ वैक्सीन लगाने का कार्य ही नही किया बल्कि कि दुनिया के देशों को 20 करोड़ वैक्सीन भी उपलब्ध करायी यह हमारी संस्कृति की महानता है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि उत्तराखण्ड देवभूमि, वीरभूमि के साथ ही सैन्य भूमि भी है। हमारे राज्य का हर परिवार का कोई न कोई सदस्य सेना से जुड़ा है। देश की सुरक्षा में राज्यवासियों का बड़ा योगदान है। उन्होंने कहा कि देश की आजादी के बाद पहली बार देश में इतने बड़े स्तर पर तिरंगा अभियान संचालित हो रहा है। प्रदेश के 20 लाख घरो में हर घर तिरंगा फहराने का लक्ष्य है। इसमें सभी की सहभागिता सुनिश्चित की जा रही है।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री मोदी के कुशल नेतृत्व में नया भारत, गोरवशाली, वैभवशाली भारत, विश्व को नेतृत्व देने वाला भारत होगा। उन्होंने कहा कि तीन साल बाद उत्तराखण्ड अपनी स्थापना की रजत जयन्ती मनायेगा। इन 25 वर्षो में उत्तराखण्ड विकास के नये आयाम प्राप्त करे इसके लिये सभी विभाग संस्थान अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में विकास के लक्ष्य निर्धारित कर जन अपेक्षाओं को पूर्ण करने के लिये कार्य कर रहे हैं।
इस अवसर केन्द्रीय मंत्री जी किशन रेड्डी ने कहा कि विश्व कल्याण, सबके सुख की कामना तथा अंधकार से प्रकाश की ओर जाने की हमारी परम्परा रही है। देश की कला एवं संस्कृति के विविध स्वरूपों को देश व दुनिया के समक्ष लाने का प्रयास है। अमृतं गमय जैसे वेश्विक आयोजन भारत की समृद्ध सांस्कृतिक विरासत से युवाओं को परिचित कराने में मददगार होंगे।
उन्होंने कहा कि 2047 में देश की आजादी के 100 साल पूर्ण होंगे। प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के कुशल नेतृत्व में हमारा युवा आजादी के इस अमृत काल में विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में देश की समृद्धि में अपना योगदान दे रहा हैं। देश में युवा शक्ति की मजबूती के साथ आत्म निर्भर भारत का संकल्प भी पूरा हो रहा है। भारत 2047 तक विश्व गुरू बने, यह 130 करोड़ देश वासियों का एजेन्डा है।
उन्होंने कहा कि देश में नई शिक्षा नीति खेलो इंडिया कोशल विकास के माध्यम से युवाओं को शसक्त बनाया जा रहा है। बेटी बचाओं बेटी पढ़ाओं के माध्यम से महिला शक्तिकरण पर विशेष ध्यान देकर देश के विकास में उन्हें भागीदार बनाया जा रहा है। महिलाये देश के आर्थिक विकास मे सहयोगी ही नही देश की बालिकाये, विभिन्न खेल स्पर्धाओं में बेहतर प्रदर्शन कर देश के लिये मेडल जीत रही है। महिलाओं के सम्मान की भी हमारी परम्परा है। उन्होंने सभी से हर घर तिरंगा अभियान में सहयोगी बनने की अपेक्षा की है।
इस अवसर पर केन्द्रीय संस्कृति संयुक्त सचिव उमा रतूड़ी, सचिव मुख्यमंत्री आर मीनाक्षी सुन्दरम, हरिचन्द्र सेमवाल, कला क्षेत्र फाउन्डेश्ज्ञन की रेवती रामचन्दन सहित कला एवं संस्कृति से जुड़े कलाकार एवं संस्कृति कर्मी उपस्थित रहे।
