“जीरो प्लास्टिक हिमालय की ओर कदम: बदरीनाथ में मंडुआ–झंगोरा नैवेद्य ने बढ़ाई जागरूकता”
बदरीनाथ में मंडुआ और झंगोरा से बने प्रसाद ने ‘जीरो प्लास्टिक हिमालय’ के संकल्प को बल दिया। यह पहल पर्यावरण संरक्षण के लिए जागरूकता फैलाती है और प्लास्टिक के इस्तेमाल को कम करने में सहायक है। स्थानीय अनाज का उपयोग पर्यावरण के अनुकूल है और कचरा कम करने में मदद करता है। इससे स्थानीय किसानों को भी प्रोत्साहन मिलेगा।
श्री बदरीनाथ धाम में इस वर्ष एक अनोखी पहल की गई जब यूथ ऑफ हिमालयाज ने स्थानीय पहाड़ी अनाजों और पर्वतीय स्वाद-विरासत को देशभर के तीर्थयात्रियों तक पहुँचाने के उद्देश्य से बदरी केदार नवैद्ध सेवा एवं हिमालय के स्थानीय खाद्य पदार्थों के भंडारे का आयोजन किया गया।
जहाँ श्रद्धालुओं को मंडुए की गरम, सुगंधित पूरी, झंगोरे की सौम्य व शुद्ध खीर,और जख्या–गंधरैणी–तिमूर से सजी स्थानीय आलू की सब्जी का अनूठा स्वाद चखाया गया। वह स्वाद जो केवल उत्तराखंड की मिट्टी और पहाड़ी रसोई की परंपरा का उपहार है।
बताया गया कि कई यात्रियों ने इसे पहली बार अनुभव किया और भावुक होकर कहा “यह भोजन केवल स्वाद नहीं, देवभूमि की मिट्टी, परिश्रम और संस्कृति की सुगंध है।”यह सेवा सिर्फ प्रसाद-वितरण नहीं, बल्कि पहाड़ की पारंपरिक अन्न-संपदा, जड़ी-बूटियों और स्थानीय पाक-विरासत के प्रति सम्मान व जिज्ञासा जगाने का माध्यम बनी।
बताया गया कि यह आयोजन से जीरो वेस्ट का सार्थक संदेश पूरे बदरीनाथ तीर्थक्षेत्र में गूंजता रहा। यूथ ऑफ़ हिमालयाज़ के स्वयंसेवकों ने यात्रियों को समझाया कि उच्च हिमालय में प्लास्टिक का छोटा सा कचरा भी वर्षों तक बना रहता है।
इसी जागरूकता के बाद सभी श्रद्धालुओं ने प्रांगण में सामूहिक संकल्प लिया कि वे हिमालयी धामों को जीरो प्लास्टिक जोन बनाने की जिम्मेदारी स्वयं निभाएँगे और दूसरों को भी प्रेरित करेंगे। यह सामूहिक संकल्प इस सेवा को एक साधारण भंडारे से आगे बढ़ाकर पर्यावरण-केंद्रित चेतना अभियान में बदल देता है।
यह आयोजन श्री बद्री–केदारनाथ मंदिर समिति के निर्देशन व विजय लॉर्ड पैलेस के सहयोग से सम्पन्न हुआ, जिसने इस पहल में अनुशासन, सांस्कृतिक गरिमा और आध्यात्मिक वातावरण सुनिश्चित किया।
कार्यक्रम के अंत में यूथ ऑफ हिमालयाज के नैवेद्य कार्यक्रम के ऑपरेशनल हेड अभिषेक रावत ने कहा यह पहल केवल एक भंडारा नहीं, बल्कि देवभूमि के प्रति सामूहिक उत्तरदायित्व का आह्वान है।
उन्होंने यह भी घोषणा की कि इस मॉडल को अब केदारनाथ, गंगोत्री, यमुनोत्री और हेमकुंड साहिब जैसे अन्य हिमालयी धामों तक भी विस्तारित किया जाएगा, ताकि स्थानीय अनाजों का सम्मान बढ़े, धार्मिक पर्यटन को नई ऊर्जा मिले, स्थानीय अर्थव्यवस्था सशक्त हो और हिमालय के जीरो प्लास्टिक भविष्य का संकल्प एक राष्ट्रीय जन-आंदोलन बन सके।
