रितु का कड़क अंदाज: सदन में बोलीं, प्रोफेसर रही हूं, अनुशासन प्राथमिकता’, सुर्खियों में प्रदेश के पहली महिला स्पीकर
चार दिन के विधानसभा सत्र में बतौर विधानसभा अध्यक्ष रितु खंडूरी भूषण पर सबकी निगाहें थीं। उनके लिए यह एक नया अनुभव जरूर है लेकिन उन्होंने अपने अलग अंदाज से छाप छोड़ी है। उनका कहना है कि वह प्रोफेसर रही हैं, इसलिए सदन में भी अनुशासन को ही प्राथमिकता देना पसंद करती रहेंगी।
विधानसभा अध्यक्ष रितु खंडूरी भूषण के लिए विधानसभा का यह सत्र एक नया अनुभव था। उन्होंने अनिश्चितकाल के लिए सत्र स्थगित होने के बाद खुलकर अपने अनुभव साझा किए। कहा कि उनका मकसद था कि सत्र ज्यादा से ज्यादा समय तक चलता। कहा कि बृहस्पतिवार को बजट पर अच्छी चर्चा हो सकती थी।
कई नए विधायक हैं, उन्हें बोलने का बेहतर मौका मिल सकता था। हालांकि चर्चा नहीं हो पाई। उन्होंने कहा कि मैं विपक्ष पर कोई टिप्पणी तो नहीं करूंगी लेकिन उन्हें भी आत्मचिंतन की जरूरत है। जब उनसे पूछा गया कि विपक्ष के बीच वह एक प्रोफेसर जैसी भूमिका के तौर पर चर्चित हैं तो उन्होंने कहा कि वह प्रोफेसर रही हैं।
वह चाहती हैं कि सदन में भी अनुशासन रहे। प्रदेश के हर विधायक को अपनी बात रखने का मौका मिले।
उन्होंने कहा कि इस सत्र से उन्हें भी काफी कुछ सीखने को मिला है।
उन्होंने कहा कि नए विधायकों को देखकर खुशी हुई कि उनकी सहभागिता बहुत अच्छी थी।
हमारी कोशिश अगले सत्र में रहेगी कि हम और अधिक सवाल लें, और अधिक विधायकों को बोलने का मौका दें।
