उत्तराखंड अपनी प्राकृतिक सुंदरता के लिए प्रसिद्ध है। राज्य गठन के 25 वर्षों में पर्यटन ने महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई है। केदारनाथ और बद्रीनाथ धाम में श्रद्धालुओं की संख्या बढ़ी है। सरकार 13 जिलों में 13 नए पर्यटन स्थल विकसित कर रही है। होमस्टे योजना संस्कृति और रोजगार को बढ़ावा दे रही है। पर्यटकों की सुरक्षा के लिए भी कदम उठाए जा रहे हैं। साहसिक खेलों को प्रोत्साहन दिया जा रहा है।

श्वेत धवल हिमाच्छादित चोटियां, वृक्ष रेखा और हिम रेखा के बीच मीलों तक फैले मखमली हरी घास के बुग्याल, गंगा-यमुना जैसी सदानीरा नदियों का कल-कल बहता जल, टिहरी जैसी झील, बेजोड़ वन एवं वन्यजीव विविधता, खूबसूरत परिंदों का मधुर कलरव, बादलों के बीच से लुकाछिपी करता सूरज। प्रकृति के इन मोहक नजारों से आखिर कौन आकर्षित नहीं होगा। इनका आनंद देवभूमि उत्तराखंड में मिलता है।

यही कारण भी है कि जब अलग राज्य के गठन और उसकी आर्थिकी को लेकर मंथन हुआ तो सबसे पहले पर्यटन क्षेत्र पर ही ध्यान गया। राज्य बने हुए 25 वर्ष हो रहे हैं और पर्यटन प्रदेश के रूप में राज्य अपनी पहचान सशक्त बना रहा है। लगातार नए पर्यटन क्षेत्रों का विकास होने से राज्य में पर्यटकों की संख्या लगातार बढ़ रही है।

केदारनाथ धाम के लिए लगातार बढ़ रहा आकर्षण

प्रदेश में केदारनाथ धाम में बीते कुछ वर्षों से सबसे अधिक श्रद्धालु पहुंच रहे हैं। क्षेत्र में धार्मिक पर्यटन को पंख लगने का अंदाजा इससे लगाया जा सकता है कि इस वर्ष 17.68 लाख श्रद्धालु केदारनाथ धाम पहुंचे हैं। गत वर्ष यह संख्या 16 लाख से अधिक थी। वर्ष 2013 में केदारनाथ धाम में आई भीषण प्राकृतिक आपदा के बाद केंद्र के सहयोग से प्रदेश में केदारनाथ पुनर्निर्माण की दिशा में आगे कदम बढ़े। इस कड़ी में नए सिरे से केदारपुरी का निर्माण किया गया। मंदिर को और सुरक्षित बनाया गया। नए कलेवर में निखरी यह केदारपुरी आज देश-विदेश में आकर्षण का केंद्र बन रही है।

बदरीनाथ धाम में श्रद्धालुओं के निरंतर बढ़ रहे कदम

देश के चारधाम में से एक बदरीनाथ धाम में श्रद्धालुओं के कदम निरंतर बढ़ रहे हैं। इसे देखते हुए वर्ष 2022 में बदरीनाथ धाम महायोजना शुरू हुई। इसके तहत पहले चरण में सड़कों का विस्तार, एराइवल प्लाजा व सिविक एमेनिटी सेंटर निर्माण, बदरीश और शेषनेत्र झील का सुंदरीकरण किया गया। दूसरे चरण में रिवर फ्रंट और अस्पताल, लूप रोड का निर्माण कार्य किया गया है। इस योजना में 400 करोड़ रुपये खर्च होने का अनुमान है।

13 जिले, 13 गंतव्य स्थल योजना

उत्तराखंड की पहचान आकर्षक पर्यटन गंतव्य के रूप में होती है। नैनीताल, उत्तरकाशी, हरिद्वार, रुद्रप्रयाग, हरिद्वार, चमोली जैसे कई ऐसे पर्यटन स्थल हैं, जहां हर साल बड़ी संख्या में देश और दुनिया से पर्यटक पहुंचते हैं। यहां पर्यटकों की संख्या में तेजी से बढ़ोत्तरी हो रही है। उत्तराखंड में घूमने के लिए हिल स्टेशन की कमी नहीं है, वहीं वाइल्ड लाइफ और वाटर राफ्टिंग के लिए कई जगह हैं। इनसे इतर अब उत्तराखंड के 13 जिलों में 13 नए पर्यटन गंतव्य विकसित किए जा रहे हैं। इनसे पर्यटकों को प्रदेश में नए क्षेत्र देखने को मिलेंगे।

होम स्टे बन रहा संस्कृति का संवाहक व रोजगार का जरिया

पर्यटन विभाग द्वारा शुरू की गई होम स्टे योजना भी पर्यटकों को खासा लुभा रही है। पर्यटकों को स्थानीय संस्कृति और उत्पादों से परिचित कराने के लिए शुरू की गई योजना के तहत उन्होंने किफायती दरों पर आवासीय सुविधा मिल रही है। विदेशी पर्यटक इस ओर लगातार आकर्षित हो रहे हैं। इससे स्थानीय निवासियों को भी रोजगार प्राप्त हो रहा है।

पर्यटकों की सुरक्षा का भी रखा जा रहा है पूरा ध्यान

प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा पर्यटकों की सुविधा का भी पूरा ध्यान रखा जा रहा है। इसके लिए सरकार ने यात्रियों व वाहनों की सुरक्षा के लिए टूरिस्ट सेफ्टी मैनेजमेंट सिस्टम लागू किया है। इसमें आने वाले पर्यटकों को आधार नंबर से जोड़ा जा रहा है। इससे पर्यटकों के संबंध में पूरी जानकारी मिल रही है साथ ही उन्हें समय समय पर मौसम संबंधी अपडेट भी दिए जा रहे हैं।

जादुंग व टिम्मरणसैंण केा दिया जा रहा बढ़ावा

उत्तराखंड के चमोली जिले में नीति गांव के पास टिम्मरसैंण महादेव गुफा है। इस गुफा में अमरनाथ की भांति ही बर्फ का प्राकृतिक शिवलिंग बनता है। ये लगातार लोकप्रिय हो रहा है। इसी प्रकार उत्तरकाशी में तिब्बत सीमा से जुड़ा गांव जादुंग गांव भी प्राकृतिक सुंदरता और जैव विविधता के कारण पर्यटकों के बीच अपनी पहचान बना रहा है।

साहसिक खेलों को दिया जा रहा है बढ़ावा

प्रदेश में साहसिक खेलों को भी तेजी से लोकप्रिय हो रहे हैं। टिहरी झील में नौकायन तो गंगा की लहरों में राफ्टिंग हो रही है। इसके साथ बी बंजी जंपिंग व फ्लाइंग फाक्स जैसी गतिविधियां भी युवाओं के बीच अपनी पहचान बना रही हैं।
