सुविधाजनक चारधाम यात्रा के लिए पुख्ता व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित की जाएं : सीएम पुष्कर सिंह धामी.

यात्रा प्रबंघन में टेक्नोलोजी का बेहतर उपयोग हो।
मुख्यमंत्री ने चारधाम यात्रा की तैयारियों की समीक्षा करते हुए दिये निर्देश।
मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा है कि चार धाम यात्रा के माध्यम से देश-विदेश में अतिथि देवो भव : का संदेश जाना चाहिए। इस बार बहुत अधिक संख्या में श्रद्धालुओं के आने की सम्भावना है। चार धाम यात्रा की तैयारियां उसी के अनुरूप सुनिश्चित की जाएं। मुख्यमंत्री सचिवालय में चारधाम यात्रा 2022 की तैयारियों की समीक्षा कर रहे थे। उन्होंने यात्रा को श्रद्धालुओं की लिए अधिक से अधिक सुविधाजनक बनाने के लिए पुख्ता व्यवस्थाएं सुनिश्चित करने के निर्देश दिये।
मुख्यमंत्री ने प्रमुख सचिव लोक निर्माण विभाग को यात्रा मार्गों का स्थलीय निरीक्षण कर, सभी आवश्यक सुधार कार्य यात्रा प्रारम्भ होने से पूर्व सुनिश्चित करने को कहा। साथ ही संबंधित जिलाधिकारियों को भी यात्रा मार्गों पर कार्यों की प्रगति की लगातार मॉनिटरिंग करने के निर्देश दिये। मार्ग अवरूद्ध होने की स्थिति में तत्काल खोलने के लिए जरूरी मशीनों की व्यवस्था व तैनाती कर ली जाए। जेसीबी मशीनों की ट्रेकिंग के लिए उन्हें जीपीएस से जोड़ा जाए। यात्रा मार्ग से संबंधित सड़कों पर कहीं भी मलबा या कचरा न रहे। कचरा निस्तारण पर विशेष ध्यान दिया जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा प्रबंधन में टेक्नोलॉजी का उपयोग किया जाए। ट्रेफिक प्रबंधन व संचालन के लिए ड्रोन का भी प्रयोग किया जाए। चारधाम यात्रा पर आने वाले श्रद्धालुओं के लिए टोल फ्री नम्बर जारी किया जाए। जिस पर यात्रा से संबंधित हर प्रकार की जानकारी हो। इस नम्बर को व्यापक प्रचारित भी किया जाए। इस वर्ष बहुत बड़ी संख्या में यात्रियों के आने की सम्भावना है। किसी प्रकार की अव्यवस्था न हो, इसके लिए यात्रियों के रजिस्ट्रेशन की व्यवस्था हो। यात्रा मार्गों पर जगह-जगह पर्याप्त संख्या में पार्किंग की सुविधा उपलब्ध कराई जाए। डायवर्जन और वैकल्पक मार्गों की व्यवस्था भी कर ली जाए। जगह-जगह पर साईन बोर्ड भी लगाए जाएं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने निर्देश दिये कि यात्रा मार्गों पर जाने वाले बसों व टैक्सियों की फिटनेस की जांच सुनिश्चित हो। यात्रा मार्ग पर तैनात किए जाने वाले पुलिसकर्मियों को प्रशिक्षण दिया जाए। यह सुनिश्चित किया जाए कि नियमो का पालन कराते हुए यात्रियों व श्रद्धालुओं के साथ विनम्रतापूर्वक व्यवहार हो। एक बार एंट्री पाइन्ट पर वाहनों की चैकिंग होने के बाद बार-बार चैकिंग कर यात्रियों को परेशान न किया जाए। विभिन्न स्थानों पर क्वालिटी पेयजल के लिए वाटर एटीएम/वाटर मशीन लगाई जाएं।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि आवश्यकतानुसार चिकित्सकों की तैनाती कर ली जाए। एयर एम्बुलेंस की व्यवस्था भी हो। यात्रा मार्ग पर रेट लिस्ट के निर्धारण के साथ ही मिलावटखोरी को रोकने के लिए नियमित चैकिंग अभियान चलाया जाए। यात्रा शुरू होने से पूर्व बद्रीनाथ, केदारनाथ, गंगोत्री, यमुनोत्री व हेमकुण्ड साहिब में 24 घंटे बिजली आपूर्ति के साथ ही यात्रा मार्गों पर समुचित प्रकाश व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित कर ली जाए। यात्रा मार्ग पर बेहतर संचार व्यवस्था सुनिश्चित की जाए।
मुख्यमंत्री ने कहा कि चारधाम यात्रा का विभिन्न माध्यमों से व्यापक प्रचार प्रसार किया जाए। चार धाम यात्रा के दौरान बरती जाने वाली सावधानियों व अन्य जरूरी सूचनाओं का प्रचार प्रसार हो। चार धामों के साथ ही अन्य धार्मिक स्थलों और पर्यटन स्थलों के बारे में भी जानकारी दी जाए।
बैठक में केबिनेट मंत्री सतपाल महाराज, विधायक मती शैलारानी रावत, सुरेश सिंह चौहान, संजय डोभाल, दुर्गेश लाल, बद्री केदार मंदिर समिति के अध्यक्ष अजेंद्र अजय, मुख्य सचिव डा. एस.एस.संधु, अपर मुख्य सचिव मती राधा रतूड़ी, आनंद बर्द्धन, डीजीपी अशोक कुमार, प्रमख सचिव आरके सुधांशु, सचिव दिलीप जावलकर, नितेश झा, डा. पंकज कुमार पाण्डेय, शैलेश बगोली, एस.ए. मुरूगेशन, आयुक्त गढ़वाल सुशील कुमार सहित अन्य वरिष्ठ अधिकारी और संबंधित जिलाधिकारी उपस्थित थे।
