नौकरियों में आरक्षण को लेकर राजस्थान में जारी गुर्जर आंदोलन के चलते देहरादून से कोटा जाने वाली नंदा देवी एक्सप्रेस को बृहस्पतिवार को ऐन मौके पर निरस्त कर दिया गया। इससे यात्रियों को भारी परेशानियां उठानी पड़ीं। यात्रियों का आरक्षण निरस्त करने के लिए स्टेशन के सभी आरक्षण केंद्र देर रात तक खुले रहे।
स्टेशन अधीक्षक ( संचालन) सीताराम शंकर ने बताया कि राजस्थान में गुर्जर आंदोलन के चलते नंदा देवी एक्सप्रेस के संचालन को निरस्त किया गया। बताया कि कोटा से देहरादून आने वाली नंदा देवी एक्सप्रेस कल (शुक्रवार) को आएगी। लेकिन, शुक्रवार को नंदा देवी ट्रेन का संचालन कोटा से देहरादून के लिए नहीं किया जाएगा।
दूसरी ओर ट्रेन का ऐन मौके पर संचालन इन मौके पर निरस्त किए जाने से यात्रियों को परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ा। सबसे अधिक दिक्कत उन यात्रियों को हुई जिन्होंने रेलवे स्टेशन के आरक्षण केंद्रों से आरक्षण कराया था। ऑनलाइन आरक्षण कराने वाले यात्रियों को तो उनके मोबाइल फोन पर ट्रेन निरस्त होने की जानकारी मिल गई थी। दूसरी ओर, रेलवे के मुख्य वाणिज्य निरीक्षक एसके अग्रवाल ने बताया कि देर रात तक आरक्षण केंद्र के सभी काउंटर खोले गए। यात्रियों के आरक्षण निरस्त कर उन्हें रिफंड दिए गए।
