राज्य में एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग को बढ़ावा देने को लेकर सरकार ने उत्तराखंड महक क्रांति नीति लागू की है, 7 एरोमा वैलियां विकसित होंगी..
उत्तराखंड राज्य विषम भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों के चलते सीमित संसाधनों में सिमटा हुआ है. यही वजह है कि राज्य सरकार राज्य की आर्थिक को बढ़ाने के लिए कोई ना कोई प्रयास करती रहती है. इसी क्रम में उत्तराखंड सरकार अब एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग को बढ़ावा देने पर जोर दे रही है, क्योंकि इससे न सिर्फ किसानों की आय दोगुनी होगी बल्कि राज्य की आर्थिकी को भी फायदा पहुंचेगा.
उत्तराखंड महक क्रांति नीति: राज्य में एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग को बढ़ावा देने को लेकर सरकार ने उत्तराखंड महक क्रांति नीति लागू की है. इस नीति के जरिए अगले 10 सालों का रोडमैप भी सरकार ने तैयार कर लिया है. दरअसल, उत्तराखंड में विषम भौगोलिक परिस्थितियों के चलते बड़े पैमाने पर कृषि के कार्य नहीं किया जा सकते हैं. इसके अलावा पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में फसलों को जंगली जानवर भी नष्ट कर देते हैं, जिसके चलते किसानों को काफी अधिक नुकसान होता है.
एरोमैटिक प्लांट को उगाने के लिए है नीति: कृषि विशेषज्ञों के अनुसार प्रदेश के पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में उपजाऊ जमीन के साथ ही बंजर भूमि पर भी एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग आसानी से की जा सकती है. खास बात ये है कि एरोमैटिक प्लांट्स को जंगली जानवर भी नुकसान नहीं पहुंचते हैं. इसके अलावा किसी भी जमीन और कम पानी की सुविधा के बावजूद बड़े स्तर पर एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग की जा सकती है. यही वजह है कि राज्य सरकार प्रदेश में एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग को बढ़ावा देने पर जोर दे रही है.
महक क्रांति नीति के तहत अगले 10 साल की कार्य योजना तैयार: इसके लिए उद्यान विभाग के अधीन संचालित सगंध पौधा केंद्र भी किसानों को एरोमैटिक प्लांट्स उपलब्ध कराने के साथ ही तमाम सुविधाएं और तकनीकी उपलब्ध करा रहा है. उत्तराखंड के अधिक से अधिक किसान एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग की दिशा में आगे बढ़ें, इसके लिए राज्य सरकार ने उत्तराखंड महक क्रांति नीति को लागू कर दिया है. दरअसल, 23 सितंबर 2025 को हुई धामी मंत्रिमंडल की बैठक के दौरान उत्तराखंड महक क्रांति नीति को मंजूरी मिल गई थी. इसके साथ ही 13 दिसंबर 2025 को मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने उत्तराखंड महक क्रांति नीति का शुभारंभ कर दिया है. इस नीति के पहले चरण के तहत अगले 10 साल की कार्य योजना भी तैयार की जा चुकी है.
उत्तराखंड महक क्रांति नीति के मुख्य बिंदु: उत्तराखंड महक क्रांति नीति के पहले चरण में अगले 10 सालों यानी 2026 से 2036 तक ये योजना चलेगी. प्रदेश भर में 22,750 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग का लक्ष्य रखा गया है. इस नीति के जरिए 91,000 किसानों को जोड़ने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है.
प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग के टर्नओवर को 1,179 करोड़ तक ले जाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है. सरकार किसानों को एक हेक्टेयर भूमि पर खेती करने पर 80 फीसदी की सब्सिडी देगी. एक हेक्टेयर से अधिक भूमि पर खेती करने पर किसानों को 50 फीसदी की सब्सिडी मिलेगी. योजना के पहले चरण में 7 एरोमा वैलियों को विकसित किया जाएगा.
पीएम मोदी ने आयुर्वेद केंद्र और वेलनेस पैकेज विकसित करने की जरूरत पर दिया था बल: दरअसल उत्तराखंड राज्य सीमित संसाधनों में सिमटा हुआ है. यही वजह है कि उत्तराखंड की स्थापना की रजत जयंती यानी की 25 साल पूरे होने पर 9 नवंबर 2025 को आयोजित समारोह के दौरान प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने आय के संसाधनों को बढ़ाने का संदेश दिया था.
महक क्रांति से 91 हजार किसानों को जोड़ा जाएगा: उत्तराखंड के 25 वें स्थापना दिवस के अवसर पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी की ओर से दिए गए तमाम सुझाव पर राज्य सरकार तेजी से कदम बढ़ा रही है. उसी कड़ी में मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने शनिवार को उत्तराखंड महक क्रांति नीति का शुभारंभ भी कर दिया है. महक क्रांति नीति के पहले चरण में अगले 10 सालों यानी 2026 से 2036 तक के सशक्त उत्तराखंड के संकल्प को पूरा करने के लिए नीति तैयार की गयी है. इस नीति में एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग को बढ़ावा देने के लिए अच्छी खासी सब्सिडी का भी प्रावधान किया गया है. साथ ही अगले 10 सालों के भीतर करीब 91 हज़ार किसानों को जोड़ते हुए 22,750 हेक्टेयर भूमि पर एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग का लक्ष्य रखा गया है. प्रदेश में एरोमा और परफ्यूमरी उद्योगों को बढ़ावा देने के लिए काशीपुर में 40 एकड़ भूमि पर 300 करोड़ की लागत से एरोमा पार्क भी विकसित किया जा रहा है.
इन योजनाओं में भी मिल रही मदद: प्रदेश में एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग को बढ़ावा देने के साथ ही सरकार, राज्य के किसानों की आय बढ़ाने के लिए अन्य तमाम काम भी कर रही है. इसके तहत, पॉलीहाउस के निर्माण के लिए 200 करोड़ रुपए का प्रावधान किया गया है. इसमें से अभी तक करीब 115 करोड़ रुपए की सहायता से करीब 350 पॉलीहाउस बनाए जा चुके हैं.
महक क्रांति से किसानों को मिलेगी लाभ- सीएम: मुख्यमंत्री पुष्कर सिंह धामी ने कहा कि-
उत्तराखंड महक क्रांति नीति 2026-36 का शुभारंभ हो गया है. इस नीति से बड़ी संख्या में किसानों को सीधे लाभ मिलेगा. साथ ही किसान सगंध खेती से जुड़ेंगे. वर्तमान समय में एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग से जुड़े किसानों की संख्या 20 से 25 हज़ार है. ऐसे में लक्ष्य रखा गया है कि आने वाले सालों में एक लाख किसानों को एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग से जोड़ा जाए. वर्तमान समय में राज्य में एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग का टर्नओवर करीब 100 करोड़ रुपए है. इसे अगले 10 सालों में बढ़कर 1200 करोड़ रुपए करने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है.

उत्तराखंड में एरोमैटिक फार्मिग की अपार संभावनाएं: सीएम धामी ने कहा कि उत्तराखंड में एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग की अपार संभावनाएं हैं. ऐसे में उन्हें उम्मीद है कि आने वाले समय में एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग के क्षेत्र में उत्तराखंड राज्य देश के लिए उदाहरण बनेगा. साथ ही प्रदेश के किसानों को लाभ होगा. उनकी आय बढ़ेगी और विकास के साथ रोजगार भी बढ़ेगा.
प्रोसेसिंग और मार्केटिंग होगी आसान: सगंध पौधा केंद्र के निदेशक नृपेंद्र चौहान ने कहा कि-
उत्तराखंड में क्रांति नीति अगले 10 साल की परियोजना है. इस नीति के तहत 27 हज़ार हेक्टेयर भूमि पर एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग की जाएगी. साथ ही 91 हजार किसानों को इससे जोड़ा जाएगा. खासकर, प्रदेश के पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों में जहां पर खेती से किसानों को नुकसान हो रहा है, वहा पर एरोमैटिक फार्मिंग से किसानों को काफी फायदा मिलेगा. इसके अलावा, प्रदेश भर में 7 एरोमा वैलियों को विकसित किया जाएगा. इसका एक बड़ा फायदा ये होगा कि इन उत्पादों की प्रोसेसिंग और मार्केटिंग प्रक्रिया काफी आसान हो जाएगी.

एरोमैटिक प्लांट के लिए सैटेलाइट सेंटर: सगंध पौधा केंद्र के निदेशक नृपेंद्र चौहान ने कहा कि एक प्लांट के लिए एक सैटेलाइट सेंटर भी बनाया जा रहा है. इस सेंटर पर सारी सुविधाएं किसानों को उपलब्ध कराई जाएंगी. इससे आने वाले समय में पर्वतीय क्षेत्रों से हो रही पलायन से राहत मिलेगी.
